The customer service here is brutal. The last three times I've been here I was completely ignored.

Unfortunately this particular BWW is either completely understaffed or the staff just doesn't care anymore. Three separate times I've come here in the last 6 months only to be completely ignored. The first time they seated us pretty fast but then it took way too long take our order and get the food out. It was like 10pm on a weekday - it was not busy at all. It also took them over 45 min to pour a single drink and bring it to the table, since I didn't get my beer until after the food came out (cold of course and with barely any sauce on it). Was very disappointed but willing to chalk it up to them having an off night. Went again a couple months ago during the day shift and it was marginally better. But the food was still under sauced and wait was longer than it should have been. Tried once more a couple days ago. Husband and I came in after a movie, about 9pm, to a huge line of people waiting to be seated. Stood there for a good 15 minutes being completely ignored while we could see several servers next to the register doing nothing job related, just talking to each other. No host there to seat anyone. When someone finally came out he didn't start seating people despite many booths and tables being open and a clearly long line. We just left and went to chilis instead and I won't be coming back to this location. It's a shame bc this used to be one of our favorite spots. But it's pointless bc if you go here you won't get seated or have food in a reasonable time frame. Management needs to step up and either hire more people or hire more productive people. There's really no excuse as other restaurants have no problem seating and serving guests. read more

I've lived near this location for a long time. I've given it multiple chances but unfortunately it is the worst location in the Nashville greater area. I typically just take the extra drive to the Gallatin location anytime I want BWW but recently I tried this location again and unfortunately it's the exact same. Ordered online at 2pm on a weekday, I get there 2:25pm, there is one single active table in the entire place and one single person sitting at the bar... didn't receive my order till 2:45. Waiting 45min for a burger and side of fries is already not great but okay. Drive all the way home and open the bag and it's completely wrong. It was supposed to just be a standard burger, I didn't add any modifications because I knew this location can't really handle that anyways. It wasn't a burger but a chicken sandwich? Not sure how that was mistranslated but okay.. I go to at least have some fries and they are cold as if they'd been out for hours. Just absolutely no point in going to this location, just drive the extra miles to Gallatin. read more

Wouldn't leave a review if this were the first bad experience, but this seems to be the way they operate. They bring whatever food is ready out at that time, regardless of whether or not the rest of the party's order is ready, or even if the order they are bringing is complete. This time my food came after the rest of the party had completed their meal. At that, they only brought my wings which were cold. I had finished my wings before my fries came. This has been a similar situation for as long as I can remember now. I don't go out with a party for us to all eat individually so we will no longer be going to BWW. read more

After a long 14hr day at work, I decided to take my family out for dinner to b dubs (since it is a fam fav). As soon as we walked in we were immediately seated which was great! We sat there for 20min and never got acknowledged from any server whatsoever. We saw 6 other families walk in, get seated and even got their orders taken. We were fed up at this point; got up and left. We ended up going to Red Robin next door and had WAY better service. Got in, got our order taken and the service was superb! We've been ordering from this Buffalo Wild Wings once a week for the last month or so (since quarantine for COVID-19 started) and we've had absolutely excellent food and service. We've done pick-up twice and delivery for the other times and each time the food has been hot and delicious. Especially with their deal, BOGO Wings on certain days, Bdubs has been one of the places we've been counting on. They did get our order wrong with one of the deliveries, but honestly during a time like this- I'm not going to complain. read more

Overall 1 stars cause my group was mistreated with a smile. 0 stars for food and serves. I'm not even starting at the beginning. I'm starting at the end because this is where I became enraged. There was a big blue Band-Aid plastic in my food. I was visiting with a party of five. I don't know who was the hostess but there were two employees holding menus discussing who would service the group. There was a young man and a young lady having the discussion. The young lady gave in and said that she would take the group. As she lead the group of five to the table as we were settling in, she made a statement that this area is actually closed but she will take care of us. Our wait staff person was nice but when it came to making sure that our table was served before a table that arrived an hour after we did. We ask for drink refill. She returned with a hand full of drinks. With our requested refill was under her arm. She ask me to grab it, then turned to the other table with no update on our food. We had already placed our order before this large group arrived. We got to the point where we're wondering where's our food. As we look around we noticed that the table of over 15 people had food and I don't mean the appetizer food. We had been waiting on wings. Our wait staff person was waiting on the other table when we got her attention and asked about our food. She looked surprised as to say. You don't have your food yet? So she's scared off. She returned to tell us that our food is being prepared this was after an hour or more. As another staffer was going by we questioned about the wings not coming out as we ordered. She stated that the restaurant have several large parties and yet the kitchen appears to be backed up. Logical explanation. Except we were there before three of the large groups. Another wait staff person came and asked about one of our orders. Why? She was not our staff person.(confused as to why was she inquiring) The manager came by our table to express to us that are wings are being freshly made would we like to have boneless in the meantime. We advised her no because that was not our preference. How do you manage to be serving bone-in wings but yet telling us that our wings are just now being made. I believe that our order was never placed.We still waited another 30 minutes. And we advised her (waitress) at this point to just package our wings so we could go. We got there at 7:00 it is now going on 9:00 p.m.. still did not get out of there until after 9:30pm. so at this point I'm thinking that my husband and I will have a nice rest of the evening with a nice plate of freshly made food. WRONG!! I DON'T THINK THEY INTENDED FOR US TO HAVE A MEAL FROM BUFFALO WILD WINGS. We get home with a nasty bandage in our food. We don't know if this person has a disease or what. That could cause us our health or even our life. At this point I feel that this meal was not intended for us to ever enjoy. I have not been to a Buffalo Wild Wings in years. And I don't believe that I'll ever go back. The food bag smelled like the drainage area of the kitchen. Sad that it looks good but that's the trap. The price was reasonable. Place appears to be clean. Parking was good for a Saturday night. Oh we had appetizers. I could not enjoy the nachos because it was totally dried up it had dried Chicken on the top and the chips of course made it worse and there was a small drizzle of something on it with flakes of cheese, the kind you get out of the package in the stores there was no nacho cheese on the nachos. So I'm not sure if this is just how it's prepared but I have planned to take it home and dress it up to make it worth enjoying. Cheese sticks were still hard. The naked wings were super dried out. After this Band-Aid I couldn't eat any of this food what a big waste of my time. I thank God we had food at home. If not we could have went to bed not just angry but yet hungry. Madison, our Server, was nice... nothing else really worked the way it was supposed to. My girlfriend and I ordered different lunches one bone in and one boneless. They came out 10 minutes apart at least. Her bone in wings were not ideal. My 10 piece boneless wings were clumps of batter in sauce. I love onion rings but these were basically rings of batter with no onion flavor to speak of. The restaurant was not clean. The restrooms were not stocked with paper towels. There were remnants of previous patrons meals on the floor to look at while we were waiting for our food. They were obviously understaffed and the food and delivery was sub par. Our waitress Madison did a good job and was personable but obviously was taking care of too many folks. You could blame it on many things but it was just not a positive experience. read more

