Sorely disappointed. I've eaten at the Sorrento's in Concord, which is allegedly the same place, but this crust is the most horrible decision that they've made. It's not the same crust at all. It appears to be premade/possibly frozen. When I pick it up, the toppings literally slide off of the pizza crust, and the crust underneath appears to be borderline cooked. I didn't get a ton of topping, so that's not the reason. absolutely would never go there again. Waste of money. If they were to go back the original recipe, I would definitely go back, but this is not even mediocre. This is criminal.

Another local eatery off my list. I've lost my tolerance for mediocre pizza. My choices are dwindling! The crust is way too thin, even for thin crust style. Crust so flabby you almost need a knife and fork. No structure or stretch whatsoever. The crust is so absolutely bland I often leave the outermost untopped parts uneaten. Good crust should be a joy to eat even with no toppings or sauce. Toppings are skimpy as well. It's taken me a while to come to this step - taking it off my list. But I finally realized even on a "good" day it's a disappointment. Over the years I've had several come out underdone or overdone; usually the former, the crust tasting like raw flour and the cheese not fully melted and assimilated. Who needs that? I've had sub sandwiches here too. In all cases, skimpy filling and bland, tasteless rolls. Ambience: typical boring "House Of Pizza" look. That's excusable. What is not excusable is the rudeness of most of the staff. Curt responses, grouchiness about getting a receipt, laughing at customers. Or is it language issues or cultural differences? Could be a part of it I suppose but bottom line my interactions have tended to be stressful and unpleasant. I'm done.

Oh Mann The chicken bacon ranch pizzza is emaculant and tasted amazing and had slices which is key for a pizza place

Check out my other pizza reviews--I think I know a little bit about pizza. Solid 3 stars. Bubble trouble and nice thin crust with strong under carriage. The pizza was not "tight". Sauce ran off the slice. The mozzarella di bufala; was not fresh and still cold. Service was fine, no issues and seating was ample. I ordered an entire pie; I can't comment on the "by the slice".

Decent slices, with several different kinds, sold as a single slice that's a quarter pie, equivalent to two slices of a normal large pie. Nice sauce. Wood flavor, though not as pronounced as at their Acton location. Standard practice of reheating precooked slices. The crust tends to get dry and stiff as the lunch hour goes on. But that's life with slices out in the boonies, so not a big problem. Where I have a problem is ordering a whole pie by phone, ahead of time, to eat there. When I arrived, the owner yelled at me for making them waste a cardboard pizza container. I told him I didn't need the cardboard pizza container, serve it on a tray. He said it was too late and continued yelling at me. I said if it's that much of a problem, why didn't anyone say anything when I called in the first place? No real answer, just more yelling, saying I shouldn't call in an order to eat there, I should arrive first and then order and wait. I said if that's the case you shouldn't have accepted my order. More yelling, and pizza getting colder by the minute. It's a shame, because the pizza's not bad (despite the dry and too stiff and crunchy part on aging slices) and the rest of the staff is really great, but I'll never give this place another visit. At least the parking is easy.

    Sorry excuse for a sub.

Pizza was amazing, the service was pretty quick and swift, the Ambiance was a happy old styled pizza parlor.

Best pizza in the area. Consistently good thin crust and toppings are made with quality ingredients.

The food too spicy and the personnel too grouchy. They should have more pleasant people at the register.

One star, for our waiter, and our waiter ONLY. Entirely forgettable experience here... we walked in…read morefrom the frigid evening hoping to be warmed by the restaurant but it was freezing inside and drafty. The dining room we were sat in was incredibly bright compared to the main dining room. Not a good atmosphere for when you want a relaxing dining experience + a filling meal when you're famished. I genuinely cannot describe how awkward the dining room felt. Appetizer: my friend and I each ordered caesar salad. I asked if there was a small portion because I didn't want a whole. My waiter was Italian, so I believe he didn't catch my question so my complaint isn't on him regarding the salad... but the salad was SMALL for $12. A handful and a half of romaine, the most acidic caesar dressing ever--so much that it was stinging my lips. A few croutons. And 2 anchovy filets--the best part of the salad overall, haha. I would have been okay paying $6 but not $12. Horrible start. We shared the calamari. It was flavorless with not even a touch of salt. Served with cold marinara sauce, no lemon. $16 calamari... I'd pay $8-$10 for that because I know PLENTY restaurants who have decent and thoughtfully prepared cal for the same price. We order entrees. One of my girlfriends ordered the tortellini carbonara. $26 entree. Served literally COLD, not even room temp. the sauce was minimal, it looked like a naked dish of multi-colored raviolis I used to eat growing up as a child... so yeah it looked like grocery store food with nothing added to it. She sent it back, but denied the option of ordering another meal... we had learned our lesson by now. My entree was one of the special chicken dishes. I think the most "popular" one, it was an herbed chicken or something with risotto I believe. Such an unforgettable and distasteful meal that I genuinely forget what it was. Entire dining experience was a waste of time, money, and calories lol. Our waiter was kind to give us complimentary cannolis to try and save the day :)

My fettuccini dish was good but my wife's chicken parm was overly breaded, a bit soggy, and the pasta had too much sauce. It was our first time there and a little surprised that the entrees arrived in bowls and not plates but it is what it is. Overall we were quite pleased with the experience and will be back again!
