Best Texas Roadhouse I've ever been to! The staff was so welcoming and sat us quickly, the service was friendly and great. I went with the fort worth ribeye and it was easily the best steak I've had. The restaurant had great energy and all of the servers were attentive and fast. I really wanted to go again before leaving TN, but it'll have to wait till next time.

This was actually the first time I tried their chicken and it was delicious. What I loved most about it was how tender it was. I usually stay away from grilled chicken because it's often chewie, but wouldn't mind having this one again. Service was excellent. Staff was welcoming and often checked for re-fills. Since it's called Texas roadhouse, country music is what you would expect. The one issue I have is the size of the chicken was smaller than expected.

BBQ is subjective, but this location is hands down our favorite spot for wings. Smoky, spicy, flavorful. The ribs are good, and they have several different sauces you can try. On their recommendation, we leave it in the bag til we get home. They are always tender and moist. But, I think the thing that makes this location special is the people. The very first time we came through, the sweet woman working the drive through made us feel like she was happy to see us, and grateful for our business. The one time we came and they were out wings, she said call ahead and they'll hold some for us. So tonight, I called ahead and got myself a tray with my name on it, and we were welcomed like family. The dining area is tiny inside and parking is tight. But drive through is easy easy. Please give them a try, and tell em Char said hi!

This place could call itself a Meat and Three and probably do better. If you order their brisket it's not what you will be expecting. It looks and tastes like braised pot roast. Absolutely none of this is to say that their food is bad. I love BBQ from all the cross the US. I honestly can't call this any kind of traditional BBQ, and what I had I'm not entirely sure was smoked. So honestly and objectively, if you are hungry you can get a good meal here if you want a Meat and Three and close by. It does need to be said there are better Meat and Threes, that DO have BBQ that are better though.

But so many other reviews were positive and my hubby was dying for a burger. Our server was ?Maples? My kiddo had a standard burger, she said it was good. Her fries were a little cool. Not cold, but not warm. We also got an order of wings, and loved them. I had thr fried chicken with fried okra and sweet potato fries. The fries were meh, but the okra and chicken were excellent. I would definitely recommend the fried chicken! Written reviews matched our secondary experiences. The service was disjointed, and uncoordinated, and the food, should have never been brought to the table. But the claims of, "Under New Management", offered some hope of reviving the standards that had previously earned their namesakes, reputation and growth. This morning's breakfast experience was an astounding disappointment. Greeted and seated by cordial, pleasant staff, we were a party of 3, occupying only the second table, at 9:15 AM. (That emptiness itself should have been a hint of what was to come.) It took much longer than expected just to get coffee and water. Still longer, to place an order, and nearly half-an-hour for the actual meal service. The quality of the food, was nothing short of astonishingly poor. Most notably, cold. Considering there were only two tables occupied in the entire dining room, the cold servings were the first indication of coordination, communications, process, and standards shortfalls. The food preparation showed the skillsets of a 12 year-old, trying to mimic Mom's kitchen routine. How can a restaurant cook not do toast? It was white bread, with a slightly stiff outer layer. Most people would describe it as, "stale bread"; not toast. The pancakes served with the "Lieper's Fork Favorite", were beyond belief. Three hard little discs, served cold, with chilled hard pats of butter, and NO syrup. I actually demonstrated to the very nice server, that the pancakes could NOT be cut with a fork. Again - could NOT be cut with a fork! Come on... They're PANCAKES! Not a single bite could be sampled, without the utility of a knife. I am not a small person. I tried three places around the brown discs to acquire a bite. Țhe effort was foreboding enough. Ì surrendered. The scrambled eggs and bacon were edible, though lacking temperature, and uncaring presentation. When the server saw that the pancakes were as fork resistant as a Frisbee, she took the plate to the kitchen manager. He was a nice, apologetic young man, who acknowledged that the pancakes were "Overcooked on one side..." He did offer to make more. I declined. I told him I sincerely appreciated his offer. But the issue was much deeper, than plastic pancakes. As indicated by the lack of clientele in a fairly large restaurant, there was a blinding flash of the obvious. They were squandering the owner's investment. The kitchen staff lacked the skillsets to produce the simplest traditional American Breakfast - and - the wisdom to refrain from placing it up for service. The plating looked SO incredibly bad, that it was obvious that both standards and personal pride were totally absent. The staff was nice. Ignorance is curable. Training, processes, and well established standards can develop nice people into effective business associates. It's not their fault. They have NO leadership directions. The owners have let them down. Țhose owners have had ample signals and time to cure these maladies. They have a model, in their other facilities - that's how / why they opened more than one restaurant. But those owners are apparently oblivious to the signals of absentee management, process inconsistency, and the gross lack of product standards, leading to failure. To those nice people working at Puckett's, I have a sincere recommendation. The best time to find a job, is when you already have one. Your current employer is going to fail; sooner rather than later. They will surely continue with their communications shortfalls. They will not tell you in advance. They will simply let you go when they finally lock the doors. Take care of yourself. FInd an employer who has a distinct business survival plan. Such plans, include coordination, process leadership, training, and holding a team accountable to perform to the standards they were trained to. You're not getting that.

My family and I have been Mug Club members for over three years across four different locations, and we've visited every TailGate taproom except one. This opinion isn't based on one bad experience, it's a pattern we've seen across the company. As Mug Club members, we've watched the value of the program decline. They advertise 20 oz pours, yet the pours often seem noticeably short. Members were invited to a Mug Club appreciation party that advertised free beer, pizza, and a free t-shirt, only to find the free beer was limited and the "free" shirts cost $20+. On an earlier visit this year, happy hour for mug clubbers was still being advertised until 5pm, but after ordering four more beers we were told happy hour had actually been changed to end at 4 p.m. instead of 5 p.m. without any formal notice, communication to mug clubbers, nothing. We weren't informed until after we were charged full price for not 1, not 2, but 4 beers. Taken together, these experiences leave customers feeling misled rather than appreciated. The most disappointing part is the attitude toward loyal customers. Hearing "you'll be back because you're Mug Clubbers" says a lot about how ownership views the people who have supported the business for years. Loyalty feels expected rather than valued. I also have concerns about how employees are treated. TailGate advertises health insurance, yet many non-management employees reportedly aren't scheduled enough hours to qualify for those benefits. It appears that Wes (the owner) is more focused on controlling criticism and the overall narrative of the company than addressing the issues that generate it, leaving employees/managers to deal with the fallout. TailGate built its reputation on great beer, great staff, and a loyal customer base. The employees continue to deliver on that. Unfortunately, ownership's bait-and-switch approach and apparent disconnect from both customers and staff are hurting a brand that many of us genuinely want to support.

Dor my sides, I went with potato salad and mac and cheese. Originally, I was looking at the onion rings, but I asked if they were made in-house and the polite young man working the counter replied that all the fried food was frozen. I asked if the other stuff was made in-house and he confirmed that it was. While I waited for my food, I noticed how small the place was. Not a big deal, but I did notice. The ambiance was not bad, though. My food came out pretty quickly. The mac and cheese, supposedly made in house, tasted more like it came out of a box (like Kraft macaroni and cheese). I guess technically even if it was out of a box with dehydrated cheese and you just add milk, it is theoretically still made in-house. Basically, the mac and cheese was definitely a huge let down. The potato salad was pretty good. I enjoyed it. This was the best thing on my plate. The pulled pork was also disappointing. I have to wonder if this was bought from a food distributor. Again, the young man working here was very friendly and professional, but the food was definitely lackluster. I really cannot recommend here.
