We come here all of the time and I hate to post a negative review but the table was so sticky it was hard to lift our glasses or plate. Our server was Ryan and he was wonderful. He checked on us multiple times. Our food was perfect. We order the pizza and chicken chunks every Monday. We asked to speak with the manager about the table conditions. Kyle came over and explained that the UV rays from the sun were breaking down the finish on the tables. Next time we are there we will ask to be moved away from any windows! Great atmosphere but service was slow, waited an hour for our food. Food was good but not worth the wait.

Had an online order for pickup and was greeted pleasantly by the staff at the door. I was several minutes early for my order of 4 pizzas and just waiting patiently in the seating area. A lady possibly manager type position brings the receipt over and says they are working on the order and just had me sign for the $106 bill. I don't agree with tipping on a pickup order so i signed and moved on. After a few more minutes my order came out and away went the pleasantries when the manager lady brought my pizzas. When I asked for a receipt the shoulder even got colder. The pressures of tipping for everything in life is getting too much, treating someone bad because they spent over a $100 at your business at lunchtime on a Wednesday is even worse. read more

Recently came with family during happy hour, first time and pleasantly surprised. A pretty good happy hour, though disappointed there weren't any ciders on that list. Also liked that there were two gluten free pizza options, though wished there had been more other options (per usual everywhere). Our server was super helpful with helping me decide between cauliflower crust and gluten free crust, went GF and really enjoyed the eggplant veggie pizza I went with. We had a large event of more than 40 people on Saturday 8/16/25 and couldn't have been happier. The kitchen manager came out when we arrived and clarified everything with us, they were careful to label the gluten free products and our servers, Ashley and Chloe were so attentive. Place is always packed! I'm glad its still here to experience a great pizza once in a while. The service is slow though and to get a drink from the bar took forever. Sad. Not sure if the wait staff has too many tables to take care of but they have staff who take the food to the tables too but when you need something like extra napkins we did not get them forever. Met friends here on Friday, had the gluten free cauliflower crust, Thai chicken pizza. Things went fine until about 1/2 hour after I finished eating. We were still at the table when my reaction to gluten became obvious. I rushed to the bathroom to get sick. Someone had obviously not gotten the note that I was celiac... This was the worst reaction to gluten I've ever had causing me to believe this pizza was either mixed with regular flour or they hadn't taken proper precautions when they made this. After being sick three times at the restaurant, twice on the way home and several more once I got home, I think it will be a while before I venture here again. Not happy. read more

Not a bad place at all. They had a lot of good looking items on the menu but I went with their pizza and got double pepperoni. My wife got the French onion soup and we both enjoyed our meal. I felt the double pepperoni was a bit lacking but it was still good. She got a mud slide and she really loved that, too. Next time I go I might try the burger next. Stopped by Beer Barrel Pizza and Grill with some friends for dinner on a Saturday. The four of us were seated without a wait. The inside is pretty spacious with several types of tables. It's similar to a friendly neighborhood All-American restaurant, dare I say like an Applebees, but with more sports pub vibes. The menu is pretty extensive -- think pub food with wings, burgers and nachos, but also wraps, salads and soups for those wanting something on the lighter side. They also had a good selection of drafts with a few beers I had never heard of from breweries I'm pretty familiar with which was cool. Since pizza is in the name, I opted to try a 12" thin crust with pepperoni and banana peppers. The crust wasn't exactly what I would consider a true thin crust, but it was okay nonetheless. It was plenty big for one person and I took a few slices home as leftovers. Beer Barrel was about exactly what I'd expect from a chain family friendly restaurant so it gets 3 stars in my book. read more

