Ordered takeout and not impressed. Smash burger was way over cooked, very dry. Fries were soggy. Bam egg rolls were soggy and had very little flavor. Asked if there were knives and forks in the bad, she said yes, I looked and there were none. I told her that and she got annoyed she had to go get them. We stopped here to eat after a graduation at Vol College & while there was a little wait, the food was good. I tried the Mango Salmon and it was okay, the salmon needed a little more seasoning. My husband asked for fried tenders on too of his Cob salad & he absolutely loved the chicken batter. We also ordered the fried pickles & Guac & chips & both were really good. Someone else in our party ordered the Teriyaki chicken bowl & that looked really good & it was pretty big. The fajita veggies were just right and the chicken was tender. The salmon was cooked well, but not over cooked. The fried fish and fries were crispy and well-seasoned. I tried the queso burger as well as the fried pickles. The food was very hot and fresh with great flavor! I do believe the price is a little high for what you get but I would still come here. Also, I did attempt to get someone to change a tv to a specific game they had on the tv behind us but never got a manager to come do so. Chicken wings were well cooked and had good flavor. The ranch dressing is the good kind The cowboy smash burger was tasty and spicy. It was slightly overcooked, so it was a tad dry. The bambam egg rolls were delicious. Overall the food was good and on par for a chain sports bar. The bar is much larger on the inside than we expected and they can certainly seat a ton of people. Jonathans has become a great lunch stop on my travels. I sit at the bar and usually get great service. Today was no different. The bartender was attentive but not annoying. He was proactive with sauces and sweet tea. I had a delicious heathy (er) salmon meal and was back on the road in 30 minutes. read more

We had seen Jonathan's Grilles around the area for a while, but we never stopped in until last week and we're really glad we came here! The place was packed, but we quickly got a table and were seated. We had the great surprise when we ordered drinks that happy hour here means buy one get one beers and that means that they bring out two beers instead of just having a cheaper price haha. My wife had a ribeye steak with a baked potato and she really enjoyed it; it was seasoned well and was cooked properly. I had the southwest wrap with sweet potato fries and it was very flavorful and definitely something I would order again. I have avoided this place in the past due to the price of the menu. Today I decided to try it. Results are middling. I ordered the Godfather sandwich and fries. The sandwich arrived with the bread in pieces,, split across the middle in a way obviously not intentional, but should have never made it to my table like that--making it difficult to to eat, but I was pleasantly surprised to find the sandwich actually pretty tasty, if a bit dry. The fries however were barely warm and certainly not hot. I expect hot fries with my meal for 15 dollars! The service was good, in my eyes. My server Madison didn't avoid me, like many do in this day and age, and helped me get my fries heated quickly. She was very helpful. Overall though, I found the quality of food and the food's price don't match up. For the price I paid I expect the bread to be in one piece and the fries to be hot. Maybe my experience was a one time fluke. I will consider returning in the future and revising my review. read more

I like Jonathan's Grille, the food is pretty good! The service is fast and friendly. The restaurant inside looks pretty nice. My only complaint is the pickup. Their pickup or to go zone, kinda awkward. It's in the bar (which is very noisy) between the kitchen and the bar entrance. And right by a big metal door (you can see it in the picture I took). It's kinda awkward standing there my order to go. I almost constantly have to move out of the way for the staff. I hope they will make a to Pickup. Great addition to the area. We used to go to the one in Providence but moved up here. They have the best happy hour in town. Had the atomic wings and firecracker salmon bowl. Bowl was the perfect balance of rice, fish and veg. Wings were cooked perfectly, all fat rendered and not covered in a crazy amount of sauce. The ranch was odd though, there's something in there that doesn't belong. Makes you think brown mustard but that's not it. Anyway, great experience, will be back! read more

Service was OK. Food not very good. The appetizer chicken on a stick was of Jerky consistency and the blob of pesto was gelatinous. Cheese dip was good but the ratio of dip to chips was way off. If you want to finish your chips with dip you have to pay for more dip. French Onion Soup was disappointing.
