This location has your standard TRH fare - decent steaks and other food for a decent price. It is always SUPER crowded though, to the point that I usually just park in the Walmart parking lot next door and walk over. This is not usually a deal-breaker though - the reason for the three star review stems from our last visit there. We were sat next to two loud and full tables (with extensions out) and then to top it off, we spotted a roach scurrying around on top of our table. We got a server and a manager over ASAP, who apologized, but then started to walk away before my wife said "uh... do you plan to clean this table please???" which the manager sheepishly did. They ended up taking off 25% from our bill, but felt the whole situation wasn't really handled well. I would come back here, but YMMV. read more

White gravy had no taste, house salad was awful-99% lettuce, 3 croutons, no chopped bacon, maybe 2 teaspoons of cheese, had to search to find shredded carrots and chopped egg. Had a friend who had previously loved the Fall Off the Bones Ribs complain that on two occasions they've been so tough that they were inedible. Went in for a Friday afternoon lunch. Arrived about 130pm and I was ready to eat already knew what I wanted to eat as soon as I sat down. Got a coke to drink and was seated with rolls and drinks came shortly after being seated I did have to let the server know that I wanted fried pickles I don't think she was expecting me to order an appetizer with drinks but as I stated I was hungry and knew exactly what I wanted when I arrived. I think she eventually came back to take my order as I could've done so when I arrived so I thought it was off I had to wait so long to get my order in. I think my date joked about the 6 oz sirloin and Caesar salad taking so long when she said that the people that got steated 5-10 minutes after us already had their food. But the steak was cooked perfectly as i ordered it medium and the fries were seasoned very well. I think it was a good little meal as I left still hungry despite smashing the bag of nuts and rolls and fried pickles. The salad wasn't the best. It was mainly those white crunchy bites instead of the green leafy pieces and service was slow but overall 3/5 ranking today. I didn't snap any pics this time as I just wasn't feeling it but the music was good and also it was a bit cold where I was seated despite being a cold day the air was definitely blowing right above me. read more

I've always been a big fan of Texas Roadhouse, but my recent visit was an absolute nightmare. I was horrified to find a fingernail in my salad and completely lost my appetite. When I brought this to the manager's attention, their response was incredibly dismissive. They claimed it was unlikely to be a fingernail because the staff wears gloves and suggested it was a piece of lettuce. This lack of concern and the absurd explanation truly ruined my dining experience. The fingernail could not be any of my party's nails as we all have our nails manicured or fingers that are wider set. See the picture below to find the fingernail that the manager claims is lettuce. While I will continue to visit Texas Roadhouse, I will certainly reconsider visiting this location. On top of the nail incident, my steak was lackluster and the sweet tea I requested was weak tea with no sweetener. Our waitress, Alexis was amazing. She took our order on drinks and appetizer brought us our cactus blossom, and we were ready to order. She was very friendly very positive. I had explained to her that I had had a problem with my stake. The last time we were there. I only eat it well done no pink she assured me this time it would be great and yes, it was delicious. I had a good experience at this location of Texas Roadhouse. It was so packed that there was barely any parking in the lot. It seemed like the place to be on a Saturday night for dinner in this area. Luckily there were several seats open at the bar, and we didn't have to wait too long. Though I appreciate the complimentary peanuts they offer, and it's kind of fun to throw the shells on the floor. The service was very friendly and attentive. I ordered the Steakhouse Filet Salad without croutons. It was very good overall. My only complaint was that the steak was a little over salted and over cooked. I ordered it medium, but it came out between medium-well and well-done. I didn't mind too much. It was still tasty. The last time I ate here was a long time ago. I am glad we went back. The place was packed but we called ahead to get on a waitlist so our wait was not long. I recommend the margaritas and the roadkill. Sounds crazy but so delicious. It's like a Salisbury steak with sautéed onions and mushrooms. I ate every bite. The green beans were so well done. Slightly disappointed but optimistic the next experience will be better! My family and I are huge fans of Texas Road house and go often for the Fort Worth Ribeye steak; it's still my favorite cut there and usually packed full of great flavor. This experience however we were all a little taken back with how there was little flavor in the food served. The cactus blossom was smaller then what you would usually get and missing that greasy deep fried juiciness when one bites in. I did a prime rib this go around and though the steak was cooked perfectly and was tender, there was no flavor. Even after bathing the steak in aju I was underwhelmed with no real flavor. Just like my steak, my veggies were cooked well but bland. My wife had the Ft Worth Ribeye which is our go to steak and again seemed it was lacking the savory flavor that comes with it. Overall, when Texas Roadhouse is good, it's good. The difficulty is they are not always consistent and that's why I went with 3* here instead of 4*. The place is always busy because they are a great place for good steak and the dinner rolls are always fresh and amazing! Plan ahead if you have a large group and reserve seating early (which you can call ahead and do). I m going to believe my next few experience will be better so I can bring this to a 4* place to eat. read more

Not necessarily their fault, but tonight as I waited in a carry out parking spot waiting for my carry out order, I watched car after car park in these spots - which are clearly marked "CARRY OUT PARKING ONLY" and walk straight into the main entrance. No one was waiting in any of the vehicles except for me. When my order was ready and I went in to the carryout area, I mentioned this two the two young girls working there. They said they have told management many times but were told there's nothing they can do. Increase side game. I went to the Fort Wright, location of Texas roadhouse on Friday evening with some friends. As always, it was very crowded. I did use the waitlist, but it still was longer than the anticipated wait. When we were seated, I decided to try the country vegetable plate, which were four sides. Let's just say it was 50-50. I had the house salad with honey mustard dressing, and it was OK. The star of the four item platter was the loaded baked potato. I did pay an upcharge for it to be loaded, but it was one of the best potatoes I've had out for some time. The other two items for the platter were corn and green beans and both of those came swimming and water. I actually drained them onto a bread plate and it was almost overflowing. I had asked our server for butter to help with the taste, but that did nothing. I never have a bad time at the House. My boyfriend try to go here once every three months because it has a home-good feel and always worth the wait. The online check-in always helps you and the staff, so make sure to save your space in line ahead of arrival to save time! Also, John our server, was timely and phenomenal. Very good food, and experience, at this restaurant - Our server was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Needless to say i was won over by the first bite and now as a repeat offender & must spread the word! Roadhouse is always pretty good. The service we have usually is pretty good and if they have a wait it's not super long. On the weekends I recommend making a reservation if you don't feel like waiting around. The bar is fun to sit at and the drinks are usually pretty good. Nice beer selection and the bartenders are pretty knowledgable. The specialty drinks are yummy. I love the cinnamon butter that comes with rolls. Today I ordered the beef tips with mashed potatoes, I liked it much more than the sirloin I normally get. The mushrooms and onions that were with the tips were very very good.