Our last visit for pick up was not very good. Quality was below average and the order was not correct. Tried the Hendersonville location again this evening. 2 orders of wings, fries and tots. All were extremely overcooked, the order was incorrect again and for the 2nd time in a row almost no sauce (if any) on the wings. This place is good. We didn't wait to get our table and we got to pick the table we wanted to. The food was great, friendly place and good service. I tried boneless wings with blue moon BBQ sauce, it was a little spicy for me, but still really good. The waiter was always refilling our drinks. Alsoooo. Lacy is by far the best bartender I have had in a while, especially anywhere in the suburbs of Nashville. She is attentive and personable. She makes you feel like you're a friend coming for a meal. She is extremely knowledgeable about the menu and even goes out of her way (with the help of brandon) to make drinks that are no longer on the menu. Brandon did not serve us, but he did help remember the drink recipe and was very personable as well! The two of them together are the best team a restaurant can ask for!! Let's go ahead and get it out there...this is a chicken wing restaurant. Expectations aren't exactly high. That's why I was pleasantly surprised when I came here for lunch and was treated like a VIP. I pretty much always order the same thing...boneless wings with Asian Zing sauce and fries. The food here is hot, fresh, and good. I sat at the bar and the staff made it a really comfortable experience (not always the case for women in a sports bar type environment). They had tons of TVs and had something different on each one. It's not that the service was bad or anything, the food is just not good. The hype for this chain is something I do not understand.

Typical chain restaurant that focuses on people that have plenty of money to spend on sub-par food and enjoy sports overload. They seem to think that they can call an American made beer an "import" just so they can charge an extra $2. FYI to the manager of the Indian Lakes location, Angry Orchard is brewed in Walden, New York and is owned by the Boston Beer company. The last time I checked, NY was in America and you can't import an American Beer into America from America... Your argument is invalid. I'll find a more honest place to spend our money on good times. We ordered out from BWW. I asked for a chicken wrap with honey bbq sauce and cheese ONLY. As you can see I got I mostly got tiny chopped up tomato and lettuce. I specifically asked for no tomatoes and NO lettuce as I cannot stand their taste or texture. By the time I picked out all the lettuce and tomato, the size of the wrap decreased by half and it was practically only tortilla by that time. Sigh. And then all my food was cold. So annoying. Popped in for a late Tuesday lunch. The staff was very pleasant, the beer was good and cold, and the food was delicious. Plenty of tv's to catch the game or the post game highlights. The atmosphere is casual sports themed with clean facilities and a fully stocked bar with a focus on beers on tap. Nice and up kept location and I love their wings, but I am forever disappointed with the constant inaccuracy with the Togo orders. Every Togo order I have placed at this location in the last 6 months has had an issue, whether it be a shortage of wings, receiving traditional instead of boneless, or leaving out a portion completely. While I will say that the management has always made effort to make amends (future comps, etc), there comes a point where training needs to be re-evaluated so that these issues do not continue. This restaurant has nice staff, just wish that they could meet expectations a little more and I hope to see improvement. (Try the fried mushrooms! They are the best!) read more

This is by far the worst BWW's that we attend. We are big fans of BWW's and visit them all over the country so it isn't the overall company, just the leadership At that this particular restaurant. After having numerous problems in recent trips we asked to speak to the manager. It was obvious at that point where all of the problems start. Over priced for cheap quality over breaded food. The sauces are way too salty. Onion rings tasted like fried bread circles with no visible onion. French fries are very average. Indigestion and stomache cramps. Boneless Buffalo wings are hard and way over coated with breading. And did I say the Medium and Hot Sauce were way too salty? Other restaurants have much better boneless wings. $90 including tip for five people is way over priced for the poorest quality food in town. read more
