2 star rating is generous. Mostly because service is terrible. Really bad. Bad attitudes, they can't be bothered by customers. Customers are expected to order via QR Code and then the kitchen delivers the food. But they will add a 20% gratuity for service automatically. What a joke. My $21 burger was dry. Bacon was $4, and you get one slice of bacon. Value is of absolutely no concern to them at this store. If this were my first experience with Buffalo Wild Wings, it would for sure be my last. Fortunately, I know many of their other stores are really good. With fresh food and good service. The wings looked and were extremely dry and overcooked. See photo. I visited with my partner after seeing a sign stating that customers could dine in after paying. However, we were told by the waitress that this only applied to customers who were not placing to-go orders, which was very misleading. To make matters more confusing, I then watched other families who also placed to-go orders being allowed to sit and dine in. It took over 40 minutes to receive an order of just 15 wings, and I had to ask about my order twice before it was finally brought out. When I received it, my drink was missing. I approached the server, who responded with irritation and said, "You're supposed to tell me if you're missing a drink." I was genuinely confused and replied, "Usually when I place an order, everything I ordered is included. I thought that was part of the service." He then raised his voice and told me I shouldn't tell him how to do his job. After finally sitting down to eat, I realized our celery and carrot side was also missing. At that point, I no longer had the energy to address yet another mistake. On top of that, the wings were incorrect we received only two of the three flavors we ordered and the food tasted stale, as if it had been sitting for quite some time. This experience reflected poor organization, inconsistent policies, and unprofessional customer service. Management should improve its ordering system and ensure employees are trained to respond professionally to customer concerns rather than becoming defensive. Buffalo Wild Wings JFK airport After 20-30 mins of searching through two terminals for something to eat, my husband and I settled on Buffalo Wild Wings. When I say settled.... That's exactly what I mean. There was NO better choice. This restaurant is STUCK in covid protocol. They still have the QR code adhered to the table and the customers do ALL of the work to place their own order. There is absolutely NO customer interaction until they bring your beverage to the table -- unless there is something unclear about the order you placed. Customers have to seat themselves, bus the tables if the table you would like to sit at is dirty, place their orders, and finalize their own bills.... Yet during the process... you're still asked to leave a tip. The service is slow! It's so slow, in fact, my husband had to get up from the table, after several employees continually walked back & forth past the table, and go to the fountain machine and get a refill himself. I suppose someone mentioned that to our waitress and moments later she came over to 'check on us.' This location was FILTHY, too! Someone had spilled their drink from the table we were sitting at down one side of a load-bearing pillar right beside the table. Both the pillar and the floor were disgusting! No one had even attempted to clean it up. Just as I noticed that sticky mess (while picking up the napkin I dropped) I stuck my hand around the edge of the high-top table we were sitting at... into another sticky mess (presumably from the same spill!) while getting back in my seat, I looked at the TV directly over my head... there was so much dust around its air vents... I can't believe it hadn't over-heated! Our waitress bussed the table next to ours shortly after we sat down! She removed the previous customer's dishes but never came back to clean the table top! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! The unpleasant conditions, lack of attention/service (wasn't an overly busy time at 10:30am) and lack of variation of menu items made this a very disappointing choice this morning. Hard as a rock after being reheated n it was not even hot , just lukewarm. The sauces were so hot n salty n tasted weird. The Thai curry was the worst and it was not even Thai at all. Waste of money im glad i have never tried it even though they have been in Huntington Beach for a long time. In HB only MAMA HIEU WINGS N at Brodard are wings delicious, it's freshly cooked on order only, they are crunchy n have fresh sauces. Brodard even has flambé onion n garlic. Since our previous flight was 15 hrs long and had already been served breakfast on the flight, we didn't want typical breakfast food and were happy to find a place to eat fairly early in the morning that served food other than breakfast. All of our table chose to get traditional wings. One person's wings came out quickly. The rest of the table didn't get their food for about 20 more minutes - enough time for the first person to finish their meal. We also asked for drink refills and were forgotten for 30 minutes. Luckily the wings were good as it made up for the not so superb service. I do wish they would have served some other sides a la carte during the breakfast service as well. read more

I'm stunned in 2025, JFK, one of the world's premier airports, has pretty lousy sit-down food options -- at least T4 -- while other major airports have already upgraded their facilities. Newark, where I usually fly in and out of, has infinitely better options, but with all of Newark's problems of late, I decided to switch to JFK to avoid the hassles, delays and potential safety issues -- but, JFK, JFK, ‍. So, of what's here, if you want to sit and have a meal you got The Palm, wickedly overpriced, the horribly reviewed Mexican place, Mi Casa, a quick-serve pizza place with a few tables and, finally, unless I missed elsewhere, Buffalo Wild Wings, which I opted for, seemed the best value, least hassle. So, the place is very clean and actually pretty pleasant, lots of tables and there is a separate room around the bar and to the back. As is the norm at airports these days, for the menu you scan the QR code that's on your table, order and pay on your phone, and one of three servers brings the food & drink to your table. Not a huge fan of their wings, boneless or not, so I'm glad they got a burger, which I was in the mood for. It's very decent, smashed, so automatically well done with caramelized edges, which is how I like it, and you can request that they remove the mayo and mustard, lettuce and tomato, pickles, etc. I opted to do away with the lettuce & tomato & mustard, keep the mayo and added ketchup (automatically served on the side with fries) to make a pseudo-Russian-dressing. Interestingly, the burger had a faint gamey taste to it but that didn't bother me, it was good, as were the fries -- but as they didn't come piping hot as they should have, I ate most of them immediately to enjoy what warmth they still had left in them. My server clearly didn't want to be there and seemed to disappear a bit, which is difficult given how relatively small a place it is, but she wasn't unkind and redeemed herself at the end bringing me an extra ketchup and an entirely fresh cup of soda. She got a little extra tip for that. One thing, tho, and I don't blame this on her -- it took FOREVER to get my burger, I think 20mins after I ordered it, and I saw others had the same situation. This could be problematic for folks with limited time trying to catch a plane and I would strongly recommend this location's management bring out the company's efficiency expert, assuming BWW has one, to figure out how to UP the game of this location where being served quickly should be of the highest priority. read more