Three of us dined here for dinner on a Sunday evening. It was busy as usual but we got a table right away. We all had salads. The chicken Caesar was delicious and the cottage cheese salad was raspberry vinaigrette was amazing!! We just left and I'm already wondering when I can have it again. They have a good beer selection on tap. The ambiance is like a big rustic cabin inside. The food here is always good. And the service was quick and pleasant. My new favorite pizza place is a fun place to be with its warm, comfortable man cave style atmosphere. The pizza has plenty of sauce and toppings and the cheese is ample and stringy. When you get it fresh out of the oven (when you eat in) and you're pulling it up with the spatula, it looks like pizza does in the commercials. That plentiful cheese, melty and all stringing everywhere, but the pizza usually never looks like that. This pizza does. It's the ideal pizza. It's what pizza is supposed to be. The crust is just the right amout of cripsy and the toppings go close to the edge so you don't end up with big sticks of wasted crust. The baked boursin was a saucey, warm, cheesy goo with a nice creamy texture and a slightly salty flavor. It's reminiscent of ricotta but with a better flavor with the salt and some herbs. It's starts out a ball of cheese still chilled in the center and slowly gets creamier over time as the warm sauce softens and melts it. You spread it on warm pitas until eventually you can just dip the pita. It's delicious and luxurious to eat. The atmosphere kinda reminds me of the old Pizza Hut, or restaurants like Bonanza but much better. There's wood and low lighting everywhere, big tvs, neons, music playing, a big fireplace, vintage decor along the walls. There's music playing loud enough to listen to but not so loud you have to talk over it. It's a fun place to be when you're drinking with all the lights and the music. There's a bar, the full restaurant, and a drive though for drinks, snacks and the usual. So there's three different reasons to come here. It's fantastic. The service was also very good. It was very busy but she still managed to come back around in reasonable time and was attentive and on top of things and very friendly. There are really no downsides to this place. The prices are predictably a bit high but it's well worth the price. This is no quick cheap meal place but it's not a swanky upscale one either. I highly recommend this place for just going out for a drink or a perfect sit down meal that's so good, it looks like the picture on the menu. read more

I have never been to any Beer Barrel Pizza and Grill until now because I have passed though the Easton Market location numerous times but did not there. I finally went, but to the Hilliard location. The food was delicious and service was great. I had shared Chicken Chunks with Sweet BBQ with my friends. I had a Side Salad with Honey Dijon; and the Supreme-eba Pizza with Pepperoni, Sausage, Mushroom, Green Pepper and Onion with Diet Dr. Pepper to wash it down. The husband got the Bacon BBQ Cheeseburger with fries that was Half-pound freshly ground sirloin, sharp cheddar, crispy bacon, thick onion ring, and spicy BBQ and his wife got the Authentic Greek salad had Mixed greens imported olives, red onions, tomatoes, pineapple chunks, green peppers, feta cheese with authentic Lemon vinaigrette. I enjoyed the pizza, salad, and Chicken Chunks. For my birthday dessert; I had the Buckeye Blitz with Chocolate crumb crust, peanut butter mousse, chocolate ganache, and crumbled peanut butter cups, Topped with a sprinkle of powdered sugar and a cherry. I will be going back to Beer Barrel Pizza and Grill; but will have Old World Baked Lasagna with Layers of pasta, ground beef, Italian sausage, mushrooms, ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan topped with our house-made marinara. Went as a party of eight on Saturday 3/3/25 between 1-2 pm. We were seated quickly at a table with plenty of elbow room. Our server was at the table in less than a minute for a drink order. She introduced herself by name & made recommendations for drinks and appetizers. Drinks were quickly served & our order taken. Our very nice server was very knowledgeable about the menu & answered all of our questions. Only two of our group had previously been there. I can't say enough about the fantastic service. Salads- apps -food was perfectly spaced. The food was incredible. Our order covered quite a bit, from burger, seafood, pasta, meatloaf and pizza. Everyone loved what they had ordered. The food is great and the service was good. We really like to go to this Hilliard hang out on the weekends or through the drive through on the week days. Their pizza is good but I also recommend trying other things on the menu. My person favorite is the Rueben. My husband recent tried their ribs and gave them two thumbs up stating he wished he would have ordered the full rack instead of the half. I have tried a few of the drinks which were good. They are offering several $10 pizza specials, and we decided to go with the 10" up to 2 topping Build Your Own Barrel Style with meatballs. We called ahead for pick up and were quoted 25 minutes. The pizza was ready within this time, and it was a very easy pick up, as they have a drive up window. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the process was smooth and easy. Came here for restaurant week and had a lovely time! Lovely big free parking lot and very spacious inside. The service was not the quickest. It took a little bit to get seated and waited on but everyone was very nice. I did the restaurant week deal but I looked at the menu and it had so many options on it. Definitely something for everybody. Lots of options looked delicious and lots of photos on the menu was fun/helpful. The restaurant deal was great. I ordered a french onion soup which was delicious but a little cold. Lots of yummy cheese. I then got the chicken sandwich with chips that I enjoyed. My favorite part was the buckeye dessert. It was rich and peanut buttery with great taste! All of this for $20. I was very full. My friend loved her pizza and said they had the best ranch. Cute little fire inside that made it smell great.
