My son and I went here for the first time this afternoon and it was GREAT!! Our server Leah was so polite, friendly and helpful! We ordered the fried mozzarella for an app and it was amazing! My son created his own burger and loved that option I went with the Magic Mushroom burger. We both got the parm truffle fries for our side choice and we were not disappointed! The burgers were cooked to perfection and juicy and the fries were out of this world! If you're looking for a great burger go here you'll love it!! We will return to try more! read more

Bestie, my son, and I were in Greenville for a little shopping and geocaching and were looking for a great burger joint. I'd say we found it in Bad Daddy's Burger Bar! Our waiter was attentive and friendly, offering to help with a decision or asking if we had any questions. Bestie ordered the fried mozzarella with marinara as an app which was pretty good, with a crunchy exterior and gooey mozzarella. My son wasn't a fan unfortunately cause it had a slight kick in the breading. My son got the kids grilled cheese with sweet potato fries which were perfectly seasoned and cooked leaving the sweet potato still soft on the inside but a crunch on the outside. I can confirm that his fries were awesome! I ordered the Steakhouse Smash burger with pesto pasta salad. The burger was juicy and cooked to order as requested, with the toppings I wanted to alter and add some correctly. I'm not really sure what the sauce was on the bun, it kinda tasted like coleslaw and by itself was a little odd but on the burger it was perfect. The pesto pasta salad required a tiny bit of salt but other than that the seasonings and fresh veggies and cheese chunks were delicious. Loved the idea of the restaurant however I have had mixed experiences here that question whether or not I should go back. First experience was really odd, and overpriced it felt. Over salted food, that didn't taste amazing. Some opinions on fries being separate from the meal they have. Or the fact I have gone twice and you can tell the difference between chefs. My sister brought us here for lunch. They have a menu that you came build your own burger, also menu burgers different kinds. We ordered Bad Daddy's burger, it had bacon coated with buttercream batter fried to a crisp, two 7oz beef patties, tomato, pickles on a brioche bun. This burger is so big had to eat it piece at a time, the other burger with mushrooms all came with one side sweet potatoes fries, it was so very good burger and sweet potatoes fries, one ordered of onion rings, nice large onions. We came on a weekday with my In-Laws to celebrate an important life event and we were greeted when we came in and sat promptly, the establishment was clean and had a cozy environment! Our server came and greeted us and was very kind and gave us plenty of time to figure out our orders and read the menu. Minimum wait for the food to be brought to the table. The burger and egg were cooked as requested. Liked the pesto and the bacon was great. A chipotle ranch sauce was on the side. Ate at the Greenville location today the young man at the door was friendly and gave prompt service. The waitress was friendly and very nice but I told her I felt sorry for her because the service coming out of the kitchen was poor at best. I watched my burger order sit in the window for at least 5 minutes while she was waiting for the kitchen to make fries to complete the order there was no reason this should of happened as I could see there was two cooks in the kitchen and it shouldn't have been that hard to have burgers and fries done at the same time. I did notice the kitchen staff was more interested in talking on their cellphones than doing the job they were being paid to do. Only reason they didn't get a 5 star rating was because I felt like the entrance vibe was not very welcoming. Which isn't something detrimental. Mine had grilled onions Gouda and bacon, asked for medium and that was what I got! A friend ordered the Steakhouse and loved it! Build your own burger was a great option with along list of toppings and styles! The onion rings were as promised crispy and light. The homemade potato chips with Pimento cheese dip hit the spot! The food was amazing! We enjoyed watching the game and it's the perfect let's get a burger while watching the game ambiance.

The restaurant accommodated our large party fairly well and we didn't mind sitting apart. We were in town for a soccer tournament. However, our food took an hour and 15 minutes to come out. We put our order in at the same time our children sitting at another table next to us and they got their food 45 minutes before us. By that time a lot of the people in our group asked for takeout boxes. I did not and wanted to enjoy my food hot but was given it in a takeout box. I was completely finished with my meal by the time the server brought the check so it was pointless to wrap up the meals.
