My family frequents this BWW - mostly to go. Our orders to go are a 4/5 overall. Recently we dined in and it was a great experience. I previously didn't know that they serve burgers. Their burgers are FIRE. I had the mushroom Swiss cheese burger and my son had a smash burger with bacon. We were stunned with the quality and taste. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions about beer, and he checked in on us just the right amount of times - not frequent and overbearing, but he also didn't ghost us and leave us wondering when he'd finally come back by our table. read more

I went to this Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch and had my vehicle was stolen from the parking lot while I was inside for about 20 minutes. There were no proper cameras facing the front where the entrance is located, so there is no way to see who took my vehicle or how it happened. When I asked about footage, I was told they had nothing useful from the parking area. This location is in an area that is known for vehicle thefts, and the fact that they don't have adequate surveillance covering the parking lot is unacceptable. Customers should be warned that parking here carries a serious risk, and Buffalo Wild Wings should invest in better security and cameras before more people have their vehicles stolen. read more

The fried pickles appetizer had literally six or seven pickles on the tray. The Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich wasn't even real chicken breast. It was that processed chicken product garbage. It was like a larger version of a McDonald's hicken McNugget. The sandwich was swimming in ranch sauce. Had to eat ot with a fork. The traditional wings were scraps. They were literally broken pieces from the wings. They were overcooked, cold, and dry. They weren't even sauced properly, although it would not have even mattered. The food was an absolute joke. The only saving grace was the $5 beer special, if you can call that a special. The quality of this place has gone down the toilet. The portions are skimpy and the prices have gone way up. On my last visit to BWW at Grand Prairie location server informed food can only be ordered by scanning the QVC code. "No way around it, this is the direction the restaurant is going". BWW website saves a credit card on file wether it's used or not. If you leave the establishment, credit card is charged with a 18% gratuity added to it. Why would anybody pay an automatic 18% gratuity for unfriendly service? BWW website states your phone number can be provided to server to receive the food special. BWW got a nice place with sports memorabilia on the walls, now pretend you need customers at your joint. Filthy and loud. Best avoid. One star because "no stars" is not an option. Update: After filing a complaint on Facebook, supervisor called to apologize, he stated using the BWW app is a choice. Good to know I was refused service just because. read more

Table of 2 we were sat right away and Sat down at 4:16pm Waited 10 minutes weren't even spoken to another table was sat by the window 2 tables over and was talked to and given drinks still weren't even acknowledged. Dropped through on a Friday night and was lucky enough to enjoy some happy hour specials and catch the last period for the Dallas Star game! The place was pretty crowded with a lot of groups and parties watching the several TVs they have to offer with all kinds of sports playing. We decided to sit at the bar and catch the game on the big screen. Our bartender greeted us immediately and let us know its happy hour and gave us the specials to look at. After reviewing the menu there is a lot of bang for your buck so I highly recommend you to take advantage of these specials. We went ahead and started off with a Miller lite tall draft and one of the margarita specials. Beer and margarita came out seconds later and there were both ice cold and very refreshing. I wish the beer could of had less foam but thats okay. We went ahead and started off with the fried pickles and the loaded nachos. Time flew by watching the game and before you knew it the food was at our tables. They brought out tons of napkins and plates and utensils for us to utilize. I haven't ate at BWW in a while so wasn't to sure to expect of the fried pickles but there not your ordinary flour breaded deep fried pickle but instead it looks like there breaded with corn meal. The pickles were fried golden brown and served with a side of what it seemed as some ranch with a kick. The sauce complemented it very well and they were tasty as could be and not the ordinary. The loaded nachos were beautifully garnished with fresh brightly vibrant cuts of jalapeño peppers with swirls of sour cream and definitely loaded with chili and cheese and topped off with a chiffonade cut of fresh green cilantro which added a nice twist to it. They also served some tasty salsa with a lime wedge to squirt over the dish. The bartender noticed my beer was a 1/4 empty and asked if I wanted another one and who could resist to say no with all the delicious food in front of me. I didnt even have to tell him what it was and within seconds a brand new freshly brewed draft beer was before my eyes. Overall it was a great experience with a nice friendly staff and service was on point considering it was a Friday and then again the Stars won that night so it made everything better. I visited this place a couple of days ago for a guys night out. This place was great. We actually didn't have a long 45 minute wait that I'm accustomed too back home. It was buy one, get one free wing day so I took advantage of that. People here are super friendly. I can't believe I had so much fun and racked up a higher than average bill. Unless you're going to sit at the bar, don't bother. We used to go pretty often but the last 2 times were hellacious. Half the tables were empty which was surprising since it was boneless night but after we were seated at a table that was so dark we had to use the flashlight on our phones to read the menu.
