Honestly the food here is a hit or miss. I seem to have the same issue at all BWW locations and it's the fact that their chicken is never fried perfectly. It's always over fried and chewy every single time and the visible feathers on the chicken always throw me off. I love the wing sauces but I hate that the chicken itself doesn't deliver. What makes me keep returning is the potato wedges, they are the best thing they have if you love a crispy seasoned potato. While I understand BWW is probably more convenient for most people, there are way better options out there! Overall, I wouldn't recommend due their expensive prices and poor food quality. read more

We went to this location on a Saturday night, we expected it to be busy but we waited 30 minutes and watched as people who arrived after us got seated within minutes. Once seated I went to order a burger and they were completely out of burgers, leaving me very few options on the menu. Yes I realized we don't go to Buffalo wild wings for their salads however not everyone wants wings so they should maybe try to accommodate better for people who don't want wings. I ordered on door dash, and unfortunately didn't receive all items ordered. I called the restaurant, and the manager on duty, 11/25 at 10:00 pm, answered. She was so kind and apologetic that my order wasn't correct. I believe her name was Olivia but I can't remember I told her I was going to order the items I didn't receive and she told me she herself would pack my items correctly and make sure that they didn't miss anything that I ordered this time around. So I ordered again through DoorDash and she added extra items alongside of what I ordered. She took it upon herself to handle this situation, and I am so grateful for her. Wait staff is nice and for the most part, the bartenders are great. The food is usually delivered within minutes. The restaurant is poorly managed. Often out of menu items, beer & liquor. TVs are often out of order. Pieces of the ceiling have fallen on patrons. The AC is often so cold that patrons have to put on jackets, or even leave the restaurant. If someone spits or throws up on the restroom wall by the urinals, rest assured it will still be there when you return the following week. A few years ago, they had seasonal specials, like Bratwurst for Octoberfest. This no longer happens. A new manager could turn all of this around. read more

The only reason that they have 1 star from me is because I can't remove the default one provided by the yelp site. My experience with this establishment was awful. It was very disappointing. They made me wait a long time to place my order. When I did get my chance, the manager on duty was tapped to help facilitate my order. The employee taking my order was not familiar with the menu. Seemed unqualified and inexperienced. When I attempted to explain my order request to Mgmt, she smirked and was very unprofessional to me. She needs Mgmt training and a refresher course on customer service. Truly unsatisfactory and a complete failure. Whenever I have a server named Jasmine (Munoz) as a server she has an attitude, I've seen her on multiple occasions get at it with her co-workers, one time, when I was dining in I, was at the cocktail area and she was yelling at her co-worker saying, "Stand on it". I believe she brings a very hostile environment to the restaurant; one time I asked management about what was going on and was told that Jasmine was yelling at all of her co-workers. My wife and I went here last night after being somewhat disappointed in the sauces of some other local wing joints. We were surprised it was about 1/3 full on a Friday night at 6 p.m. When we got there, it still took a few minutes to get seated as they had to clean tables. Considering how slow it was, this was unexpected. Once we sat down, I was surprised how dirty the floors were and how many tables were not cleaned off. If those are the customer areas, I would be reluctant to see the kitchen. We got sat down and our server came quickly and was friendly. We received our beers soon after and they were nice and cold. The food also came incredibly fast (should have been skeptical by this). The sauce was as perfect and spicy as I remembered at other BWW's. Unfortunately, that was the only thing 'Hot'. The wings actually temperature was luke warm. It seemed that maybe they had been sitting for some time under a heat lamp that wasn't fully functioning properly. Based on how fast they came out, they clearly weren't made to order. I saw the reviews before going and wanted to give this branch a fair chance. After this experience, we will not return. You would think that management would see all these reviews and make some changes. It doesn't seem that hard to set some processes in place to get tables cleaned off better/faster. Wonderful wings bar! Really surprised to see anything but 4-5 stars for this classic wings pub! The staff was friendly and attentive, as well they have a large assortment of wings flavors (flavorful mild to meltdown spicy), and lots of beer choices on tap. Done with the bullying. I have been a consistent customer of this location since 2019, bringing business between 3-4 times a month on Thursdays. The culture at this location is uninspiring. I can't account for the other days of the week, but the Thursday night experience over the last 3 years has been this: - INCONSISTENT SERVICE online/phone orders are incorrect or missing an item on average one out of three times. I owned this and check every order because I know people make mistakes but still. - UNCARING MANAGEMENT/STAFF: most of my dealings with issues have been with Tori, the manager on Thursday nights. She has been uncaring and insensitive at best, and downright bullying at worst. My most recent dealing with her was very disappointing and I felt unheard and bullied at the end, after trying to explain my concerns about my experience at the location on 10/13 10/14. I understand we live in an age of Karen's so I didn't want to add to that culture of entitlement, but I felt the more consistent and patient I was at expressing my concerns and plight, the less she was with my experience there. Plain unkind and uncaring to my situation, it seemed she was more concerned with me getting out of her way, than helping me feel heard and understood-a key role for any manager that wants to maintain business. Reading other recent reviews it seems I'm not the only customer to experience this with Tori. I will not be coming back to this location. I would give this place a 1-star, except that you never know what others are going through. However I feel like 3 years of consistent week in and out business is enough effort and benefit of doubt on my part to give them a chance to get their act right. I have already called the corporate line for service issues. And no one got back to me. I had to take it it upon myself to make sure someone else knew and unless I had been persistent, no one would have taken notice.
