I ordered takeout so when I went inside, it was the normal Texas roadhouse noise level fun. My order was ready, but they had a drive-through for pick up and I had walked over which seemed to cause some difficulty getting my order. The food was good and the smothered chicken that I ordered was a good price for the food I received. The gravy was salty, which threw some other things off for the mashed potatoes and the chicken. And the chicken was slightly overdone but it was very nice portion size. The takeout bag didn't have any utensils and napkins or anything in it which just drove me a little crazy. Came here for the first time. Had great service and we didn't have to wait long to get seated. We had the blooming onion, house salad, and prime rib with seasoned rice. The blooming onion was crunchy and delicious, the salad was standard, the prime rib was cooked perfectly and I got a few rounds of Âu jus. The seasoned rice was too die for! read more

Celebrated my cousin's birthday yesterday with 20 in our party. Our waitress was pretty good handling all our needs and very passionate. All the steaks ordered were pretty good until I heard my mom and sister that both their salmons were salty and my sister's salmon no taste at all. I found out when we got home about it so I called the manager Tom in the morning and all he can do is give me free bread. I said "No thanks". I doubt that we will come back here again for that reason. $$$ bill and all the manager can do is free bread. read more

My wife and I Went to Marysville to Texas roadhouse to try it for our 34 years anniversary. My wife got the steak and shrimp, baked potato and sauté onions and mushrooms. I got the chicken salad due to. I have to lose certain amount of weight for surgery. That we tell you hands-down how to get the chicken salad here again and again and again I got the chicken grilled so juicy fall apart in your mouth on top of the party salad lettuce and greens very well for the money worth every penning could not finish the dang thing took half of it home. Had it the next day. My wife, big old smile on her face love the spices they put on the steak. All the shrimp was gone. She took half the steak home half of the baked potato home. You get a lot for the price. Dinner was complementary they gave us two baskets. We ended up taking three of them home. The people inside were awesome always coming up as if we needed anything. The manager came up talk to us for a while. I love the decor, especially looking at the armadillo fighting with a Troll because of Easter hands-down one of the best places I've been for good steakhouse sorry for no pictures because this was a week ago. Some people had been waiting in line for 3 hours I waited 2 hrs for a pickup call ahead order (I ordered at 10 am for 6 pm pickup) Everyone working was friendly and everyone waiting was understanding. It was for a great cause!! My dinner rolls were not cooked and one side was missing BUT the ribs were fall off the bone deliciousness!!!! Chicken was equally tasty. Then she kept apologizing and saying sorry like so many times but being super dramatic about it. My husband went up to the front desk. Finally some utensils delivered. My filet - ordered medium - received an almost raw piece of meat. The ribs my husband got were dried out - not good. The other filet ordered was pretty rare as well the highlight were the chicken fingers my son got- at a steak house! Finally went up to the manger - 2 new steaks were ordered. After a long time we got fed up and wanted to leave with our new order for the steaks. Were told that there were no take out containers but they could put our steaks in a cup to go ! Got the manager somehow they found a container. UNACCEPTABLE !! THEY did comp my steak to go which was still pretty rare but we just had to get out of there - couldn't take another minute of the incompetence. I've been waiting for this place to open. All of Marysville's been waiting for this place to open. There hasn't been a steakhouse here in years. There used to be a place downtown, it was good, but it's gone, and I figured this place would be very popular. And it is very, very popular. It's not open for lunch right now, which makes it hard for me to go in. But I wouldn't go inside at the moment anyway. It was freaking packed at three in the afternoon. The parking lot was full. Even online ordering was hard. If you didn't order early, you could not get a 3 o'clock slot. I ordered for 3:30. It was ready at 3:29. Service was super helpful, and they have a good app and online ordering system. They have a walk-up window, and a drive-through. Steak drive-through... Hallelujah. I think every place should be open 24 hours and have a drive-through: Post office, library, Thai and Korean places, whatever. But I digress. I needed something I could eat in the car or take to work, so I got steak tips, which comes with several sides. Also got a bowl of chili. You also get bread with your entree. Soft, tasty rolls, that you can put their cinnamon butter on. The steak was excellent. Cooked to the specified medium, tender, nicely seasoned. I got the seasoned rice with it. Fluffy and lightly seasoned. Also corn, again very good. The chili was good, with ground beef and steak in it. All of the portions were substantial. So, I got two meals for $20, and very good food. They are handling this maddening first week crush very well. They said they will expand their hours in a couple of weeks. I'll definitely be back. read more

This review literally hurts my soul. Texas Roadhouse is by far my favorite restaurant but todays experience was the most sub par experience I've ever had. I always get the same food, the filet is always good and normally cooked good but today, the cooks failed.... My steak (and my wife and daughters) was over cooked and it took them way too long to bring the corrected steak back. While I waited for my corrected steak while the rest of our party ate I got to look around. The amount of dead bugs and dust built up on the window sills was quite repulsive. When I brought it to the attention of the service manager who brought my steak back out l, she didn't respond.... Our waitress Bree was at least attentive and apologetic and quite honestly gave me faith that my favorite restaurant hasn't gone completely down the drain. I'm hoping my next visit will redeem this locations reputation, because I truly love Texas Roadhouse. read more

Ours was a week night visit and the parking lot was packed when we pulled in. No worries, we were seated in five minutes. The staff was friendly and attentive from the moment we walked in. The food was excellent (8 oz Dallas Fillet, medium well, and a Steakhouse Fillet salad) and hot when it was brought out. The dining room was loud, which is to be expected when it's full and everyone is having a great time. We will certainly be returning the next time we are in Marysville. read more

I have not been to TX Roadhouse since before COVID. I am an Uber driver and decided to stop here to get something to eat before continuing back home. I was pleasantly surprised! Mainly because of the service and the atmosphere. They didn't have any tables, so I went to the bar. The customers were friendly but reserved (which is great) and the bartenders were courteous, friendly, professional AND attentive! (5 stars for that alone) They quickly took my order. My food took awhile to come out but that was fine. I had a salad and I can't remember the other food I had. But everything was good. I don't typically do chain restaurants but we had received a gift card and decided to check out the newest central Ohio location. This place looks packed every time I drive by and for a Wednesday night there looked to be ALOT of people there. We were pleasantly surprised to find plenty of seats at the bar. Didn't appear to have much of a wait for a table either. Our bartender, struggling with her name, Salema maybe? She was great! Very friendly, quick, our order was correct. Celebrated my brother in-laws bday yesterday here. Superb service by Melissa. Excellent job who did her job professionally and happily. She handled the big group really well. The food was wonderful. Everyone was happy. The bread and appetizers actually filled us up and most of us took the entrees to go lol after one or two bites. The birthday greeting from the staffs were fabulous.
