How many reviews have I written for this place? Literally whenever we're just kind of around and just want some good food and to really treat ourselves, we just seem to end up here. It's mostly because of the Triple Dipper appetizer of course. I think this is the one that reached all the social medias. I always get it with the Southwest egg rolls, the Nashville hot mozzarella cheese bricks, and the tasty sliders. It's pretty much just become my main entree since it's a lot of food. So so delicious! Tori was our waitress tonight and she was excellent. Everything else here has just really improved over the years. Their burgers are good and everything I've always had is just been great. Definitely a big improvement from 20 years ago! Ambiance is typical but service has always been friendly and quick. Not much else to say except this is one of our main go-to's! We're a couple of guys who live in the city but we're more than willing to drive out to the burbs for Chili's. read more

We were about to head to Chil-fil-A and stumbled upon this Chili when supercharging our Tesla and was extremely glad we did. The restaurant is conveniently located in the shopping plaza about 5 minutes walking distance from the Tesla superchargers, which is right across from the restaurant near Meijer grocery. The restaurant is quite busy at a Tuesday afternoon and ambience is lively and classy at the same time. The waitress recommended the 3 For Me on the menu that gave us the best bang for the buck. We had the Sirloin steak w/ broccoli plus baked cookie w/ icecream; also the Original Fajita Trio w/ steak, chicken and shrimp as another order. The food was amazingly well seasoned and savory. Though it amount was too much and we had to bring some on the road, we definitely ate way more than we should because of how good delicious they were. We highly recommend Kailey, our waitress, for her exceptional service. She was not only warm and efficient but also offered thoughtful suggestions that gave us more food for a lower cost. Additionally, she went out of her way to help us honor my military service, which we truly appreciated. Kailey is clearly a seasoned and professional member of the Chili's team. It had been forever since I had been in a Chili's. My food was good. I mean name a better trio than southwest egg rolls, big mouth bites and chicken crispers. The food came out quickly and hot during a lunch rush. And of course as a self proclaimed Diet Coke queen, it was nice and crispy! My server was amazing and I hate I can't remember her name! She was fantastic and just the right amount of personable. If the manager reads this I think I was at Table 32 during lunch rush. It was crowded and loud, but that doesn't bother me. We have not been here since 2017. The food and service had really gone down hill back then, but heard it was really good now, so we gave it a try! We were pleasantly surprised! The food was delicious and the service was top notch. It was busy, so we sat at the bar and Maddy took care of us. She was awesome! Very attentive, always checking on us, and fun to talk to. College football games were on and it was a fun atmosphere. I ordered the steak fajitas, my husband ordered the steak and broccoli, and our friend ordered the surf and turf with steak, shrimp and loaded mashed potatoes. All three were excellent! Never have I ever been to chili's before. I remember their baby back ribs commercial back in the early 90's and 2000's. Fast forward to 2025 and the viral instagram posts has gotten me to try it for the first time. I got the 10.99, 3 for me deal. I got the Smashburger, fries, chili's soup and diet coke. The portions were great for the price. The fries were well seasoned, and the chili soup portion was a bit small, but very savory, meaty, and well seasoned. the burger itself while not as flavorful as shake shack's, was a fresh patty with good thickness and crisp. The bun was also fluffy and light. The service was very attentive and the place was reasonably clean. Definitely better than the applebee's and outbacks and I'll be returning for to try other items on the 3 for me menu. read more

The 3 for me meal is a great deal with a drink, appetizer and entree for either $10.99, 14.99 or $16.99 depending on your choice on entree. The strawberry lemonade was great, it didn't taste artificial and even had a subtle taste of crushed freeze dried strawberries. The cup chicken enchilada soup was warm and well seasoned. The chicken bacon quesadillas portion was very generous- 9 pieces with sour cream, queso, lettuce and salsa on the side. Initially, the bacon was very overpowering but overall it was a well done crispy quesadilla. The service was great, our server was fast and attentive. Just celebrated two birthdays this past weekend at this Chili's location. We walked in and told the hostess we needed a table for 8. We had to wait about 20 minutes, which was fine while we waited on everyone to arrive. We got a text that our table was ready and was seated right away. Our waitress was great (I didn't catch her name), she provided quality customer service and checked on us on multiple occasions to make sure we had everything we needed. That alone was worth five stars. I got the chicken crispers with fries and mac n cheese with ranch, spicy ranch, and honey mustard. The meal was good for what it was. The spicy ranch was really good and my favorite out of all the sauces I received. Similar to Applebee's, you'll find a lot of traditional "American" style choices. It's just your typical, average chain restaurant. I find myself here when other places are busy or if I'm looking for a quick meal. Nothing ever draws me here specifically as it's nothing special. But the past couple of times I've been in the last year, I've had good food and good service, so that's a win! Definitely check it out if this is your type of cuisine. read more

