Three tins, homemade bread, fig jam, citrus butter, assorted pickles vegetables, cheese, almonds

FANTASTIC!! We ordered the "Tins board" the presentation and accompanying items, crusty homemade bread, cheese, homemade pickled veggies, and so much more! And the homemade pasta, with sooo many grilled local vegetables was DELICIOUS!! Accompanied by warm bread! Definable one of the best meals we have had in downtown Washington! Service was also impeccable!! We will definitely be coming back!!!

I'm so glad we have this place another chance! The food was delicious and unique. The servers were great, but there were still only two servers, so it was slow at times. Not annoyingly so, though. They had live music which had the perfect vibe and was not too loud. I love the hand drawn cocktail menu! Clearly, the owner is very creative.

Good drinks, delicious food, friendly folks. What more could you want? When we dined here, it was a bit chilly out. I can't wait to return in the summertime when they roll up the door and let the beautiful breeze in.

Had a delightful mother-son lunch at this new restaurant! We sat in the back dining room in a comfortable seat with a view into the kitchen. Numerous wine bottles were on display around the kitchen window. These are exquisite bottles globally sourced. Blu has a "Wine Wednesday" event worth attending where you can sample some of their wines and receive a discount on bottles. The upstairs terrace was full, meaning it's a popular hangout spot. The quieter indoor space was more conducive to conversation. Jenna and her team of servers did a good job. She brought our food as it came out of the kitchen. Blu serves generous portions so we happily took half our meals home. Definitely interested in their wine hour and happy hours at their bar & lounge.

A great rooftop restaurant is more than just a place to eat--it's an experience that blends good views, impeccable flavors, and a wonderful ambiance that comes with some creature comforts. This is Blu Farm To Table. Blu Farm to Table is a wonderland where vegetables have VIP status, and every dish tells the story of its journey from dirt to deliciousness, but here the menu is a mystery and you will only know when you go. Although I only ventured through a few small plates, everything was not only delicious, every bite carries the freshness of ingredients that haven't spent weeks in transit. Get here on the right night for that full-sensory experience, where every element blends seamlessly into a night you won't forget. phenomenal food, dangerously good drinks, and the music? Well, let's just say you won't be leaving until the last song fades into the night. Cheers!

We were heading to Williamsburg Va and stopped in for Brunch. I started with a Bloody Mary, one of us ordered a local red ale and the girls split a bottle of Cabernet. The guys ordered the Blu Crab Bennie (eggs Benedict) one with hollandaise on the side the girls split the smash burger. There was a piano player singing and adding to ambiance. The server was friendly and knowledgeable. The Bloody Mary was awesome with a capital A!!!! The local red ale was excellent. The food was delicious!!!! Absolutely a must hit spot for Sunday Brunch!!!! Christian was our server: just a superb job, great personality.

Came back after some time! Still love this place and their ever changing menu! Service was awesome, the food came out fast and hot, it was perfect for a quick lunch! The place was beautifully decorated and the bathrooms were so unique! Will definitely return in the summer for the rooftop seating!

What a small but beautiful restaurant! Offering inside and outside seating close to water. This restaurant offers farm to table meals so the menu is ever changing, We arrived when they were offering brunch. The menu had something for everyone, just about. I will note there was no kid menu - so that might be a deal breaker for some. We decided on a few dishes, my favorite was the mushroom omelette! It was very flavorful and delicious. The chicken and biscuits were spicy but with good flavor. I look forward to going back and trying different combinations. For now, enjoy the photos!

We ordered from the limited drink menu and four of our drinks took around 20 minutes and the 5th another 10 minutes. My requested glass of water arrived sometime after that (was ordered with other drinks). Food arrived for 2 people after about 40 minutes, and the other 3 about 10 minutes later. Aren't all guests' meals generally served at the same time? Drinks were very beautiful, but mine was served in a tall champagne flute-type glass and was poorly mixed. All the alcohol was in the bottom. Food was small-ish portions and only okay although the presentation was very nice. My "Lunch in Nice" crepe was under-filled and more like a quesadilla than a crepe. The menu stated, "Chèvre cheese, spinach, honey, shaved almonds" but the only thing inside the crepe was cheese. The raw spinach was on top and the honey and shaved almonds were drizzled on the plate. It was over-cooked and a bit crispy. To top it off, I was over-charged by $1.50 for the crepe (just realized that looking back at the menu). I enjoyed the lunch company very much, but can't recommend the restaurant.

Try the "smoke on the water" with smoked salmon. There are also açaí bowls for the adventurous- several with raw tuna, plus rice, pineapple, kimchi. A symphony of flavors! They have a nice selection of cocktails, many of which seem crafted to honor the local vibe. I had a cocktail containing a house distilled gin. Delicious. They also let my husband sample two of the house distilled gins before he ordered a gin and tonic. He was very happy. Kennedy, our friendly, knowledgeable server, brought out complimentary cornbread with brown butter/molasses butter and tomato soup shooters. Yum. They offer two- and three-course price fix menus, and for a few dollars more, you can make it a wine pairing. My husband did that, and I ordered off of the regular menu. His collard green salad was sensational! He couldn't stop raving about it even as he was finishing it up. His second course was filet mignon, and it was the most savory, tasty filet I've ever had! I had lemon risotto with asparagus and tomatoes - it was delicious as well. We enjoyed the watermelon carpaccio, fried green tomatoes, garden risotto with added shrimp. Everything was very good. The tomato portion was enormous and the beer batter was crispy and light. I tried to make reservation but the restaurant would not take a reservation for one so I went early. My options were the bar or in the dark tunnel. I chose the tunnel as I thought I was going to get a table not a high top there. Then where the menu was placed that would have me facing the back wall as the other seat was near the kitchen entrance. So I moved there but I still didn't have a view of the performers. So things didn't start well but I ordered the boba boat mocktail and the mac n cheese with short ribs. My waitress then informed me that they were out of the short rib and would brisket be ok. I hate brisket so I said no and she went and got me the menu to order something else. While I was looking at the menu with my phone flashlight (other tables had actual flashlights, they came prepared) as the tunnel was too dark to see without it, I was given mac n cheese with short rib according to the food runner. I questioned him as I had been told they were out but he went and checked and told me it was the last of the short rib. It was not short rib and someone lied. When the waitress returned, she thought it was burnt ends and checked with the kitchen and they told her brisket. Whatever the mystery meat was, it was not what I ordered. Did they think I wouldn't notice or know the meats are prepared differently. It is dark there so it is hard to know what you are eating. The mystery meat dish was taken back to the kitchen and I asked if they could prepare it with vegetables instead as mac n cheese seemed like the safest option on the menu with the mystery meats. I wish they just had what I originally ordered. The specialty made veggie dish was good but I expected more flavors with the cheese. It was kind of bland. I did try the dessert too. I got the strawberry lemonade cake. The strawberries were the best part as the cake was on the dry side. While eating this, the check was brought to the table. This is my biggest pet peeve to not wait until the guest is finished eating. The most frustrating part was that while they refused to increase the lighting when I arrived and asked as I couldn't read the menu. They immediately turned the lights up when another guest asked as I was finishing my dessert. The chef came to the table from the front dining area. It was my understanding that things were going to be made right. I didn't expect to be charged the full price for the dish without the premium meat. Then there was the service failure of bringing out a dish I hadn't ordered to begin with. The decor here is outstanding, with the copper ceilings and the speakeasy feel. The clock out front caught my attention too. They went all out with the details and elegance. So it is disappointing that the food and service is not up to the same standards.
