I am a big Saltgrass fan since i discovered them back in Dallas, Tx. I've been eating delicious Saltgrass steaks since 2008.... When I was visiting Biloxi I was excited to see them just down the street from Harrah's hotel and casino. We made reservations because it's Saturday so i figured they would be busy. We showed up early, about 4pm, but it was definitely not busy and they had plenty of staff to handle the crowds, that hadn't shown up yet. We were greeted and seated, and got our hot bread and honey butter then ordered our drinks and the Ranch Rattlers appetizer(shrimp in a jalapeño with cheese and batter fried). They were just ok, my shrimp, when pulled out had not been deveined which was a little gross, but not really their fault because I assume they are frozen product not made in house. We then ordered our steaks. My standard order is Pat's Ribeye 12 oz medium with baked sweet potato (WHAT no Sweet potatoes at this location!!) I was very disappointed they didn't have it on the menu...god those are good!! But not tonight, just a loaded (blah) baked potato and a Caesar salad. The salad arrived and reeked of anchovies. They were definitely heavy handed with the anchovy paste, couldn't eat much of it because of this. ( praying my steak is ok ).... Gave the salads back, and they offered a substitute which we politely declined. ( praying my steak is ok ) Steaks arrived! Yay, my ribeye was beautiful and juicy looking! YAY it was awesome, thank "my higher power"! Every bite was perfection of medium and juicy. That is what I came for so I was very pleased. We were offered several refills of drinks and our server was pleasant, however other staff members were hanging out chit chatting since the weren't too busy and one waitress was devouring her fingernails and actually spitting them out as she walked around, ok that was gross, more so than the poopie shrimps..... Basically we had 2 steaks, 2 soft drinks, 1 appetizer, 2 side Caesars, the warm bread. And no desserts, as we were not offered them, just brought the bill... I guess the server thought I had had enough... lol. Bill was right at $100 bucks. Sorry about the steak pic, i was too excited to jump right in...

Seafood Fondue... just don't. While it look good on the outside, the inside was watery.

So disappointed- in everything, every course.... The bread, flavorless, the appetizer underwhelming and watery, the salad soaked in dressing - sent it back twice, soaked every time, the steaks horrible. I ordered mine mid-rare, sent back twice, both times rare/blue. Husband's steak very thick tendon running through it - and RAW! They did not charge for the "meals" but - the appetizer was recommended by the server, and the steak - come on, they are a steakhouse... the server even told us, that the chef tonight was their best...hmmmm. The best part of the meal? The Coke Zero and those are $4 each.

This was my third visit to a Saltgrass steakhouse as I first discovered on a work trip back in TX 6.5 years ago and just loved it! Service is great & the flavor of the steak is unique in my opinion and delicious, so when we passed this location en route to our hotel down the street, I told my BFF we've gotta have dinner there! Being it was a holiday (Presidents' Day) I called beforehand just to see if they were honoring happy hour for the day and sure enough, they were (we only had about 30 min left of it). Their happy hour menu is awesome as the prices are very reasonable for the portions and selection that they have. Upon arrival, it was awesome since they were not too busy for a Monday evening and we were seated promptly in the bar dining area. We started off with libations (cab for me, TX Tea for my friend) and ordered shrimp cocktail as our apps. Shrimp was big (not prawn sized) and the cocktail sauce was served on top a bed of shredded lettuce in the cocktail glass and was very fresh and delicious! We both ordered the 10 oz sirloin steak with baked potatoes and chose a caesar salad and house salad as our sides. Steak was cooked to perfection (well done) and had their signature grilled flavor to it. We ordered a side of mushrooms and grilled onions for two and still had plenty leftover that we did not finish. The salads were on the smaller side and just ok, but that is fine as the meal was filling. For dessert, we ordered the cheesecake as our waiter stated that the other choices were much bigger (in portion sizes) as we were already stuffed enough! The cheesecake was very tasty and not too dry as some cheesecakes are. As for the service, it was impeccable and our server was not the only one who took care of us, but rather another bartender and a couple of other servers who delivered our food and checked up on us as they were passing by. I will frequent chain restaurants from time to time (but not big on them); however, Saltgrass is my favorite!

    burnt burger buns. mids

Takeaways: 1) that was not filet (9oz) 2) burnt steak, and burnt burger... 1/10 3) the waiter made a comment about my gf having a sip of my sprite because they offer free refills and she ordered water. We didn't get or want a refill to begin with..too much corn syrup 4) truffle fries were oily, old oil, and lacking in Parmesan or truffle flavor. Not worth the upcharge 5) complimentary bread was fresh and delicious 6) the potato soup was the STAR of the show, phenomenal, it's the only menu item I would order again here 7) asked for veggies on the side for my burger and no onions. Didn't want the juices of the pickles and tomato and such directly on the burger. They brought it out fully assembled w tons of onions. Lack of attention to detail. If you want to spend $65 plus tip on date night for amateur hour, here u go.

Very busy on new year eve. We reserve our table so it's not long for the wait. Our server was super sweet. Place was packed and a bit loud from people talking to each other it's not bad but if you want peaceful dinner this is not one you want go. Food good but not super.

