This review is purely for the man who works there. Love to the two women who put up with his bs man tantrum and continued to work understaffed. We went into the store on 12/18, and walked into an altercation happening with the man and one of the younger female employees who was taking our order (she was lovely to us). The man kept cussing her out / saying he would call her dad & making fun of her age. He eventually threw in the towel and left mid shift to his car, leaving the two female employees behind to fulfill orders at a pretty busy time. Honestly, I've been delaying coming here because of the negative reviews but I'm so glad I said screw it! I've been here twice within the last week already. The fries are amazing dipped in their ranch dressing. The boneless wings actually taste like real chicken and don't have that weird texture. (You know what I mean lol) I had no issues with the bone in wings either but actually prefer the boneless wings here over them. They sauce their wings generously as well. The only negative thing was their machine had no regular coke, but I can deal with that because the food was really that good. Stop being skeptical like I was and try it! There was one kid who was cooking in the kitchen, and running back and forth to the counter to help with the customers. The cooks behind the counter were fooling around joking while me and 3 others were waiting for our food. Since I had a long wait, I checked my order before I left and they forgot one of my fries. When I approached the counter, no one came to help me as I approached the pick up station, the employees where gossiping and I had to request my fries. Usually its not a big deal, mistakes happen, but with the bad customer service and long wait, I was annoyed. The chicken was not good... rubbery and bland. The fries were good. They gave away 100.00 order but didn't check the "Uber drivers app" they said he list charge s instead of telling him to go charge the phone they gave 100.00 worth of food to someone with out credential. When I called wingstop they said your Uber person has no charge on his phone but he picked up your order I asked if he had no charge how was he to deliver to me. I visited the Woodbridge location that just opened up. It was by far the WORST experience I've ever had. The cashier "Alexisa" as said on the receipt, needs to be retrained ASAP. Her customer service was horrific, she was on her phone since I stepped in the restaurant.. didn't greet us, but she stared at us since we opened the door.. didn't even come up to us and when she did eventually decide to come up to the register she asked " y'all ready? " VERY unprofessional, also with her phone in her hand texting as she was taking our order. She forgot to give us our cups for our drinks so I reached over the counter my self and got myself the 2 cups I was supposed to receive, she saw us do that and STILL DID NOT even try to give it to us. As we were waiting for our to go order, more people came in and she didn't greet them as well. A Hispanic family came in not understanding too much English and she didn't help them at all she was so rude to the elderly lady when that lady asked how much it was and "Alexsia's" response was " the prices are right behind me " with such a rude attitude.. she ended up losing that customer because the family walked out very upset since the cashier was so rude. Not only was Alexsia rude and unprofessional, the music that was playing was also VERY unprofessional.. cursing in the songs.. drug related songs as well. Ridiculous and very sad, disappointing. Never again, this place is an embarrassment as well as the workers. The management should DEFINITELY re consider a new staff.
