This location. No thank you. I am a bdubs person. I love the atmosphere. I love the wing sauces. I love the Troy, OH location and have been going for YEARS. Have not had in awhile. Despite not being super busy wait was 45+ minutes. The value not worth the cost. I felt bad for my daughter's boyfriend. That wrap was the size of a snack wrap. The cheesesteak looked nothing like the menu photo. Maybe all locations are like this now. If so I'll make my own at home. read more

Went to Bdubs at around 5:50 today 3/14/26 we were sat down quickly with our waitress Mae. We had ordered an noticed something weird about our server instantly, we continued our dinner and ordered our food she had repeatedly burped in our faces and slured words. From what i believe Mae was fairly drunk not a great look for bdubs at 56pm. read more

Look, it's a typical bww however the service was the worst ever. Granted I'm lot from the area or even accustomed to maybe the laid back, happy go lucky life outside the city. For starters the bartender/server was extremely nice and chatty when she actually worked. She spent 90% of her time at the table next to the bar as if she was on break. I get it, wasn't extremely busy or whatever but sitting at a table instead of cleaning, stocking and/or even interacting with customers is a huge red flag. read more

Two orders wrong. That's 33 percent accuracy. Who can do that poorly at their job and succeed? 2) they do not accept responsibility. I had not ate at this location in well over a year until last night.(wasn't my choice) I was quickly reminded why I choose not to eat here when the food arrived. We started with fried pickles. They were coated in cornmeal, chewy,and overly greasy. This was not a tasty combination or texture. I have never had pickles and cornmeal. Seriously, try something lighter like a tempura batter. Several of us tried the new Orange boneless wings, don't. The only thing orange about them is the color of the sauce. All eight people of our group agreed there was a absolutely NO hint of orange flavor. All varieties of the boneless wings were dry. On the plus side the waitress did a fine job handling our large group of eight. If you want to have a few beers this place is fine because of all TV's, just skip the food. read more

I used to eat here regularly enjoying the atmosphere and food. The people who work here are great! I brought a party of six but was told we couldn't come in without a mask. We went next door to Rapid Fired Pizza without a problem. This location lost my business forever as they were unwilling to work with their customers. Against better judgement ( and my warning), workplace ordered online carry out. I volunteered to pick it up. Ugh... Ordered at 10:40 to pick up at 11:50. Get there at 11:40 and go to the pick up counter. Wait until noon for the order to be brought back to me. Approached the kitchen to inquire about where the food is? The person who initially helped me was "about done with it"...12:15, finally food! Check the orders and I asked for the drinks, brought three drinks, unmarked. Also one item that was ordered online was not there, a main meal. It wasn't on the receipt either? So I try to find someone who can help identify the drinks. A nice server helped with two of the three. Manager ended up helping with the third, as the receipt that bdubs emails is pointless at saying what was even ordered (not manager or locations fault). Manager was pleasant and helpful and did get the missing item as well due to food not being ready until 25 minutes past pick up time. Not everyone got to eat on time because of the lateness (some only have a 30min lunch), but at least most of it was good. FYI, don't bother with the 11$ salads though. Go to Wally, get a bag salad and a bottle of ranch for 5$ and split it!!!! Kudos to the specific staff that helped today. read more

Just because this location is in a small town should not be a reason why the service is always crappy. Wanted to have a girls night, turned into everyone being disappointed in the service, food, etc.... Stacy our server was dismissive and forgetful. She walked up to table, took drinks order and handed out menus. We advised Stacy at that time we wanted to order several starters. She says, "ok, let me get drinks and I'll be back for starter order." 20 minutes later we stop another server and ask for Stacy to come back. She finally comes back, giving incorrect drinks to wrong ladies.... We start to order starters and are advised by Stacy, " oh we can't do those, the oven is broken." I asked Stacy why she didn't tell us this when she took drinks order. Stacy's reply," I don't like wasting my time telling every single table until they ask for it. I hate having to repeat myself" I reminded her that we were clear we wanted several starters, she rolled her eyes and said, "well what else do you want?" We then asked for starters that don't require the oven and we're informed they were out of that as well! Again, why didn't Stacy tell us right from the start, these are what we have, this is what we cannot do, etc.... During the process of finally getting starters ordered, Stacy advised us she typically has to deal with her ex-husband orders. She deliberately messes up his orders just for fun. Our table was seven women, half of us are food service, catering or restaurant managers. Stacy chooses to laugh and bragg about deliberating messing up orders. Seriously, this is the type of people Greenville Ohio bdubs employs. No wonder most Darke county residents go to Miami county bdubs for service and food. We order our meals, which Stacy messed up as well. Crispy chicken, not grilled, pickles instead of no pickles, incorrect sides, etc... In total, we were at the table for 1 hour and ten minutes before starters even came out. Once we received meals, the manager was called over gave her a brief synopsis of what happened. She comped the incorrect chicken. No apologies for Stacy's behavior. We boxed our meals and left. Manager was polite but with several servers standing in service area in phones, only 10 tables in total occupied, I find no excuse for y lack of professionalism. read more

