Meat definitely made with additives. Didn't taste right and the texture was not for a burger. Serves was good but place was empty.

Love this place, food is always fresh and made to order. It's not like other burger places that warm up the burgers in a microwave.

We came here on a Sunday afternoon. It was not crowded at all. there is a decent amount of parking, and there is also a drive-thru if you don't want to go in. It is by a shopping center so you can go can walk off your food afterward if you want. We chose to go in to eat. There is plenty of seating, and it has a diner vibe to it. It has mostly hamburger options, but it is called Burger Street, so that makes sense. They also offer chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, hot dogs, and fritos pie. They also have a variety of sides and soda options. I got the chili dog, my husband got a double patty burger with bacon, and my daughter got a single burger with bacon. For 3 combo meals, it was almost $40. The quality of food was better than a typical fast food joint for sure, the food is made fresh to order but it is like I said it's diner food. My chili probably came from a can, so it's not gourmet, but my bun was toasted. If you want a good burger, that is tasty, and you don't want to wait in line. This might be the place for you. I went for dinner last night and the drive thru line was 8-9 cars deep. I decided to order inside the dining room. Well that didn't work. The doors were locked at 8:12pm. I also get great service at Burger Street Arlington. The burgers and the chicken sandwiches are always very juicy and yummy.

This location's burger doesn't taste like Arlington's other location. It's funny how the same restaurant has different tastes. Ok the best thing I had were the fries. I like seasoned curly fries. I ordered the double cheeseburger combo. Frozen lemonade. $11.76 Lemonade was decent. Not as sweet as I would like, but reorderable. The burger was beautiful, but a disappointment. You know how a burger tastes "old" or like it had been warmed up in the microwave? That's how it tasted to me. I'm sure they didn't, but it tasted like that. I'll go to the other location next time. Employees who I came in contact with were nice, apologetic about the wait. Krystal S. Was the cashier. I didn't get the name of the other lady, but she came up to the front and helped speed up the process. There was an employee not wearing her mask. Burger Street - Double cheeseburger - Burgers Near Me - Arlington, Texas

Food is good, same as any Burger Street you'd go to. The service and the dine-in environment, however, isn't. This wouldn't be much of a big deal for anyone going through the drive thru here, but I ordered a #2, double meat double cheese, with a Dr. Pepper. I waited for 25 minutes inside for it. I sat in the back with the two long booths with my kids and found out that the area between the seats back there was filthy, had all sorts of black stuff in it. One of the three high chairs was equally as filthy and had all sorts of oily black stuff on it. When I got home, I opened the box when I got home and found out that I was missing two meats and two cheeses in the burger. The Dr. Pepper was flat and tasted like there was a hint of cherry syrup in it. I came back to the restaurant to get a refund and everyone there laughed at the guy on the line about making a mistake and verbally abused him. The person that issued me the refund, don't know if it was the manager, didn't apologize or ask how could they fix the issue. My guess from this interaction is that this is just business as usual for this location. read more

I had a highly unpleasant encounter with Theresa H., during my recent visit to this location at 4600 S Cooper St, Arlington, TX 76017 on 9/10/2023 at 1:05 PM. Theresa's behavior during my visit was not only unprofessional but outright disrespectful. She displayed a complete disregard for customer service, and I am appalled by her actions. Firstly, when I approached the drive thru window, she was dismissive and rude, making me feel unwelcome as a customer. I tried to look past her attitude and proceeded to pay for my order. As she was handing me my drink, I told her that I had upsized to a medium and she had given me the incorrect size. She looked at me rudely and proceeded to ask her co worker what I had ordered. He confirmed my size drink was supposed to be a medium. I proceeded to ask her if she was going to charge me for the difference or what she was going to do specifically because she still had my credit card in her hand. She then closed the window in my face while I was talking. I waited for her return and she then hands me 2 receipts. I wasn't sure by the receipts if I had been double charged nor unsure if she voided the previous ticket to correct it. I simply asked her to explain what she had done. She asked me "Well what do you want?" I said " I would like to make sure that I was not overcharged". She then very rudely explains that she charged me .16 cents for the update. I told her that I just wanted to understand what happened because this is my card and money and needed to be clear on my charges. I then tell her that her attitude was very non chalant as if she doesn't care. She says "I don't care". I told her that she needs to find another role if she doesn't want to work with customers because her attitude was extremely unprofessional. As I drove away, she stuck her head out the window and yelled obscenities at me. Her tone and attitude overall was very offensive. Such behavior is not only detrimental to the reputation of your establishment but also a violation of basic standards of customer service and decency. No customer should have to endure such treatment during their visit to a restaurant. I strongly urge you to take immediate and decisive action regarding Theresa H.'s behavior. It is clear that she is not suitable for a customer-facing role, and her actions are tarnishing the image of your restaurant. Reprimanding, retraining, or reassigning her to a non-customer-facing role may be necessary. Customers should be able to enjoy their meals at Burger Street without fear of mistreatment or offensive language from your staff. I hope you will address this matter promptly to ensure a more welcoming and respectful atmosphere for all patrons. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation. read more

A pretty good burger, but you have to reassemble it yourself because everything is piled in the middle and you're lucky to get any condiments on it. I agree with many of the other reviews that they need to hire people that know how to be at least somewhat pleasant as they take your order instead of grimacing at you and giving you attitude. They are open on Sundays. Also - the wait time was crazy long because the manager was clocking out and having the workers make bags of food for her to take to go. This Burger Street used to be cream of the crop. I'm not sure what happened. Kids on cell phones...not paying attention to orders. Not clean inside...order was wrong and they didn't even apologize for it. Customer service is important and this restaurant doesn't have it. I'm a life long burger street fan. Been eating their food since the 80's. I have eaten at this location many times over the last 15-20 years. But today was bad, very bad. Burger was soggy ( maybe bread not toasted enough ) and lacked the seasoning I'm use too. Bread so soggy my fingers literally go through the bread and push into the meat. I go back to get it remade. Cuz I can't eat this, I would need to plop in on a plate and use a fork. Well the second time was exactly the same. My husband and I stopped at Burger Street to get a quick bite. First impression was OK. The lady at the register was so nice and polite. We sat down to wait for our food with no expectations because this was our first visit. We were overwhelmed with the taste of a simple burger. I am not exaggerating when I say this was one of the best fast food burgers I have ever eaten. The burger was so large that I had trouble finishing it. The curly fries were seasoned perfectly. The place was so clean. We saw the manager come to the dining room multiple times to clean. This will be our go to spot when we are in Arlington Texas. We had a junior burger and a double burger, both we're good! The fries were good too. The shake was just ok. It tasted like melting ice cream. Honestly it was a good experience, except they must have recently sprayed for bugs bc there were multiple dead bugs on the floor, which really should have been cleaned up. Ordered the cheesy bacon chicken sandwich. Added lettuce and tomato and Mayo to it. Everything looked correct on the screen. They gave me the regular sandwich, without the additions that I had asked for. I informed them that it was made incorrectly and how it was supposed to be made. They remade it and gave me a plain chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato. I went to bring it back and they had closed. Went back the following day to try and let them redeem themselves. The young lady who helped me was very nice asked me exactly what I wanted and how was supposed to be made. She then repeated it back to me. She washed up and went in the back and made the sandwich fresh. I got home and noticed that the chicken was fresh, the bun was fresh and soft. Everything was going good until I noticed that the Tomato was missing. I don't understand how this keeps being wrong.
