8 Oz sirloin with corn and green beans
    Mike G.

Packed on a Saturday night, confirmation for me that there just aren't that many good restaurants in Greeley. We waited close to 30 mins for our table. Once seated, service was quite pleasant and relatively prompt. Rolls kept coming, and they were tasty. Entrees came out at the same time, and my medium rare sirloin looked and tasted the same as my wife's medium well sirloin. I sent it back, and my replacement was much better. Both of my daughters really like the chicken strips, and having tasted them, I'll agree they're pretty good. Corn, green beans, fries, and mashed potatoes are all very tasty.

We've been eating at Texas Roadhouse restaurants for many years. This one since 2015. I only recently started "picking " my steak. (Not sure what this is? Ask your server on your next visit) so not sure if this has always been the case but the pick your steak, steaks seem to be of a higher quality than the regular menu items. I know they tend to be larger more expensive cuts. We'll anyways, the last several times I've been that's what I've gotten and loved them! This time I added grilled mushrooms & onions. Mmmm...... loved that extra iron! I also got a baked sweet potato and seasonal veggies. The sweet potato was bomb. I had it with just butter. But the seasonal veggies were meh. I'd get it again and you should too!

The very best food for the least amount of money. I love this place so much!!Bone-in Ribeyes!!!

    Dead fly

Horrible experience I found a dead fly in my salad, got offered a new salad and got a discounted meal. Didn't end up eating and was forced to pay $23 dollars.

The service is always great and so friendly and I love the ambiance of the place too! When I go I always sit at the bar and get me a flight of whiskey. Of the many times I have at here, here is a few of the apps I have gotten and loved. My favorite and mostly go to is the crispy Brussels and cauliflower fried topped with bacon and balsamic drizzle, there is also some dippy stuff that comes with it. I don't know what it's called but I freaking love it w the Brussels. Another app I have tried is the kickin shrimp. This is almost like the bang bang shrimp from PF Changs but a little more crispier and tastes much better in my opinion. The sushi rolls I have tried is the spicy tuna, yes it's raw, and so delicious. If you like spicy this is definitely a sushi roll for you. The fish was very fresh and so tender, you almost didn't know you were eating raw fish. Now for the two entrees I have tried, I'll start first with my second favorite which is the fish and chips. The fish is battered to perfection and so crispy along with the fish so flaky and just so yummy. The sides that came w it were fries. They were good. Now onto my number one hands down favorite dish I always get when I come. What can I say I'm a creature of habit. The mahi mahi, , the way they cook it and the flakiness of this fish here is phenomenal, you can either get the rice that comes with it or how I do it I sub it for their fresh asparagus topped with a spring mix and some dressing on top. I use to not like mahi mahi but this place I will eat it until the end of time. Overall this place is a 10/10. Staff is always amazing, food is on point and fresh and the whiskey is delish!

Hopped in with Thursday night reservations, and we were seated within a few minutes. The menu is as fantastic looking as we remember. Pretty much, this is one of those places you go when you want to eat a bougie dinner. Oh, and the cocktails! Wife N. started with the Woo Girl a lovely off-fizzy gin-based hibiscus drink. Delightful. I went with an Old Fashioned. They have three different Old Fashioned choices (I've had all, and all are stellar) but tonight I went with the "With a Twist" which adds in some unique pineapple and vanilla notes. Fabulous! The apps arrived. We started with the Fois Gras Terrine--pretty much you can't go wrong with Fois Gras and Chimney park gussied it up with marinated apricots, pistachios, and what turned out to be the most delightful edible flowers (the purple poofy one looked like a garlic flower and had a light garlicy taste which, with the Fois was a bite of heaven---many folks think flowers are just garnish but don't shy away from trying a bite or you'll miss out! The only drawback was we ran out of the (two) toast points a third the way through the terrine. No big deal, we just spread it on their wonderful table bread. Bison tartare. Perfect egg yolk on top and a lovely dijon cream, served with housemade potato chips. Best tartare in recent memory. Next, the lobster bisque which we mentioned we were sharing. It arrived split into two perfect servings, with bisque poured tableside. Chunks of fresh lobster swimming in a delightfully tasty bisque with just a bit of spicy heat to it. I think if there was only one thing I was allowed to eat for the rest of my life, it would be this dish. On to the mains. She had the pan roasted Chilean sea bass. Flawlessly cooked and glistening, on a bed of pea risotto and adorned with pea shoots, most excellent. I had the mushroom-crusted New England scallops. Five #12 scallops, perfectly seared, on a bed of black rice, served with morels, bok choi and a couple black truffle shavings with a beurre blanc. This was a delicious umami bomb. Everything on the plate had a reason for being there and, on the off-chance I managed to get all the elements in a single bite it was a bite of heaven. Stuffed to the gills, we could only take home a dessert. So the flourless chocolate torte made its way into a to-go box and we had it back at the hotel room. Everything you'd expect a delicious wrap-up to be. Second visit in two years, and the quality of service and food was consistent across both visits. We're Chimney Park fans, and will be back any time we're back in the area. Wouldn't miss it for the world.

The food and service are consistently very good, especially for the price. The fresh pastas are the highlight, and I really like that you can create your own entrée by choosing the pasta, sauce, and proteins or vegetables. On our most recent visit, we started with the burrata appetizer with ham and pistachios, which was excellent. I had the paccheri pasta with a meatball and sausage. The pasta itself was great, though I did not care for the texture of the sausage link, which was too firm for my taste. The desserts were excellent. A nice bonus was that bottles of wine were half off on Wednesdays, and we enjoyed a very good Nero d'Avola for $25. Service was responsive, friendly, and attentive throughout the meal. The dining room is gorgeous, though I really do not like the chairs. They are small, wooden, uncushioned, and uncomfortable. Overall, despite the chairs and the sausage, this is an outstanding place for a meal.
