When people made a big deal about KFC cutting their breasts in half and selling each half as a "chicken breast", they stopped doing it. When are we going to stop accepting places like BWW doing the same thing to wings? A chicken wing has two parts to it - a drum and a flat. Two parts make up a wing. If I pay for 10 wings, I'd like to get 10 wings, not 10 wing pieces. There are other places in town where you can get better and more for less, like The Sting sports bar. read more

Horrid service. You get seated right away but sit around waiting to order or get the check. The mozzarella sticks are disappointing. The dessert nachos are horrible. All the food is spicy no matter what you order. The waitresses stand around and don't really do much. They walk back and forth from computer to computer not really helping anyone at all. The food is quick and good. But if you have a sensitive taste towards spice don't eat here. Everything is spicy even the "sweet" barbecue. It's way too loud all the time. I could barely hear my waitress or the people I went with. They just need to adjust practically everything and maybe they could be more successful. Ordered two flavors of boneless hot wings, only one flavor came out. When I told the person delivering the food, she became snarky and said I will check with your waitress. More wings came out but they were traditional instead of boneless. Multiple servers came to our table asking if this is your food. The waitress was nice, but seemed overwhelmed. The bartender was sitting on his butt and making our waitress draw up all of her own drink orders. But it is just typical Great Falls restaurant service. It depends on the time you go here to eat. Obviously on super busy game days, the wait time is longer and service isn't as good. Sometimes they put wayy too much sauce on. But other nights the chicken is good, and wait time is average. Like most places it depends on who cooked your food, and who waited on you. Dont go here if you dont like a loud atmosphere, it's a sports bar people. Overall, this is my favorite restaurant in town eat, and Bdubs wings has a unique taste you can't get anywhere else. read more

Excellent, friendly service with tasty food! There were 8 of us including 4 little ones so we ate on the patio where it was a little less busy and noisy, and pleasantly cool. The servers went out of their way to quickly accommodate us with even the smallest requests. the tablets that are available for the kids make wait time easier and more fun for them. As a former waitress, I know how difficult it can be to serve this kind of a table but the servers smiled and laughed through it all! So if you want great food with friendly service in a fun atmosphere, this is your place! I just got off the phone with someone at this restaurant, as after traveling home I realized I had lost my extra set of car keys. After retracing my steps during this 3 day trip and going through everything I could think of at home, I desperately called on a last-resort hunch to ask if they had found any keys, and YES they did AND they are mailing them to me, no charge for postage even! So my husband and a few of our friends ate at Buffalo Wild wings tonight. We walked in to be greeted by no one at the hostess stand. So with no directions we just had to sit down at an unbused table in the bar area. A waitress came by to wipe it off but we had to use the hand wipes to do a better job of getting the grease off. She asked for our drink order after "cleaning the table". We ordered a soda, water, and lemonade. And we looked over the menu while we waited for two other friends to arrive. Once they arrived our waitress Alicia came back to take their drink orders and everyone's food order. Two of our friends waited about 15 mins to get two tall beers. And we also had to wait that long just to get refills on the soda and water. Our other friend asked for a refill on the lemonade with extra strawberries. After getting the refills he didn't recieve his extra strawberries until he was almost done with his drink. Our waitress came back 20 mins later to say the food was going to be a bit, my husband asked about a small side salad i had ordered to eat before my meal since we had been there for a while already. She said that she would go check, came back and said that still wasent ready. 20 mins later so 40 mins in total my side salad came out, I'm pregnant and by then was starving but didn't have any silverware to eat with. Two minutes later the food came out. The whole point of ordering a salad before the meal is to get it actually before the meal. The food came out barely warm. You could tell it had been sitting under the food heat lamps on the line in the back, but we had been waiting for so long we just sucked it up and ate the food. Our waitress didnt come back for a while, we needed refills and napkins so we had to get up ourselves to get the napkins and just wait for her to appear so we could get more drinks. Finally after us eating for 20 mins she came back to do refills. We all finished eating, and we just had to sit there with dirty plates in front of us for about 15 mins. She came over to ask if we were going to stay a while and by the looks on everyone's face she seemed suprised that we were ready to leave. We had to wait about 5 mins to get our checks, oh and we were two feet from the pos system so there was no excuse. She handed out tickets and had over charged my husband and me so after waiting another 5 to 10 mins we finally got to notify her of her mistake. About 5 mins later and we were all checked out ready to leave. Still with dirty dishes on the table and not asked if we wanted drinks to go, which we did but didn't want to wait another 20 mins for that. Hostess - Horrible Waiter - Austen - AWESOME!!! Food - Always Great! My family and I went to BDubs tonight for dinner and was very very disappointed. The restaurant was extremely busy, so I of course take that into consideration when I go out to eat. I was greeted by a very rude hostess I believe named Jessica. We arrived around 6PM. I asked for a booth, and there was none available so I asked if we could get 2 tables pushed together to seat the 5 of us. Instead to taking the time to put 2 tables together, she took the lazy route and just pulled a chair off a close table and told us that was fine. After insisting that was going to be too cramped, I told her I wanted two tables together and I helped her do it since It didn't look like she was going to anyway. We sat for almost 10 minutes before we were greeted by our waiter Austen. The hostess never told him we were seated in his section, so to no fault of his own he never knew we were there. Our server was AWESOME!!! He of course apologized and I knew he didn't know because I watched the exchange between him and the hostess. He seemed upset she didn't tell him, and she just laughed at him. Then she had another girl I think named Jamie standing there almost the whole time doing nothing but talking to the hostess. Both of them should be fired. I actually felt bad for Austen and tried to leave him a generous tip. read more

