Hesitant to try this location today, as service has been bad every single time we've come in. Decided to give it a go around 4pm, hoping it wouldn't be busy and service would be at least decent. Only a handful of patron in the entire restaurant. We were seated at a booth, then actively ignored for maybe 15-20 minutes. Nobody greeted us, no waters...nothing. The servers for the area walked by us plenty of times to wait on tables that were there, not acknowledging us once. We got up and left...I doubt they even noticed. The bar tenders and chicken sandwiches is what usually brings us back. There are quite a bit of TVS playing all kind of sports. We love playing their Trivia game that you can earn points towards food! The bar is clean, but could use a little more attention to wiping down the entry way windows.. Given the nature of food they tend to get pretty greasy with finger prints. We have had inconsistent experiences with their food. When the frying oil is fresh and food comes out hot, some of the best food we get, but we have experienced cold wings, fries, and older oil impacting the taste and experience with the food. My husband and I went in on a Thursday afternoon. Walked in and was able to sit at the bar. Bartender grabbed our beers and food really quickly. We asked for the hottest sauce and she made she we knew it'd be hot. It was. I was able to eat 4, so it won't burn your insides but has a nice heat level. The bill was around $50 for 3 beers, chicken sandwich with fries, and wings. Their tip suggestion was based on the actual total and not based on the total including tax. This was refreshing. I asked if they could substitute for a bun because the sandwich sounded REALLY delicious and I NEVER try anything new. Also, as a woman, I was having some cravings, ladies will know what I mean. Surprising this location has such low rating. We went to the Everett Mall on Saturday and decided to grab lunch here. Food: Best wings I ever had at a Buffalo location. Crispy and tasty. Good meaty portion and the seasonings was on point. Highly recommended the chipotle dry rub-my favorite from the selection we picked. My husband ordered the burger with fries and he seem to like it. Service: Well this is where it kind of went down a star. At first our waitress was super attentive but after we got our food, she was mia. Hard to be mia when we can see her talking to another table like 15 minutes. It wouldn't be too annoying if it wasn't that we just asked her for our check and a to go container because we had to go. She literally said okay then stopped at another table where she literally started a 15 minute conversation. Bdubs here is filled with musty looking people besides that one waitress that literally hits and serves all the table quickly and with a smile. I don't want to be served by a guy with his hair not tied up or someone that looks like they just woke up. The waiter that took over because she had too many tables to cover definitely needs to work on his people skills. Food took a while to come out and when it did the person that brought it over didn't know which table the plate needed to go to. Unorganized.
