I think I won't event give one star to this place. This place sucks with everything. They have wings with feathers, their service sucks and servers are rude as hell! Even the manager is like the carrots have no mold even though it showed signs of mold on it and he is like "yea tough luck! I am not gonna do nothing about it" I swear I would have made a TikTok on them and they still wouldn't care. It's like they don't pay their employees enough for them to even care about clients. Ambiance is loud and unclean. Reason I didn't give a one star is because our server, Emily, was excellent. She always made sure we were OK and if we needed anything. But,,, we were there on a Sunday, but the wings seem to have been made on a Saturday! They were dry, hard to eat and hardly any sauce. The extra ranch dressing we asked for couldn't salvage them. I read a lot of the reviews, specifically, about dirty tables and unfriendly staff. Regrettably, we walked in and sat at one of the high tables that was covered in dried up soda which was sticky. We should've moved to another table but that would've meant the server would have lost our service. When Laura walked up, we politely asked if she could wipe down the table, an her reaction seemed surprised that we asked and immediately turned away and returned minutes later not seeming concerned or apologetic. After wiping down the table, left again and returned minutes later seeming exhausted. She took our order and didn't seem to want to make eye contact or greet us. After 15-20 mins both our food + drinks arrived. We ordered wings, o-rings and fries and again Laura seemed to not appreciate our patronage which as a service industry can ruin a dining experience. With so many dining options, it may be difficult to justify wanting to come back. Favorite bdubz to go to. This place is chill. Wait time wasn't long even on a friday night. Staff were quick to get me my food when it was ready. Food came out hot and even managed to get a side order i put in late out before my main meal was even half through. Isaiah was quick with refills and service even with him taking care of a few tables near me. He was attentive even with me ordering something relatively small compared to his nearby tables and made sure my drink was topped up as soonbas it neared empty. Overall, great experience. I've tried giving this location a few chances, but after my most recent experience, I'm done. Buffalo Wild Wings at Eastvale Gateway is HORRIBLE for online orders. Every single time I've tried ordering for pickup, there's been some issue. Last night was no exception. First off, the pick-up time was way off. When I arrived, I was told it would be another "15 minutes" due to a backlog of orders--fine, I get it, but 30 MINUTES later, my food was finally ready. That's half an hour of waiting just to get cold, soggy wings. Every time. No exaggeration. On top of that, they can't even get the order right. I clearly requested a specific sauce for my wings, but nope, they gave me something completely different. I even double-checked my order when I was picking up, and the sauce was still wrong. I don't get how that happens when you're ordering ahead and confirming everything on the app! It's honestly not worth the hassle anymore. The food is always cold, the service is consistently terrible, and the order accuracy is non-existent. This location needs to seriously step up their game. It took over 10 minutes just to place our drink order, and our food didn't arrive for 45 minutes--which felt excessive for a casual dining spot. Went here on a Monday @5pm. Didn't look too busy. We sat by the bar, ordered our drinks and food. Took awhile for a server to greet us. We waited an hour and asked to talk to a manager. The server came back out from the kitchen "The manager is too busy right now." We got to observe the ambiance after an hour sitting there. Dirty tables everywhere. I'm thinking wow all these dirty tables, you think it looks clean in back of house too? No one looked like they were in charge. Employees kept visiting what looked like a coworker in a big booth on her laptop. No sense of urgency for anything. I told the waitress I wanted to pay for my drinks because I was just pretty close to walking out in general because no one would have noticed. Right when she came back with the check for only the drinks and wasting away for an hour and 15 mins...she said "your food is now ready, you sure you don't want to stay?" I said no thanks, we're done. If your manager don't care that people are leaving because everyone that came after us finished their food. I do not want to spend my hard earned money to some place who treats their guests like that. I liked them more than wing stop but I'm about to hop the fence for good. Skip this place. We have been here during the week for lunch and also Friday night for a baseball game. Again, they do a great job. I recommend this place over the Tyler Mall Riverside location. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I go to this location at least once a month, lately I have been going more frequent, at least once a week. I usually sit in the self seating area. for he most part I'm pretty chill and wait until my server comes or I try to get their attention, that usually works. TODAY I arrived, I scoured the room for a table and found one that had not been cleaned. I did not mind, sat down and waited for the rest of my party to arrive. I spotted her and visually followed her from table to table. She stopped at every other table except ours, I finally got a glimpse of her attention and she managed to bypass our table again. Side salad is a really good portion for the $4 happy hour price but there is no thousand island dressing available. Chicken wing sauces mango habanero (super spicy) honey bbq which was good for the kids and traditional buffalo mild. My kids were happy because of all the tvs but they were not impressed with the food. I know it's not a kid place but if they didn't like the food so much then idk bout drunks trying to chow down some burgers and fries. I definitely think there is room for improvement The brisket burger was the best one in my opinion. Ambiance is as expected, obviously loud. Management ignores sexual harassment and bullying , actively condones unsafe and toxic environment for workers. I've been a customer/family member of employees at this restaurant for some time, and it's deeply upsetting to see and hear about how management handles or rather ignores serious misconduct among their own staff. One particular employee has repeatedly bullied and sexually harassed a coworker, making the workplace visibly uncomfortable for everyone around. What's worse is that management has been made aware of the ongoing abuse multiple times, reports have been made yet they continue to turn a blind eye. Instead of addressing the behavior, they seem to protect and enable it. The individual responsible faces no consequences, and their actions have only become bolder over time. Where does one draw the line? What is it going to take? It's shocking and disappointing that a restaurant operating in our community allows such DISGUSTING behavior to continue unchecked. No one should have to endure harassment at work especially not while management looks the other way. This isn't just a lapse in leadership; it's an endorsement of abuse. I stopped by on a Monday at around 3:30. They were not very busy. My daughter ordered a salad and told him she had a gluten allergy so no croutons and to please bring it out first. We also ordered the nachos. The food came all at the same time which wouldn't have been a problem, except for the fact that there were croutons on the salad, which I asked them not to put on due to an allergy. They took it away and said they would bring another. So now I'm looking at the plate of nachos that they brought to the table. Mostly chips with a little queso and a little chili thrown on there and some real cheese that was not even melted. It was 90% chips anyways. We didn't like the nachos so we patiently waited for her salad to return after 10 minutes. We decided that we would just leave when I was up asking for my bill and asking why the service was so horrible. They finally brought out the salad and I told them to keep it.