This is my first time leaving a negative review but it was pretty bad, I'm not the complaining type and just go with the flow a lot of the time but here are my complaints on are last time coming to this Bdubs Was having dinner with my wife and five year old daughter, Saturday night at 5:45pm, the waitress never brought are daughter her water and didn't return after 10min so my wife went and got it herself from the bar, we ordered pretzel bits which came out fast (brought out by another member of staff) and was good but we were not giving any plates or silverware, we then waited 45 min for the rest of are food ( street tacos with potato wedges, kids Mac and cheese with oranges and a sampler platter, my wife asked after 40 min if are food was coming soon as another table was sat after us and got there food first, our waitress checked and said they were waiting on the boneless chicken wings in my sampler and would be out soon, 5 min later we get are food and everything was cold to lukewarm including the wings we were supposedly waiting on and my wife didn't get her wedges and the last complaint was I asked for another beer and it sat at the bar so long the bartender had to bring it out to me, so I don't know if it was all on are waitress or what but I am done with bdubs because I can put up with slow service if the food is still good but cold food, slow service and for all are food and two beers and two mixed drinks for my wife and an $80 bill is to much. read more

Im updating this review to 2 stars for a few reasons. The service is so hit or miss here. Mainly miss unfortunately. I have stated this before but getting seated takes forever. Getting the bill and paying take forever. I like to come during lunch and since going back to work I don't drink alcohol. Today they just sat me at the bar. Basically all tables open. Still slow service. I love the food here thats why I keep coming back. But honestly it's starting to piss me off so much I might quit coming. I feel unwelcome here quite a bit. read more

It is Greenville so not a lot of GOOD food options. Every time I have gone here even for take out, service is slow. It is chain restaurant food so ... Sometimes the wings have very little sauce on them and sometimes it looks like soup with wings in it. Servers are more interested in chatting with each other than checking on tables or refilling a drink or even taking the card to pay the bill. This is hands down the worst B-Dubs in the area. If you don't live in Greenville drive the little extra time to Richmond or Englewood. Absolute dumpster fire in Greenville. Any to go orders are guaranteed to be late and 7/10 times the order is wrong. Service is usually mediocre at best when you dine in. Food is normal for the franchise. Everything else about this store is poor. Whoever manages this location should be ashamed of themselves. Even cashing their paycheck doing this poorly should be considered theft. The building is a lot different than the others seems small no outside patio and the food is either over cooked or under cooked. They just opened not to long ago seems like the cooks are careless. Iv never had a great meal there. Iv had much better luck with the one in Troy. read more

food was ok. but the waitress "cortini" was awful. she didn't listen she messed up everything and she mumbled so bad. she didn't bring plates, napkins, or silverware for the appetizers. she brought us three napkins when four people were dining. when she did bring us silverware, she only brought us two sets. again, four people were dining! two seconds after she brought the food she asked if we needed boxes? um no we just got the food! she asked if the wings were good then proceeded to say she heard they were bad. she didn't bring enough change back, and it took her 10 minutes before she finally brought our change back. experience was awful and are definetly not ever coming back to this bdubs. read more

You actually deserve zero stars. I usually love bdubs. The food, beer, & atmosphere are always great. So I travel for work so I always experience a lot of restaurants. When I walked in I went straight to the bar. I needed a cold brew after an exhausting day work. So I sit down & wait & wait & wait as the bartender keeps walking past talking to his buddies telling stories. I try to get his attention he ignores me as it seems. Then I hear one of his friends say hey that guy has been waiting for a while. The bartender proceeds to tell his friend I don't care he's been on his phone for five minutes. Now after that he looks at me I look at him & he begins to walk over to me. Lips are dry & I'm ready to taste that cold brew then the unexpected happens. Another customer flips her phone around to show him something on it & of course he stops to engage in conversation. At this point my blood is boiling I'm fucking pissed so I proceed to tell him that he needs to be trained on serving his customers better. I mean shit I tip 30% most of the time.
