We have some constructive criticism. Wings are terrible. Overly cooked, dry, and chicken taste a week old. Or oil in fryer needs to be changed? Needs to lower price due to tiny wings with mostly bone and skin with no flesh and or they should be advertised as kids meal. Food was great I get a burger and it was perfectly crispy, perfectly sauced and the perfect taste. Service was in OK amount of time it's not like the fastest restaurant or the slowest restaurant. This place is a ghost town inside for a reason. I'm convinced they survive solely on carry out orders so they couldn't care less about customer service. After giving them the benefit of the doubt for a incredibly poor first experience, the second was worse. Our server immediately, unprompted exclaimed how understaffed they were and how she was cooking, cleaning, washing dishes etc. (just like the first visit) but apparently they all had time to smoke a doobie in the back because every single server was obviously stoned out their minds. Our food was brought to the table behind us where the children at the table immediately dug in. So they had to remake it, but still ended up getting our (somehow cold) food before our two bar drinks. BW's has been going downhill since COVID. They used to be so good. We had cheese curds with some kind of orange colored sauce. They tasted unremarkable. Her slow, lazy pace and complete lack of urgency is beyond frustrating. To start, they don't have a huge selection for their designated parking. They are located in a complex though so the parking spots are endless if you don't mind the walk. The host was so welcoming and sat us at a table of our choice. I ordered the Bloody Mary to start (which was one of the best bloody Mary's I've tried in my life!!) and my husband ordered the Long Island which came blue and he's not used to that lol- it was delicious though. When it came to ordering, my husband got one of each of the new "bird dawgs" - loaded, honey bbq, and buffalo! He liked them from most to least in that order! I tried them as well and the loaded bird dawg was FANTASTIC!! I ordered the Chopped Cobb salad with no bleu cheese- a side of ranch and avocado and it was delicious. I found it was a little dry and I should have asked for a side of croutons but It was great. We ended our feast off with the new "Legendary Long Island" which has the new "legendary Mountain Dew" instead of your usual Coca Cola, it was good but not great. Cleanliness for the place is an overall 7/10 only because the bathroom was dirty and there was something gooey over the toilet seat. Fast at lunch! Its a chain that most people are familiar with. This is near my work so I go at lunch time and appreciate quick service.

Our service here tonight was AWESOME. We'd brought both of our girls to a sports bar the night of a MLB playoff game, which normally I would've considered a dumb idea, but I'd forgotten until we arrived. THANKFULLY, our waitress made it a great evening out. She brought our drinks quickly and a portion of our dinner early when she saw the girls were getting antsy. She assured us the rest was on the way too, but thought we might want some early for the girls. The food was exactly as we ordered and tasty. This was actually a huge WIN for BW3's in our book, since the last few times my husband and I have gone together to other Columbus locations the food has been not good at all. We ordered dessert and the waitress brought our check (and a refill on my soft drink!) before the dessert so we could pay the bill while the girls happily devoured their ice cream. On her last visit to our table to see if we were all set, she dropped off funny buffalo crowns for our girls to wear home. It was a great visit. Pretty much as good as it gets when you take two toddlers out for dinner after a long day. I'd definitely go back. But maybe not with the kids next time. Beer is good. I'd like to get one. I don't know what it is about Buffalo Wild Wings and bad service. It's always something with them. This past time was no exception. We were a party of three and asked the hostess if we could sit at a booth. My son gets antsy sitting in the high chairs and he's much more relaxed in a booth. I would have been fine with waiting. The hostess told us she couldn't do anything about it and then proceeded to sit the next few people all in booths and all within 5 minutes of seating us. It was so rude and pretty much ruined the meal. Our waitress was at least friendly! The food took a while but I expected that. The food was standard. I am not really a fan of their wings so I got the Mediterranean salad. It wasn't too bad. It wasn't bursting with flavor but I would get it again. My husband is a fan of the chain so I really hope they improve their service! read more

The hubby and I stop in at this BW3's every so often for a 'change up' in our usual 'get a quick bite to eat at a place that isnt fast food'. Every time we come here, we are always greeted by the hostesses and they are always ontop of bringing you more napkins, drinks, whatever. I always end up getting their Chicken Wrap with the Sweet BBQ sauce and chips. I guess this is a place that I like to classify that has good wrap sandwiches and it is closeby. The hubby usually gets the Black & Blue Burger (?) and he never has a bad meal at this place either. Its always a fun place to go to with big screen tvs everywhere. This location was once a top shelf establishment. Over the past few years, it's suffered from an identity crisis. The music alone is Taylor Swift-like, so that'll kill any vibe. What used to be a packed house has become a bit of a ghost town. The food is occasionally good and sometimes less, but if you do go, it's probably for the sporting experience which is still top flight and unbeatable.
