Had a large party for 10 here and it was a big space and not too crowded. The service was a bit slow but that usually happens with big groups. The French onion burger was well constructed and held together nicely, was cooked to the proper requested temp, but the dip was slightly too salty. The calamari was nice a crunchy. The vodka pasta was nice. The ribs were nice and tender.

As a guest at the Moxy, I figured I had to try Legasea Bar & Grill. I'm glad I did. There were plenty of tempting options on the menu, but I went with one of my favorite tests for any bar and grill: the burger and fries. If a restaurant can get the basics right, it's usually a good sign. Legasea passed with flying colors. The burger was cooked perfectly, somewhere between medium-rare and medium, juicy and full of flavor. The fries were equally impressive, with just the right amount of crunch. It's a simple meal, but when it's done this well, there's a reason it's a classic. The restaurant itself has a bit of a "Cheers" vibe. It's lively without being overwhelming and feels like the kind of place where locals and visitors alike can settle in for a good meal and conversation. The service was also outstanding. My server was personable, entertaining, and seemed genuinely invested in making sure I had a great experience. They checked in often without ever feeling intrusive. Will I be back? Absolutely. The next time I'm in New York, I'll be bringing family and friends with me. If you found this review helpful, give it a like so it can help others too.

This bar & grill feels like fine dining! The way they serve, the interior is laid out and plating the food. Has a bar. Highly recommended. They are on OpenTable. Waiting area is comfortable. Highchair and koalakare seen. Restroom is clean and smells good. Highly recommended. See images for reference.

We made last minute reservation because we were craving steak. What grabbed our attention was that they offer all you can eat ribeye and fries. The restaurant is inside the Moxy Hotel which is convenient since we could sit back and relax while waiting to be seated. That wait wasn't long either we were seated within 15 minutes. The food was delicious and absolutely worth it especially all you can eat option. You really can't beat the price. The service was amazing and we had a great time overall.

Legasea Bar & Grill was a pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the menu is simple and easy to choose from. The $55 all-you-can-eat steak deal is actually legit (only Mondays and Sundays). I haven't had steak in a long time, and they did not overcook their steak. The ambiance had an upscale vibe without feeling pretentious, making it a great spot to sit back and enjoy the meal. Definitely worth checking out if you're craving steak. Definitely will be back! I forgot to try the garlic bread. P.s. I feel like the Sunday menu is different than the regular menu. I didn't see any soups.

Absolutely loved our experience at Legasea Bar & Grill. We did the all-you-can-eat ribeye and it was delicious -- perfectly cooked, flavorful, and worth every bite. The chicken parm and vodka pasta were also 10/10, seriously so good. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the ambiance was beautiful, relaxed, and perfect for a nice dinner without feeling rushed. Everything about the experience felt elevated but still comfortable. Definitely a place I'd come back to and recommend to others.

Clean place to go in Manhattan. I had the special for the day which was lobster spaghetti. Our waitress was courteous and knowledgeable. My favorite was the dessert.

Legaesea Bar & Grill blew me away from the moment we sat down. We started with the garlic bread served with both marinara and pesto sauce -- and WOW. To die for. Perfectly toasted, buttery, and so flavorful... I honestly could've eaten an entire basket myself. Then came the unlimited steak, and let me tell you -- irresistible. The steak literally melts in your mouth, cooked to perfection every single round. Paired with the perfectly crispy fries, it was just unbeatable. One of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. Huge shoutout to Thomas, our waiter, who made the night even better. Nicest guy ever -- super attentive, quick with everything, and genuinely made us feel taken care of. He even surprised us with a $25 off coupon which was such a thoughtful touch. My girlfriend and I left extremely impressed. If you're thinking about coming to Legaesea, DO IT. Food is amazing, service is top tier, and the vibe is perfect. We'll definitely be back!

This place was amazing. The food was so good. This place was the perfect vibe. I absolutely recommend this place. The hostess was pleasant and friendly. Our waiter was awesome We only had appetizers and drinks. But the topper was the strawberry shortcake. It wasn't just pretty. The food was the best.

Came to Legasea to try out the all you can eat but I realized thats only on specific days. So I ended up doing apps and drinks by the bar. The bartender made excellent drinks! I mean 10/10 make sure you try the NSFW lol. The ambiance was nice chill and casual. I came in the early afternoon so it wasn't crowded my friend and I did some apps. The Korean wings are a must try as well as the truffle fries sooo good. And if you're into calamari I would highly recommend ordering hot fresh crispy and tasty. All of the food comes out hot and full of flavor. I would definitely be back and I'll update you on the all you can eat rib eye!

Finally made my way to Legasea. Since we knew we were doing the AYCE we made sure to have a light lunch. We didn't have a reservation but were sat immediately thankfully. The service was good and they definitely keep the state and fries coming. I wasn't the biggest fan of the fries and even preferred the side of broccoli over them. The steak was great and cooked to temp but by the second round was cold. Cold red meat isn't the tastiest... once we let our server know we got a new order of warm steak but the ick had already set in. We tried their fancy nuggets: delicious. I hated to be one of those people but the second I saw a birthday girl order the strawberry shortcake dessert i knew we needed one too. What a cute idea! I loved watching the shell collapse. Beautiful restaurant but I think I'll stick to the regular menu next time!

The energy is right there, hovering, but it never actually lands. It's giving "almost iconic" but not quite--like a party that never fully starts. And that's what gets me. Because this bar could EASILY be that spot. The kind people plan their week around. Where are the themed nights? Where's the drama? The chaos? Give me a reason to come back on a random Wednesday. Do a city-event tie-in, a holiday takeover, literally anything that makes it feel alive instead of just... existing. Because right now it feels like a missed opportunity wearing a cute outfit. BUT--let's talk about the one thing they absolutely did not fumble: the view. The VIEW??? Insane. Genuinely stunning. The kind of view that makes you pause mid-sentence and remember you're in New York and not just spiraling in your own life choices. It's carrying the entire experience on its back, respectfully. So yeah. I'd come back... but mostly for the view and the potential. If they ever decide to actually do something with this space? It could be dangerous (in a good way). Until then, it's vibes... just not fully realized ones.
