Bartender is absolutely horrible and nasty. Food was average at best. But the service couldn't have been worse.

For starters, we have always been people to take advantage of the bogo deals that Buffalo Wild Wings offers. After ordering the bogo 10 count traditional wing, we get to the location to pick up our order. We advised this location that we would like to eat our food we purchased through BWW in the dining room area. When we have done this in Dallas, making our to go order for dine in they welcomed us with open arms to eat in their dining room With no problem. This quebec location in fort worth did the opposite. After we were brought our sauces, the waiter did good with checking up on us. But, he did advised us that in the future, we were not able to eat our food we purchased in the dining room and will have to take it to go If it was placed to go specially specified from their manager. I did not get the managers name but terrible service if you ask me... Seeing as we purchased food from this establishment it's confusing to be told that we were not able to eat our food there when I guess it was purchased to go then deciding we wanted to dine it. It shouldn't have matter if we decided to dine in but to be told we couldn't do that in the future is crazy.. Then second, two different bugs crawled on our table as we worked to finish our wings. We saw that tables were being left dirty after the food would be picked up but being delayed to be whipped off from what we saw sitting in this establishment. Worst experience from BWW to say the least. will not be visiting this location going forward. They are not welcoming in certain conditions depending on how you ordered your food. they are not cleanly from what I've seen. Wishing I went to A different location overall. Where to start.. ok first no promotional sauces.. They said since they opened she didn't think they were doing the monthly sauce, so no honey siiracha, no promotional sauces... Waited 35 minutes on a canned white claw, waited over a hr for our food... like 1hr 10min. Husbands wings had no powder, my wings had the wrong sauce, so waited some more for the correct wings. Manager was supposed to fix the ticket, when we looked at it an additional set of wings were added, a cherry limeade was added, I had a water not a limeade. As other reviews have stated, this BWW location is terrible. First of all, we walk in, it's the "seat yourself" time of the evening... 5:30pm on a Friday? All the tables were dirty. Once we picked the least dirty table, after several wait staff had passed us by with no acknowledgment, one finally asked if we had been helped. She was nice and helpful, so this review is in no negative way towards her. After we placed our order, after a normal amount of minutes, our appetizer arrived along with what my wife had ordered as her main meal. My food was nowhere to be found. After several times that our waitress stopped by asking if we needed anything, I told her just needed my entree. She informed us that the kitchen was running behind. After about 25 minutes, my food finally arrived. Long after my wife had finished her own food. Throughout our time and experience there, we were constantly buzzed by little flies. I managed to clap and kill one, but I counted at least seven different flies in a matter of a minute. This location is awful. We had come here several times over the last couple months. This will be our last time. Management either needs to be replaced or all the renovations they did will have been for nothing. read more

Food was a good value. Service was average due to the waitress was taking care of several customers. Music was so loud and annoying that you could not hold a conversation because it was nearly impossible to hear each other not to mention we couldn't hear the waitress to place our order. Ordered takeout and honestly... it was not good. I ordered Parmesan garlic and Honey BBQ wings but the sauces didn't taste like they usually do. Both of these are non spicy sauces but both were so hot I was sweating. I believe they mixed up the sauce buckets or changed their sauces. I also only got 2 ranches when I ordered 4.... It's always 15-30 minutes after the time they have given you. I just used order ahead, and they missed one of my fries, a drink, and then they just gave me the completely wrong meal. I've only been here 3 times. Every time has been a different experience. Today I tried the Parm wings and Buffalo. They were so dry and tasteless and I will not eat wings here again. However, on the flip side I had a bite of the Bacon Cheese Curd Burger, and that was delicious! Appetizer we chose was the cheese curds. Love these little cheesy magical things! I came here twice and I was not impressed. There is a BOGO free promotion on boneless wings on Tuesday. I wanted to split the order in two different flavors. They unevenly split the order in two different flavors. One bucket was filled with 2/3 of the chicken and the other bucket had 1/3 of the chicken and barely any sauce. It was like they ran out of sauce and tried to get creative. Sad part is that we noticed. The other issue was that I wanted to buy their bottles of sauce. I bought 3 bottles of sauce so it should have come with a $1 discount. They gave me the wrong sauce and did not give me the discount. I would give 0 stars if I could because Disappointing is an understatement. I have been here a good number of times since this place re opened, and it has majorly declined in service. While the servers and bartenders are running around to try to take care of guest, and management is helping with the kitchen. The big manager amber kelly from our understanding is no where to be found. She leaves when the other managers get there during the rush leaving the staff high and dry. She knows that they are understaffed but doesn't care to help out around unless the owner comes in. We are also told that she never closes. As a director you should be a resource for your employees to go to, Not avoid. As a customer I hope your servers and kitchen staff get better upper management so these servers can actually do the job correctly. It breaks my heart as a mother to whiteness these kids and young adults get yelled at and berated while they are trying to give us the best service they can.