Overall, I like the wing franchise, but the specific location has the worst service of any restaurant in town! We have had a few bad experiences with long wait times, but thought we would give it another try. We came in at the end of lunch, we're seated and had our order taken. After waiting about 40 minutes for drinks, still no food. An hour went by, still no food as the wait staff kept ensuring us that our food would be right out. After 1 HOUR 20 MINUTES, still nothing! Finally, one of the waitresses realized that all of our food had been given to another table that had just been seated. We left in the midst of two waitresses arguing in front of everyone about whose fault the mixup was. So unprofessional. We definitely will never be returning. read more

Our waitress came and got our order after 25 mins and returned with our drinks. I have been hesitant to write a review of our experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in Great Falls because we had such a bad experience & was hoping to get some satisfaction from the manager. After not even receiving an apology from the assistant manager at the time, & sending an email to the corporation, & making phone calls to the local Health Department, & speaking with the manager on the phone, we received 2 $10 gift certificates to compensate for our $98 bill, terrible service, filthy conditions w/ flies all over the restaurant landing on our food, hanging out on the walls & tables. We were unable to eat our meal in the restaurant & had to leave. Most good restaurants would have written off the whole bill for such an awful experience! I realize this is just a sports bar with wings & beer but sanitation & service should be expected in any food establishment. read more

Its Thursday June 15, 2017, my wife and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner. It wasn't very busy but it took about 15 minutes for our waitress to even notice us. She took our drink orders and when they came my wifes was wrong. Then we waited another 20 minutes for our order to be taken. Our food then took another 40 minutes to arrive and mine was missing one thing and my wifes was missing one thing. We talked to the assistant manager Zachary and he thanked us for letting him know but he really didn't care. After we finished eating we sat for 10+ minutes waiting for our bill while our waitress was standing in the corner talking to another waitress and flirting with some guy. I was so mad I went and found Zachary and chewed him a new one and told him we wanted our bill and just wanted to leave. Zachary is young and doesn't have the balls to tell his employees to get off their ass and do their jobs or hit the unemployment line. We won't be going back. As a side note the table beside us was there for at least 45 minutes and they finally had to go get their own menus at the bar. Horrible service. read more
