Just had the worst take out experience. Ordered online and wanted to use a gift card, so chose to pay in the restaurant. Got there and they would not accept the gift card saying their machine was down. This was after waiting at least five minutes for someone to come to the take out counter. Very disappointing, considering we only ordered because of the gift card. My husband brought the order home and everything was terrible! The buffalo chips were gross and couldn't even be eaten. Again, disappointing considering they were over 4 bucks. I get better fries at fast food places for much cheaper. Wings were also terrible and not worth what we paid. It was late and we were hungry. We drove to Buffalo Wild Wings and orderd. They said it would be ready in 20 minutes and we came. It was delievered cold and not fresh. It didn't even look very appetizing, but we still ate. The inside of the wings were sticky and oily. We could barely eat it. It even smelled bad. Today I went to Buffalo wild wings in Iselin. I bought food for the family and just had a bad day at work. There was a young lady at the takeout named Alexis. I was so impressed with her, she was pleasant when I walked in, took my order efficiently, made sure I didn't sit around too long and when my food came out she double checked it to make sure it was correct. As many times as I've been to Buffalo wild wings, I've never had such a pleasant experience. Thank you Alexis for making my evening, realized there are still pleasant people in this world. I saw signs advertising a 15 min wait for lunch or else the meal is free, but we definitely had to wait longer than 15 min for our food. I once loved this place but it has gone down hill. We went on an early Saturday night. Ordered the usual wings. My husband ordered a beer-actually 3 o 4 before they had the craft beer still on tap. I have been coming to this location for two years now and tonight is the first time that I've been not only happy with the food , but with the service. Our waitress Ashley, was attentive, fast and kind. Whatever management changes they've done in the past few months shows. The staff seems happier, the food was fast and HOT(which is a first for me here at this location) ! I am so so happy with the turn around this place has done. We went here on a dead Monday (post football season) and the service was SLOW! Our waitress was not attentive at all and was preoccupied just shooting the $hit with the rest of the watiers who had no tables and nothing to do. I am not sure why they would have so many waiters on staff as it was beyond dead in there and all of those people just made their own circle of chatter doing absolutely nothing. I watched our waitress stand in this circle talking about nothing and she didn't even bother to come check on us. The food took a long time to come out also, which was odd considering the lack of patrons. Then again, the cooks were probably out there talking as well. The wings are good and the sauce variety is definitely hands down extensive. If you can't find the sauce flavor you want here then it doesn't exist. However, they might as well just sell wings, beer, and cocktails(which could use improvement) as nothing else here was really tasty in my opinion. The burger I ordered was just eh. It was edible and saved me from having to cook that night but I could have made a tastier burger at home. The 1 positive on the staff side is the Manager...or at least I think that is who he was. He was a very energetic gentlemen(I believe he was Spanish) and he came walked about the place with sheer energy and livelihood. Too bad he didn't break up the waiters during the 45min+ pow wow that was going on.He came over and asked how everything was to which we basically shrugged indicating that we weren't impressed. He didn't even blink and kept it moving. This obviously means he doesn't listen to the customers. So probably the best experience I've ever had at a b-dubs! When our food came it was made absolutely perfect. Everything was super fresh, piping hot and cooked to perfection. The best part of the experience was our server Aisha-she was completely amazing! Aisha was extremely attentive, super helpful and anticipated our needs more than once. She was so on point that she practically read my mind(twice) and saved me from messing up my meal and ordering the wrong sauce. I never usually do reviews but I will TODAY! I ordered take out from this buffalo wild wings location on multiple occasions and each and EVERY time I have gotten the wrong order or something is wrong with my order... But this is the last straw. I ordered the honey bbq salad with minor alterations, such as different cheese, etc.. After I waited an hour for my food to be ready, I received my salad and it looked like it was old and scraped off someone else's plate and thrown into a box for me. The salad was wet and SOGGY, (I'm not sure why the salad was wet and soggy as the dressing was on the side) the cheese was the wrong kind of cheese and the wrong kind of chicken was in the salad. It looked TERRIBLE! I spent $17 on my overall order and wasn't able to even touch my salad!!! Just the sight of it made me nauseous. I called about my order and HOLLY was very rude and sarcastic and basically told me i can dispute the charge with the bank!!! She was unapologetic and didn't care that my salad was received looking like it was chewed up and spit out!!! She was extremely rude, she then told me i could speak with the assistant General manager Nick to see what he could do. On top of getting an order that looked like garbage , all i needed was to speak to someone on the phone who was rude about it... NICK was super HELPFUL and apologized for everything, he made sure to try and help me out in any way he could & offered me a certificate for the amount of money I WASTED on that salad..
