    6pm bathroom conditions-- imagine 11pm!

Vibe is good, food is bad, beer is limited to cheap options, pizza is good for bar food, avoid all other food. Bathrooms abysmal.

I walked in there was no one behind the bar so I went back in my car and ordered online Food was not good. I ordered the four cheese tortellini with extra sauce cost $14 received tortellini's no sauce or salad came with it. No utensilsfor take out order and the pizza for my granddaughter that was like $16 for a cheese pizza. Pizza overcooked. There is no kids menu, which I understand because Just a busy bar. When I came to get my order, the bartender, the only one working there had people at the tables behind the bar at the bar and outside. On your first order you're supposed to get 20% off, but of course they didn't give it to me but that's OK because I will not be going back. You obviously did not read my review !!!

Cump vaping weed at the ba is the vibe.

Food was below average but the two dudes vaping weed (Cannabis) at the bar assure that I will never eat here again. I don't need your skank with the sketch food. I honestly don't even know how this was just completely ignored by the staff. Probably something you get a health inspector visit because of and maybe lose your ABC license for.

everytime i go to the bathroom there's piss all over the seat. i hate men. but i love rais karaoke (mostly the host) idk its a love hate relationship

    Rai's Cheesesteak

It's taken me a few days to find a way to write this review since this is a very popular joint in the NOVA area, but I decided to simply give an honest review based on my experience and not show any bias towards when my expectations were, nor worry how the review will be received (mostly because each restaurant has a single opportunity to make a good first impression). So, after hearing/reading more than a year's worth of hype about the Rai's cheesesteak in the DMV, I came to their newest joint, Rai's Pour House for lunch with fellow Foodie friends. We stopped in on a weekday and it was dead the entire time we were there, maybe only 1 or 2 others came in. Started with the trashcan nachos - The flavor of the nachos was decent. The chili and cheese were cold, pretty sure the cheese was probably supposed to be a warm, but the chili being as cold as it was seemed odd. We ordered the "Rai's cheesesteak" with fries instead of chips and the server told us they only have a 7" here, which was fine. But when it came out, it didn't look anything like what we've seen the Rai's Cheesesteak look like from all the other pics in social media. Having never been to Rai's, but seeing all the pics, I have to admit I was hoping for more. The amount of meat didn't even fill the bread (check the pics). The texture of the meat was 'ok'. The sub also came out with chips instead of fries. We also ordered a cheese pizza... That pizza crust was tasty! Crispy! And really good! The overall flavor of the pizza was great! Service was mediocre overall. After hearing so much hype, we all expected more, but suppose this visit was adequate.

Pizza with beef pepperoni, behind sausage and ricotta

Based on a Facebook northern Virginia food group recommendation, we ventured out for a cheesesteak. It's in Sterling; however, it was worth the hike over there. We had gone out there for Rai's cheesesteak but wandered into the pour house which is adjacent to Rai's. They had a large selection of beers in draft which was appealing and we were able to order a cheesesteak and a pizza with beef pepperoni and beyond sausage. The crust had a nice chew to it and flavor was great. We had ricotta on our pizza which maybe made the pizza a little sloppy so the next time, we will ask for the pie to be cooked well done. The cheesesteak was stuffed with lots of meat. We had provolone and American cheese and dang. It was great! I thought that I'd only have a bite since cheesesteaks typically aren't my thing but I easily ate half of it! There's lots of TV screens in this joint and they have happy hour prices on a Saturday afternoon starting at 3. There was only one server working the bar and the tables so the service wasn't quick. If you're in a rush, you may want to go there when you're not. The food was well worth it and I'd journey back out there for a cheesesteak again. It's worth the hike. Lots of tables. Great for watching the game and having a tasty pizza or bar snacks too.

Food is OK quality and prices are reasonable if not inexpensive on their specials, like the steak and ribs for only $25. Good flavor and cooked ok but a nice combo for the price. Service is OK with some wait staff being more efficient than others. There were some who knew their customers by name and took time out to talk with them but that slowed down service a little for the rest of us. Nothing too bad but you might wait a bit for refills or something you need after your food or drinks arrive. We had cool fries and it took a bit for the staff to come back to our table to check in the dining room. Similar response time for wait staff outside when we needed condiments that were ordered but didn't come out with our entrees. Cigar menu is an ok selection where there is something for everyone; however, our experience was the place ran out of the first four cigars we selected and each time the wait staff had to come back to our table to tell us they were out of that cigar. Wait staff didn't know what cigars were in stock and which they were out of. Overall, very good experience for both inside the dining area and outside where you can smoke. Recommend The Bungalow Lakehouse as it is a good experience and has a variety of experience options.