Terminal 4 choices are all pretty poor in my opinion. Lisa E and I settled on BWW for a preboarding meal. Ordered the mango habenero all drums w/ carrots and blue. Here's the nefarious part: 1) single pour drinks were "out of stock" so I got a "double" that looked and tasted like a single but charged like a double. I might have tipped 5-10%, but... 3) we were told if we didn't clear out our check within 40 mins, they'd add an automatic 20% gratuity. I made sure to check to see, and there was no way to do this on the customer end. These "business" practices are predatory and obnoxious. Okay we came here when morale was low. Our direct flight had been cancelled. We were hungry. We needed a boost. On a Friday evening, we were able to find a table for 4 for no issues and online ordered with ease. Everything came out relatively quickly too and not to mention it was delicious! We all got a round of beer of which they had a great selection! For an appetizer, we got the mozzarella sticks and those were all delicious! Then we split 2 entrees for the 4 of us which was perfect because they were massive! We got the black bean burger and chicken Caesar salad and they did not disappoint. My only complaint about this place was prices ($20 an entree was steep) but it's the airport so not much to do there. Overall, if you're stuck in B terminal it's a great place to stop. read more

Asked for ice twice... never got it ... they had no Chardonnay and ran out of miller lite! Ugh I'm so disgusted with these astronomical prices at the airport. I placed an to-go order of Medium Boneless Honey BBQ Wings, Regular Fries, and A Blue Hawaiian which totaled to $57.25. Honestly I wasn't expecting to pay that much. I was taken aback when the cashier gave me my receipt. However it's to be expected. I guess you can say I took myself out on a date. The food was average. I initially asked for ranch dressing and the gave me one blue cheese dressing. The service was pretty quick for an airport Buffalo Wild Wings! They gave us almost 40 wings when it was suppose to be 20 but I wasn't complaining haha. Since this is in the airport everything is way more expensive so for the amount of wings we got plus one drink and tortilla chips and salsa it was around $50. The reason for the four stars and not the five stars is because the tortilla chips were a bit stale and they we're just okay to me but everything else including the customer service was wonderful! read more

I walked by this B-dubs a couple times, telling myself I shouldn't go there -- it looked like a disaster. All I ordered was a 10 piece boneless wings and a Pepsi. Almost everyone around me was wondering where their food was with 40+ minute wait times. From the looks of it, there was one bartender, one server, one cook, and maybe one food runner? Everyone clearly hated their lives had come to this. To my surprise, my wings came out in about 20 minutes, and they decided to give me 15 instead of 10, but only half were edible. Overly fried, poorly sauced, tiny pieces of chicken, 3 measly strips of carrots and no celery, just all around yuck. The Pepsi was full of ice and watered down, and it took a while to flag the bartender down for a refill. I was deathly afraid of asking for more veggies because I got the sense he'd reach over and strangle me. Then you get gouged with airport prices on top of everything. The service here was attentive but they seem to be a bit all over the place and take a little to actively attend to you especially when needing to board a flight soon. The wings are pretty good and enjoyable for our flight bur not the best we have had before. I figure anyone that looks at this review because it's an airport would appreciate these comments. 1) me and my two kids at 10pm entered and it took after 15 mins for me to go over to the bar to ask if I could order from them. The bar was 25% full with two bartenders. They said my server would be over shortly. 2) 10 mins after that the bar tender had to remind the server to come over... 3) I put in a beer and saw him enter the order but the bar didn't get the ticket because "the register he entered it from".. meanwhile I'm 30 mins there with no beer still. 3) there's some guy that does clean up and wants people out of there so he scrapes and screeches the chair and tables around so loud so make people feel uncomfortable. 4) I could go on.. but really? BWW is not particularly known for its quality of food, but generally it has quick service and is a good place to watch sports if you're into that. However, the BWW in JFK airport is not one of those places. The staff was, in my opinion, disinterested at best and disdainful at worst, though that would be forgivable if the wait for a to-go order (you order at a kiosk at the entrance) didn't take thirty plus minutes to get a simple order of wings. This is, of course, considering that we are at an airport and people likely need their food within a reasonable amount of time. Thankfully, we had an hour left for our flight and could afford to wait, which was far less than I could say about another gentleman who was waiting even longer than us and whose flight was leaving in only ten minutes before he finally got his food! Needless to say, there are better options for food out there - just get a slice of NY pizza instead, even if it's not the most official brand of NY pie. As for the ambiance, it was the same as any of the other terminal restaurant options - loud and cramped. Oh, and they forgot to put the water we bought in our to-go bag so we had to walk back briefly to get that. So much waiting... you'd think they could get the order right! read more