The ONE COMPLAINT with this place is onions. Yes, onions. I like sliced onions on my burger but they no longer allow you to order a slice of onion you can only get diced onions. Tried it but having diced onions on the burgers is messy. Diced onions fall off the burgers not a good idea and odd that even upon request to get a slice of onion on the burger, they say no. Mother's Day Nightmare at Chili's - Florence, KY If I could give zero stars, I would. My family and I had a truly awful experience at this Chili's on Mother's Day, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. We arrived to a 45-minute wait, which we expected. What we didn't expect was someone vomiting on the floor near the entrance and it stayed there, unaddressed, for quite some time. We actually left to wait elsewhere and hoped it would be cleaned by the time we came back. It was, but that shouldn't have happened in the first place. Once we were seated, service was painfully slow. It took a long time for anyone to take our drink order, and even longer for someone to take our food order. Then, our server accidentally deleted the entire order and had to start from scratch... for our party of six. Our food came out surprisingly fast, but the presentation was sloppy, several orders were incorrect, and we had no salt or pepper at the table. It took 20 minutes to get any after asking. Drinks went unrefilled the entire meal, and at one point the server brought only one glass of water despite all of our cups being empty. One person in our party couldn't eat their food, it was that unappetizing. No one ever came by to check on us or ask how things were, so we couldn't even ask for a replacement. The checkout process was a mess. We asked to split the check between two parties (three people each), but were first brought checks for the wrong table. Then, when the correct bills came, they still had errors and included charges for items we didn't order. The server didn't know how to fix them. I had to ask several times for a to-go box, and I never got my change back after paying in cash. I guess she assumed that was her tip? This was supposed to be a special Mother's Day meal, and instead, it was a disaster. I won't be returning to this location, or any Chili's and I'll be warning others to stay far away. read more

Ugh furniture shopping on a Saturday brought us here as the kids were dying of starvation. I have been to a Chili's in years and it was at an airport. I have to start out with the best thing first and work my way down from there. Service.Even though somewhat slow, waiter was great. He was busy but I could tell he was working hard and trying to to a good job. I commend that. The food was good because we were starving. Nothing exciting, but did the job. Now is where I really draw the line. Beer. Lukewarm. How can this be acceptable. I started with an ultra then to a Bud Light thinking it would be improved, but it wasn't. We were so excited to see a Chili's! It was the first place we've been out to eat on our vacation. We are from Pittsburgh and the closest one to where we live is about 45 minutes away. We came in about 12:30 on a Friday. And it was dead. And took ten minutes to be seated. Thankfully a second person came to see us and he sat us. It was a little awkward as there were 8 of us but we were given a table for 12. But we made it work. Our skillet queso seemed runny. I've had it most times I've been and it wasn't the same. Hardly any meat in it as well. We asked for lemons and never got them. I asked for no cucumbers on my salad .. had cucumbers. And I received the wrong salad dressing. Just not impressed. I don't expect everything to be perfect but it added up quickly. We also asked for adult waters for our biggest kids and still got kids waters. Our server was very friendly. But really seemed like the only one working. He had 3-4 tables and sat everyone that came in. Maybe it was too much to handle? Food was fine. I went with my family of 5 on New Year's Eve and it's safe to say it was the worst service i've ever gotten. As someone who works in a full service, very busy restaurant i find it unacceptable that the wait for our drinks and food kept us there almost 2 hrs. We were sat, took our server Maddie 15 minutes to come to our table and get us drinks. For something that take less than 4 minutes to do maybe less, 15 minutes is absolutely bizarre. Considering the restaurant was not busy at either, why did i have to ask 4 times for a chip refill and it never came? Or why was our food taking an hour to be sent out of the kitchen. When i asked for a refill i was handed the wrong drink, but it's not like i could tell my server. why? because she failed to even bring us straws or SILVERWARE with our food. this is insane to me that we are paying people for well service and i might as well have been somewhere else. i paid extra for certain things that never came. the atmosphere was overall just awful. if you as a restaurant wants to be open on a holiday, maybe don't have such a bitter team working. i understand the holiday is not fun to work on, but your entire team is incompetent considering we couldn't even get baseline service. the fact that you've managed to achieve getting any sort of good reviews is surprising after this experience. but to sum this up, we went to a restaurant sat there with no drinks for 15 min asked for refills on different things and all we got back was attitude filled answers and nothing was given. our food came out late which means she either forgot to put our order in or your line and expo is awful and you should get new people. i was given the wrong drink after asking for a refill 30 min prior then proceeded to wait for a new one only for it to never get to the table by the time we left. and of course the most important piece to eating was forgotten, which is intolerable. how does a restaurant forget to give a table silverware? it's laughable. read more