The choices were: outside, the sports bar, or the dining room. We chose the dining room. A large group of people was sitting at a table. We were given a booth by the window and right by the server's station. Looking over the menu at home, we both decided that we would get a bacon cheeseburger. The entrees seemed, to us, to be too filling. The bacon cheeseburger consists of: "100% angus burger, apple-wood smoked bacon, vermont white cheddar, canadian cheddar, sliced tomato, and crispy leaf lettuce". We both ordered it cooked medium. The dish comes with fries. To drink, I had ginger ale while my husband had a Heineken 00. Our server was friendly and efficient. He made a mistake, bringing my husband a Coke instead of the beer. My husband corrected him. He apologized and retrieved the correct drink. The burger was dry and overcooked. It was more on the medium well side. In one way, I didn't mind that as I didn't end up with greasy hands or a burger that falls apart. The bacon and the cheese provided some relief from the dryness. The fries came out hot, which we appreciated. All in all, it was an OK experience; we would consider going again sometime.

The food is great and I especially love the crazy spicy feta appetizer. AN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!…read more We made a reservation for August 8, 2026, at 12:15 PM for a group of 7, specifically requesting patio seating. We arrived on time, only to find that there was absolutely no table reserved for us. Instead, we were escorted to couches in the far back corner. The furniture was askew and dirty, and it was so difficult to navigate through the area that we could barely get to our seats. I immediately went back to the host stand and explained to the young man working there that the seating was unacceptable and that we needed a table. He looked around and told me they did not have a table for seven. I had to suggest that they simply move tables together, which he eventually did. Only then were we finally able to sit at an actual table. Unfortunately, the service continued to go downhill from there. It took 35 minutes before anyone came to our table, at which point we were told they had no clean glasses for water. It then took another 10 minutes before someone finally took our drink and food orders. Our food and drinks were brought out in a completely staggered manner, and some members of our party were still waiting for their drinks another 15 minutes later. We asked twice to speak with a manager, but a manager never came to our table. Throughout the meal, our server repeatedly apologized and told us they were short-staffed. While I understand that staffing issues happen, that does not excuse the overall lack of preparation, organization, communication, and basic customer service. We made a reservation in advance for a party of seven and expected the restaurant to be prepared to accommodate us. Instead, we were left to repeatedly ask for basic things and spent a significant portion of our visit waiting. This was one of the worst dining experiences our group has had. The fact that no manager ever came to speak with us after being asked twice made the experience even more disappointing. I would strongly recommend that management address the issues with reservations, staffing, cleanliness, and customer service so that other customers do not have to experience what we did.

The picture promised naked wings -- bare, confident, unclothed wings living their best life. What arrived was breaded. Fully clothed. Wearing a coat we did not order. This is bait and switch at the sauce level, and I want a refund on my trust. We got 10 hot and 5 lemon pepper. The hot wings tasted like someone opened a bottle of Frank's RedHot, showed it to the chicken from across the room, and called it seasoning. The breading itself was thick but not offensively so -- more "linebacker" than "Michelin man." Heat level: medium, despite being billed as hot, and the wings had a slight greasiness that wasn't a dealbreaker, just an unwelcome plus-one. The seasoned fries showed up allegedly seasoned. The seasoning was salt. Just salt. Salt doing its one job and getting all the credit for a team effort it didn't put in. The lemon pepper wings were fine -- perfectly respectable, solidly "okay," the culinary equivalent of a shrug. We've had better lemon pepper at random beach shacks that don't even have a website. Final verdict: 3/5 wings. The lemon pepper seasoning did show up and hydrate the breading nicely -- genuine bright spot. Everything else was a wing that looked better in its headshot than in person.

From the moment we started planning, the team, led by Gordon, went above and beyond to make sure every detail was professionally handled with care. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making the night unforgettable. The menu was a huge hit--Gordon catered an array of fresh and flavorful options including both hot hors d'oeuvres and an aesthetic charcuterie board that managed to delight our entire eclectic group. The drinks were equally impressive, with the bartenders keeping the energy high and the glasses full all night. And the live music? Phenomenal. The acoustic artist created the perfect atmosphere and had people dancing, singing, and celebrating from start to finish. What really stood out was how seamlessly everything came together. Hosting a party of this size can be stressful, but Gordon truly made it feel effortless. He even formatted the pictures I put together to play on one of his big screens so everybody could enjoy a video montage. Our guests are still talking about how much fun they had. If you're looking for a place that delivers great food, great drinks, great music, and truly exceptional hospitality, this is it. They helped create a milestone celebration we'll remember for years.
