We popped in here for lunch after a nice shopping spree at Scheels..... What a gem... they have a cool interior that really reminds me of old-school pizza places... Service was incredibly good. Our waitress didn't even have to write down our order and it came out perfect ... Hubs enjoyed the zesty pepperoni calzone... He made a comment on how much yummy mozzarella is in it and was very happy. Pomodoro sauce was really good. I had a house salad with roasted chicken and home made blue cheese dressing... the lettuce was particularly crisp and the blue cheese is probably one of the best dressings I've ever had... It was really delicious. Perfect size for me.... They also have an incredibly large tap selection if you're interested in beer.... If you're in the neighborhood, you should pop in here. Pizzas good when you're dining it but whatever you do, do NOT order delivery through them. They sub out to door dash and trying to get your order is a nightmare. So unless you want to eliminate The whole purpose of delivery and go chase down a driver 10 miles from your delivery address for some cold pizza an hour late, just go in and order and wait. Half tempted to take the whole order back and have them remake it. At least my newborn got to go on an adventure, but I'm very disappointed. read more

I was able to order my food and receive it in under 30 minutes. This is a huge improvement. Traditionally I don't order food here because it takes an hour or more: I made a bet with the last bartender that it wouldn't be fast: it was 90 minutes to get my chicken sandwich to go so I guess I won...? Hopefully this trend continues because I often tell people to avoid Perry's unless they have a few hours to stand around for chucky cheese pizza(very sweet sauce, probably loaded with HFCS). read more

Food arrived in a decent amount of time but I paid for two meatballs and only got one. Food was only lukewarm. I have experienced Other deliveries where my food is piping hot. Flavor wasn't bad but it was nothing amazing either. Could've use more sauce. I typically don't right these kind of reviews, but I just don't want anyone to waste their money. Spent about 50 bucks including delivery and tip on a spaghetti order and a side of cheesecake. One other rookie mistake, don't package hot and cold together. The cheesecake gets warm from whatever heat the spaghetti had. We need more good food and Greeley. Please try hard harder. read more

We had an extremely disappointing experience at Parry's tonight, unlike anything we've encountered at a restaurant before. We were seated promptly at 5:15 p.m. and placed our order shortly after. It took quite a while just to receive water and drinks from our server, JJ, but we assumed he was busy and waited patiently. We ordered fries as an appetizer to tide over our two toddlers, and those finally arrived around 5:45 p.m.--a full 30 minutes after ordering. After that, we waited as multiple tables around us--many seated 10 to 20 minutes after us--received their meals, while we were left with nothing. At 6:20, with still no food or updates, we asked to have our meals boxed to-go. JJ returned with the check, and after another 15+ minutes, brought out our boxed food--without any apology, explanation, or acknowledgment of the delay. As parents dining out with small children, we understand things can get backed up. But what we experienced tonight was a complete lack of communication, accountability, and care. We were left managing two hungry, restless kids for over an hour, without a single effort to make the situation right. We hope this feedback is taken seriously, because the way this was handled fell far below the standard we'd expect from any restaurant, especially one we dine at on a regular basis. read more

I was very disappointed today with my lunch experience at Parry's Pizza in Johnstown, Colorado. I have Celiac Disease, so I asked the server if the Chicken Wrap had gluten. I was told it was a spinach wrap and did not have gluten. I know some spinach tortillas don't have wheat, and some do, so I asked again to make sure. I also ordered a salad and made it clear not to include croutons. As a sidenote, we had to wait over 30 minutes for our food to be served. My Chicken Wrap was served before the salad came, and a minute later, the server came and took the wrap back, saying it wasn't mine. I told her that I may have already touched it. When the second wrap was delivered along with the salad, the salad had croutons and needed to be replaced. Six hours after I was home, I began having cramps, which I assumed might be from gluten. I called the restaurant and spoke with a manager. I asked if the spinach tortilla had wheat, and he confirmed that it did. The manager was very friendly and empathetic. He asked if there was anything he could do for me. I told him it was too late to do anything regarding the ingested gluten. However, I did have recommendations. Any good restaurant should have a list of every menu item and what allergens, if any, are included. Every employee should be trained in the importance of protecting customers from allergens. If any customer mentions food allergies, they should be given the list of which allergens are in each menu item. Many restaurants do this. I apologize for such a long review. I want Parry's Pizza to take this incident seriously. The food was good, and I recommend eating at Parry's. But be cautious if you have food allergies. read more

This location I am assuming is great if you are ordering beers and pizza. Maybe it wasn't our luck that night, since we did not order alcohol drinks: only sodas and iced teas are available. It was Saturday night and bar and restaurant were busy, it was my first time and little bit late like 8 pm. My order came in quickly the buffalo chicken calzone, taste ok bit too salty in my opinion. Next item Chicken Alfredo came in much later , looks dry like no sauce). We called our waitress, asked for more sauce, she took it back, later on inform that they have to make sauce from scratch again, since it was out and will serve it as soon as is done. 15 minutes passing by, we asked our waitress again, finally got news that they cannot make the sauce as it does not have the ingredients. She is then informed us that only the calzone and two iced teas would be charged, and to order something else in place of pasta chicken Alfredo's. We chose the meat calzone, which was also taken bit longer to make ? .. while waiting we wanted our iced tea to be replenish... she took both our glasses... drum roll...and also take bit of time. Hmmm Our waitress came back she is deeply embarrassed, and told us that they run out of iced teas. Whatttt . She is then proceeded to tell us that for all of our wait , non existent items in the menu that our dinner is on the house that night. Oh my what an experience!. Second calzone finally served with two sodas, as those are the only non alcoholic drinks available. We tip the young lady, she was nice and did the best she could. That's it, I am not coming back. They have a huge selection of beer and a bar for cocktails as well. There is a dining area and a bar area for eating. Outdoor tables for warmer weather. The pizza we got was very good. I went to support a fundraiser for a high school. I was excited to get there with plenty of time to spare, or so I thought. I was sent to the bar to do my order since it was a take out and was acknowledged and then that was it. Awesome experience. My pizza was made wrong but the staff was so friendly and understanding. I said it was fine but they insisted on making me a new pizza for free and even let me keep the one that was wrong. Landon was the one who helped and was overly kind in a great way. This is what customer service is all about. I'll be back consistently as long as someone like Landon works here. Not for the free pizza he gave.
