I went to BWW tonight because we love it and tonight's dinner was extra special. I added a note as a joke to my partners food and said "with extra love" they went and wrote inside the box "side of love" and had some hearts and all. The waiter was nice but the restaurant was packed and severely understaffed. Getting drink refills and even getting our bill was a huge wait. We were ignored and never got take out boxes. I had to wrap food in a napkin and put it in my purse. Food wasnt anything special and over priced. read more

If you like eating over priced wings ( $10 per person, easy) from a paper french fry tray with plastic silverware then this is your place. Dani was a rock star when taking my order. She was very pleasant and spunky! Parking was good but not typically good on the weekends. Price was good. The service here is always great, and Stephen Banks gave us amazing service and was super friendly and funny.

We went out to get some dinner, mainly beers, tonight and had a server who was on his 3rd day on the job. With my awful attention span I didn't get his name but he was AMAZING! It was a game day with Broncos and Cowboys playing in the same day and he never once made us feel like we weren't a priority. I'm not one to get upset about food service because I know everyone is busy and understaffed. But we waited nearly 40 mins today and never even had a server come to our table to get drink order, bring water, take our order, or even talk to us. When we finally got up to leave they were so confused that we were even there, even though they sat us there. People around us had been there nearly 2 hours and just getting their food. Sorry no communication and no service for nearly an hour is not acceptable for a restaurant setting. Just seemed like confusion and chaos. read more

Our party ordered a 30 pack of wings and a chicken sandwich. The sandwich was dropped off, and we were not given an update on the wings, which took an extra 10-15 minutes to come out. Needless to say, my partner did not eat the sandwich, instead waiting for the wings to come so we could all eat together as one might expect to do when dining out with family. After having to get up and ask someone about the wings (our server never came to check on us) , we were still not given an update and the server never came to apologize until 5 minutes after the wings finally came. When asked if they could refire the sandwich, she said she would "see what she could do about it" as they had recently moved to a hot and ready system, bringing food out as it is cooked.  Never in my life have I been to a corporate restaurant that cannot figure out how to appropriately fire items in a kitchen so that a party's food all comes not just together but also hot. The server was not apologetic at all, and rather than offering a comp, or discount, she continued to repeatedly offer more alcoholic beverages to the party despite being told several times that we were done drinking. Never in my live have I wanted to finish my food and get out of a restaurant so fast. read more

I visited B-Dubs in Greeley to watch a major UFC fight with friends. The place was packed, but my friends and I were able to find a seat in the bar area. Even though the restaurant was filling to capacity, the staff was prompt at taking our orders and delivering HOT, DELICIOUS food quickly and accurately. Managers Jeremy and Erin greeted us upon our arrival and stopped by our table to check in on us during our meal; showing me they sincerely cared about our dining experience. We stayed a couple hours after our meal and had a few drinks to watch the rest of the fights and never felt rushed to leave after eating. I've been back several times since, and have had consistent food quality and dining experiences! It doesn't get any better than that. read more

Upon arriving I was promptly greeted, but once I said I'd like to sit in the bar. She walked away annoyed. Two gentlemen standing at the front counter that presented a managerial appearance were very rude and discontent. No hello or greeting of any kind. Not what I'd expect from a restaurant manager. The bar was empty, maybe 10 people. Bar counter was dirty, bartender was friendly but not very good. Didn't offer the drink or food menu. I had to help myself. In short, came here for the wings. I had the worst experience of any restaurant that I've ever gone to. I sat on the patio and got choked out by people smoking cigarettes. When I spoke with the manager he was not aware of the city codes and he had two employees that condoned smoking. I felt like I was abandoned by the service staff the only upside is the food was good. read more

I've never had the greatest experience with BWW. This was no exception. The waitress was really nice which was probably the only real positive of the experience. We ordered wings and when we got them....pretty much cold. We had to send them back for new ones. I never send back food but I'm not about to eat cold wings. Being so close to the house I have eaten at BWW a couple of times and regardless of what I order I always seem to get the "food temperature sampler". I am not sure why but the food is always oddly mismatched as if they cook the fries and then let them sit 10 minutes before serving them with a luke warm entree, or vice versa. I have yet to have a meal here where they have gotten my order 100% correct and everything comes out above room temperature. The service is also sketchy, I am sure there are servers there that take great pride in their work but usually we get the waiter that feels like we are inconveniencing them by eating at BWW. If you are looking for wings go to 8th Ave Wing Shack. Better food, better service, better price. read more

I have given this place numerous chances to redeem themselves but they have failed epically everytime. lets start with the prices... over priced for what you get, the order is small and unpleasing to the eye. Unless your drunk and enjoy sports, and dont care about the temperature of your food either.., the drinks are good if you enjoy a surprise bill and the waitstaff is either lurking on our conversation or completely ignoring us.. the food is always lacking in sauce and is really just kindof generic. I do love some of their hot sauces but this goes without saying that id rather buy some and make my own at home OR just go to The Ave Wing Shack. theyre locally owned and their food is amazing and its wayy more worth your time and money!!! read more

Great food, but horrible service. My husband and I LOVE BWW, but seem to always run into service issues. I don't know if it's a lack of training or what, but more often than not, when we crave wings we don't go just because we don't want to deal with poor service. Horrible! We have gone there a few times out of convenience (it being close to our house) and have immediately regretted our decision, we must like torturing ourselves or something... I have placed orders through Order up for this place three times. Every time, BWW give me at least one less wing in my order. Last night I was short two wings (no drumsticks), and they left the bacon off my potatoes (that I paid extra for). Different drivers, so you can't blame Order UP. I'm glad that this is the BDubs by our house. I always order my wings "double extra burned crispy" because I hate chicken fat. They get them right every time. Trina is the best server in Greeley and we always request her section. We only come here about once a month, they never disappoint.
