Done with the bullying. I have been a consistent customer of this location since 2019, bringing business between 3-4 times a month on Thursdays. The culture at this location is uninspiring. I can't account for the other days of the week, but the Thursday night experience over the last 3 years has been this: - INCONSISTENT SERVICE online/phone orders are incorrect or missing an item on average one out of three times. I owned this and check every order because I know people make mistakes but still. - UNCARING MANAGEMENT/STAFF: most of my dealings with issues have been with Tori, the manager on Thursday nights. She has been uncaring and insensitive at best, and downright bullying at worst. My most recent dealing with her was very disappointing and I felt unheard and bullied at the end, after trying to explain my concerns about my experience at the location on 10/13 10/14. I understand we live in an age of Karen's so I didn't want to add to that culture of entitlement, but I felt the more consistent and patient I was at expressing my concerns and plight, the less she was with my experience there. Plain unkind and uncaring to my situation, it seemed she was more concerned with me getting out of her way, than helping me feel heard and understood-a key role for any manager that wants to maintain business. Reading other recent reviews it seems I'm not the only customer to experience this with Tori. I will not be coming back to this location. I would give this place a 1-star, except that you never know what others are going through. However I feel like 3 years of consistent week in and out business is enough effort and benefit of doubt on my part to give them a chance to get their act right. By this point my drink was gone with no refill provided. My appetite was ruined I asked another server to get the manager again this time the GM Chris comes by, I ask him for a box and mention I have to keep asking managers to do the servers job to which he says I can get her if not getting the hint. he comes back with one box when clearly there are two plates to box. I ask for a second and he brings the second after chatting with the server for 5 minutes and brings a check as well and runs to the back no further help from him either. On both of these occasions we got up and went to another bar for service. None of these five nights were busy/game nights. There was no wait. There were empty tables and a half filled bar at best.
