We got this order to go. We got a cheeseburger and fries plus a buffalo chicken sandwich. The cheeseburger looked good. I didn't taste it. The fries were cold and limp. I put them in the oven to warm them up and crisp them. The Buffalo chicken was a sad and pathetic excuse. The patty was very thin and I feel almost certainly a frozen patty. The breading had that gummy texture associated with a frozen product. I got the medium sauce plus an extra cup of the original sauce. Both sauces had good flavor. The medium sauce that came on the sandwich didn't cover the chicken. I prefer my chicken to be tossed in the sauce. This had the medium sauce plus the ranch all on the top bun. I was very glad I got the extra sauce. I was able to use that to cover my chicken. The chicken was not a tasty piece of chicken. Thin, chewy, gummy. But the sauce was very good. read more

This is what I consider to be my "local" BWW and it has been pretty consistent in terms of food and service. I know it is hard to hire and keep people with this type of job, but I can say that even our worst experience was still decent. I've come in here with just my wife and also have been with over a dozen co-workers and they handled everything quite well. This restaurant is larger than the other location on the coast, and it has plenty of seating that also includes a large side area where they sometimes open up the windows for more air. I've never had to wait long to get a table, which is always a plus. Be sure to use the app to get the points because their reward system is excellent and they are always giving away free stuff. read more

Went in with two friends at around 8:30 PM 2/15/26 and sat ourselves. We ordered immediately as we usually get very simple things and waited over an hour for the first meal to arrive, thirty minutes later for the second, and we never received the third after asking about it multiple times. Left at 10:30 PM with our very inattentive and curt server Nathan saying he didn't know "what the hell was going on in the kitchen" and was sorry. Worst takeout experience ever I use the app for the very first time we ordered boneless wings but we received bone in wings. Walked right back in and told them that we ordered boneless. They said oh no you didn't and we said yes we did and I know we did because when we ordered it had bone in wings on the order on the app and we switched it to boneless because we said oh gosh no we don't want bone in wings now whether the app messed up or not I don't know, but I do know they were very, very rude. We ate here a few weeks ago and had a great experience. However, last night I felt like we were being punked and kept looking around for Ashton Kutcher. First, our waiter introduced himself as "big daddy". I thought I heard him incorrectly so I looked at his name tag. Sure enough - it said "big daddy". Does this establishment's management really want their customers referring to this gentleman by that name?! Second, I had to ask for a straw multiple times. After waiting a few minutes, I grabbed my own straw from the bar. Third, my husband ordered a beer and asked for a tall. The server said beer doesn't come in a tall. However, there's a picture of the glass that the beer comes in that was right on the menu at the table. Instead, he was served beer in a goblet looking glass. Fourth, we asked for carrots with our wings. The carrots were tossed ON TOP of the wings. I prefer to have my carrots on the side but that's definitely not what happened. If they're trying to save money on cardboard or dishes then at least separate the hot wings from the nice cold carrots. I will say that our server was very sweet and very understanding and we tried to make it very clear that her service did not impact how we felt about our experience. The best part of the night other than her was the beer because I don't think you can mess that up other than my boyfriend ordered a Stella and the first one was absolutely not Stella. But he drank it and didn't say a word. My bear was fine. Had an IPA no big deal. The food was not even mediocre. He ordered a bacon lettuce, tomato sandwich and it was very dry. He basically just took the bacon off and ate it. I had a coupon for free wings so we redeemed those and they were OK, but probably our fault for taking the recommendation to try without sauce. This is a great restaurant for chicken. It's known for mainly sports theme restaurant and chicken wings. They offer more than just chicken wings there to eat. They also serve burgers there too. Don't be discouraged by a sports theme restaurant. If you're not into sports of which I'm not; the food is excellent and well worth it to eat. They offer both tables and booths. No patio here, but if you go to to the other location in D'Iberville; they offer outdoor seating, cause they have a patio. Our server was Baleigh, she was great and she took the time to make our visit the best possible. The food came out fresh and wasn't too busy there. Average noise environment, it's a sports theme bar. I use to go there for boxing, ufc, super bowl, and etc to watch besides eat good food. I have no complaints here. They offer military discount it's ID off regular price food. So no discount since we got the lunch specials but they gave us one for the appetizer tho. Free WiFi and no mask required here. I must say that the staff and management were very friendly and it was good to see a manager going table to table asking customers if they needed anything and if everything was ok. Krystine was our waitress who was always asking us if we needed anything and was alway prompt with our orders. Great JOB Krystine, I wish that ALL waitresses were like you! I ordered a Snake Bite (Guinness & StrongBow Cider) to start off with and it can out perfect. Some place have a tendency to missed the drink vs layer it like it is supposed to be done. Kudos to the Bartender. I ordered the 6 Naked Chicken Tenders with Jerk sauce with a side salad and the Buffalo Mac & Cheese. Needless to say I could have been happy with just the Buffalo Mac & Cheese and the Salad as I didn't realize the Mac plate was so BIG. EVERYTHING was very tasty and i have NO complaints.. Everything was mediocre at best, you can see in my picture the portion size of the Mac N Cheese was severely lacking, the Cobb was decent but lacked tomatoes and looked throw together, and the order of boneless wings was definitely not hand made or made to order. They typically have decent wings, but the last time we went (first time at this location), we asked for our wings to be extra crispy, but they ended up being extremely soft and under seasoned. In fact, the wings that were supposed to have dry rub looked like the rub was actually wet and saucy because it was put on while the wings were so hot right out of fryer. They have good prices and other food besides wings. However, most of their appetizers are fried or heavy. I would give them one more shot to see if maybe it was an off day. read more