Me and my family ate here tonight 6/25/2025 for my birthday dinner. The food was good however service was not. Our initial greeting was great but our Server never greeted us with his name or that he was our server. ( receipt said his name was Harvest, doubt that's it). Brought us our salads said nothing, food comes he said nothing, no check in to see if everything was ok ( which it was) husband told him at the beginning it was my birthday and nothing. I looked around at the other servers in the area and they were attentive and spoke to their tables, odd they would hire someone so unfriendly and not attentive at all. Atmosphere was great and food.

My wife and I on our 10 year anniversary!

For our 10th wedding anniversary my wife and I decided on Saltgrass Steak House in Biloxi Mississippi. The dimly lit atmosphere was a great choice for an anniversary dinner. We were seated promptly upon arrival and our server cheerfully came to take our order. We both decided on Pat's 12 oz Ribeye steak. I chose mashed potatoes and loaded potato soup as my sides, and my wife chose the Caesar salad and the fries. We went the bread appetizer and the fried mozzarella, both of which were absolutely amazing, very flavorful and filling! Sadly, I may have consumed more of the appetizers than I should have, and soon our next course arrived. My loaded potato soup was absolutely, mind blowingly delicious! The onion in the soup was very present, much to my liking. My wife thought the salad was pretty good, but said that the Caesar dressing was a little strong for her preference. Our server arrived with our main course, and it did not disappoint! The steak was large, juicy and seasoned to perfection. My mashed potatoes were really good. I love when a place serves actual mashed potatoes, instead of a substitute. My wife enjoyed her steak and her fries. All in all, no complaints with the meal. Now our server Amara was absolutely instrumental in making our anniversary dinner a pleasant experience. She was cheerful, knowledgeable, and very present with drink refills, and was very quick to bring each course to the table. A heartfelt thank you to her for her dedication to her job in a time when a lot of people tend to show less enthusiasm for their position. She is an asset to their business, and I would hope that every one of their servers has the same work ethic she has. This was an excellent experience all around, and can't wait to visit them again.

The oysters were fried to perfection and paired deliciously with the bacon jam. I was very happy to know that both items were discounted during Happy Hour! The customer service was spectacular. Matt and Jess (bartenders) were incredibly kind and attentive. Their hospitality made a lasting impression during my visit to BLU. This bar is definitely worth checking out. The restaurant itself is really beautiful, very lux looking. Thos hostess was friendly, greeted us as we walked in and made us feel like she was excited about our arrival. We were seated by the window and she placed a birthday sign by the window, which added an extra special touch. Our server was Jessica and she had an attendant assisting her, darn it I don't remember his name, but they both were great. Very professional, yet friendly. We had the crab cakes as an appetizer. Very flavorful and I appreciated it wasn't full of filling. They also gave us chicken salad on a spoon. I believe it was chicken salad. He said to start the palate. I ordered the lamb, my husband ordered the steak and lobster. He wasn't aware it was a small fried lobster, but he enjoyed it. It was a big piece of steak, 14oz, so he had to take the rest home. It came with a sauce that he really enjoyed. The lamb was melt in your mouth, tasty and savory. Seasoned just right! We also had the Brussel Sprouts which were really delicious. I asked for a mocktail, but it wasn't really something that wowed me because I look for creativity and it was just plain. Taste good, but plain, especially the presentation. I was given dessert for my birthday, creme brulee, which Jessica torched right at the table and I must say, it was also delish. The menus were impressive also. Wait! The bread basket was grand with the different types of bread, fried cheese and garlic bulb. I really enjoyed the pretzel bread the best. You sit down, act like you've been somewhere nice, and enjoy the experience like an adult with standards. BR Prime absolutely delivered. The 28-day dry-aged New York strip was phenomenal. Cooked a perfect medium rare--exactly the way a steak like that should be served. Great crust, incredible flavor, tender all the way through. One of those steaks where after the first bite you just stop talking for a second. The baked potato was fantastic too, and they did it right--it came with every topping you could think of, all laid out in a clean, polished, professional way instead of just tossing stuff on a plate and hoping for the best. The Caesar salad was excellent, and bonus points because they even offer anchovies if you actually know how a Caesar is supposed to be eaten. The mac & cheese was also outstanding--rich, flavorful, and absolutely worth ordering. Their wine and bourbon selection is dangerous in the best possible way. This cocktail is sometimes hit or miss, but at Mignon's, it was perfect, with the right amount of absinthe and the glass even absinthe-washed. Every single moment was spot on and made the whole evening an experience. Lighting is low and romantic. Our server, Chris, was amazing and attentive. The food was delicious. They do have a dress code. It's upscale without being stuffy. Our fave! They have a nice wine and cocktail list, plus there are wine bottle specials. A fantastic warm bread was brought out to start. It's an egg and onion loaf made exclusively for Morton's...so yummy! We shared our whole meal, so the portions in the pics are half. We had a wedge salad, lobster bisque, bone in ribeye, and creamed spinach...WOW to every part of our perfectly seasoned meal! Morton's is now on our list of favorite steakhouses. Hope the one where we live delivers as well as this location did!

The service was impeccable. Our two servers were quick with helpful suggestions and answered every menu question in great detail. The food was good. We had several appetizers - scallops, crab, seared tuna - and all were fresh and tasty. The salads were huge and our servers had advised us that splitting them was a good option, so we did and they were dead on. My New York Strip was a bit disappointing. The meat quality was good but not great, and it was cooked medium instead of medium rare as ordered. I recommend Morton's for service and ambiance but would likely try another steakhouse in the area before returning if the top priority is a great steak.
