We walked in around 9:45pm tonight and sat for 20 mins and we had 3 servers walk by and not even greet us so we walked out. I understand not having enough employees to work but at least say something to us. You lost 2 customers. I will not be back. read more

Visited on Tuesday, 11/22/2017. Stood at the door for 10 minutes waiting to be greeted. Told it was a 20 minute wait. After the delay, another staff member came to tell us (and the others waiting) that there was open seating in the bar area. 20 more minutes waiting on a server to take our order. Long delays for refills. Ready to walk out after nearly 1:20 trying to get 3 salads, a burger and some wings. Food comes. No silverware. Had to track down a different server. No refills because the tea machine was broken. Charged for the tea and had to have the bill corrected. Consistently the worst service in Independence. We live next door currently so we come in often. Sometimes the service lacks and the waitresses lack personality. All in all though food is always spot on and perfect. The beer of the months tend to be the same which kind of stinks. I'd love to see some variety with that so it can eventually be my favorite beer or I can try and new one for a bit cheaper than normal. read more

Not a bad place at all. They were packed when we walked in but seemed to be handling it well. I was a little disappointed when she said they were out of blue moon and shock top but such is life. It's a big place with all of the standard things your used to in a bw3s. So if your in town and you want a Buffalo Wild Wings that is what you'll get. read more

I've never ONCE had good service here. I've lived in Independence for 9 years. I've been to bdubs many times in those years. Usually because they're open late or someone has a gift card. I will say the food is good. It's way too overpriced though. The service there is terrible. The waitresses aren't attentive, they're usually not that friendly, the wait is FOREVER long, and if you want something you'll most likely have to walk around and find someone to get it for you. The waiters and waitresses are obviously not trained to come check on tables. If you aren't sitting in the "bar" area, it seems as if you aren't a priority. Really I hate going here. I only go as a last resort. 10 out of 10 would NOT RECONMEND. DONT GO HERE. BDUBS Management should be embarrassed. read more

I guess this place is only in business because the wings are good? I don't like wings so, I don't know. My husband and I came in for lunch because we had a gift card. I'm so glad we didn't spend our own money in there. My husband had the bacon cheeseburger and I had the Mediterranean salad. My husband said his was "okay" but my salad? Gross. The tomatoes were under-ripened, the pita chips were NOT pita and had some weird after-taste and the "grilled chicken" was something with grill marks but it didn't resemble chicken in taste or texture. A typical BWW. The food and service are good at this location. Plenty of tv screens for athletic events. Like all BWW restaurants it is noisy. The restaurant is kept clean, which isn't true at all BWW locations. read more

Id say that there food is average and the service is good on most days but of course one can't expect that same kind of speed when going there during a sporting event. I believe that the food reflects the price and its worth going and me and my wife go often enough. read more

Great food as long as you dine in. If you pick up food it is almost always wrong/cold (and I live very close) that cost them one star. The second lost star is because we came in early after they had just opened. They sat us in the booth next to were the crew were taking breaks. This alone was not an issue, but the girl waitress who smokes kept going out side for a drag then sitting down right behind my wife. The smell of cigarette smoke ruined the meal. Gross. I ate for the first time tonight at Buffalo Wild Wings...take out...I didn't expect too much...and I'm not really complaining...it is what it is...here is my critique: my Granddaughter loved her mac and cheese and tots..my dau in law told me her brisket tacos were "ok"..me I had the brisket sandwich...the meat was dry..and the pickles were not crisp or delicious..I also ordered wings...I ordered 10..got 5 but that's ok..the wings were also very dry and tough...not melt in your mouth delicious..I only at two...the rest were thrown out....the onion rings were fine...as well as the fries..they tasted good...if we do decide to eat there again we will probably just go in and get burgers...I want to say it was just really a bit below average...the wait staff were attentive and pleasant...the food was just meh!...I always like to give any restaurant a second chance...unless the experience was terrible..and it was not at all....the food as I said was just not great...I'm older...a body builder and I usually take one day a week to eat other than my regular diet of protein shakes and fresh fruits and veggies...I'm always looking for delicious protein..not what I ordered tonite...but we'll try again...I want to support local business...we'll go back...and hopefully my experience will be better. read more

My food was great but not the waitress. She was terrible at customer service and barely checked up on us, never made eye contact.

Went there with my wife and daughter. Noticed some strange looks from the staff. Waited a long time for a server who was nice but seemed tense. Placed our order but were asked by management to leave shortly after our wings arrived, 'because they had a party reserved for our table,' without another alternative. I've finally had enough. Whoever is in management at this place should be ashamed and/or fired. Last visit, we called in an order while driving. We were 25 minutes away and knew from past experience that it takes these folks forever to complete an order. Sure enough, took 22 minutes to get there. When we arrived, after standing at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for someone, anyone, to wait on us, we waited an additional 10 MORE minutes to get our order, which was AGAIN wrong. That's wrong AGAIN as in the same thing the last three previous times we ordered take-out and the orders were wrong. About two months ago, we stopped in for an in-house meal and waited 41 minutes from the time we placed our order until it was finally served. All with about a dozen waitresses busy not waiting on the exactly 11 customers that were in there at the time. Yes, I counted. This has never been my experience at any of their other locations I have frequented so it is obviously an in-house issue. We're done. It will actually save me time to drive the extra 10 minutes to the Ft. Wright location even though we live three blocks away from this one. read more
