I'm saddened to add another 1-star review to their collection of reviews. We've been to several BWW restaurants before, including this one. Today, their service and food were a big FAIL! Our food took a long time, and after the second attempt to bring food to table as ordered, they FAILED. None of our food was hot, and our kind server was either incompetent or overworked. The poor service was poorly managed and my own reward points on their app were used as their feeble effort to compensate for the horrible experience. We will return, but no time soon. Ordinarily, we've enjoyed our visits to BBW, but today was ridiculous. BBW could still make this right, and I would remove this review. If you read this review, they decided not to. read more

We got seated quickly but found it strange that we got seats on the opposite side of the restaurant. We were the only ones in our section. Waited about 5 minutes before anyone came to check on us, and then all of a sudden, we had 3 people checking on us. The manager was the first to check on us and apologized at least a dozen times during our visit. He comped us with our appetizer and drinks. We got the honey Sriracha and honey garlic. I'm not a fan of Sriracha, but my wife is, and she loved them. I enjoyed the honey garlic. They Sriracha hits light, which was nice, but the garlic it stayed with you all the way. The honey gave them both a nice dryness to go with the garlic and the spice of the Sriracha. Overall, our experience was nice. read more

I'm told they have good wing here but after three visits I've yet to try them. I have had great burgers, great salads, prompt service and more TV's with games on than I can count. Service has always been prompt and friendly. If your a sports fan and local the rooms are filled with local sports paraphernalia for all the schools from all over. I'm not local really so I'm unfamiliar with the schools and local colleges but it seems there's some college and pro items to look at too. I go to restaurants for the food and there is every reason to enjoy a great lunch and watch a game here. read more

Lunch was delicious today! I had the Southern Chicken Sandwich and Onion Rings! They have the best onion rings! The sandwich is what really surprised me! Not impressed. Ordered a Door Dash order of hamburger and fries and 15 boneless wings at around 10:45pm. We had one dasher drop our order because it was taking to long. Another picked it up. The second dasher was just as frustrated as us about how long it was taking. I called Buffalo Wild Wings. The person who answered the phone was rude and hung up on us. It took over an hour on a Thursday night late at night for a simple order that should have only taken 20 minutes tops. The food was cold. The hamburger tasted like it was old. I am only giving a 2 because of the air aircindirioning is on. I am currently sitting in BWW. I think this will probably be my last visit to a BWW. I understand there are adjustments that have to be made with all the COVID. But effort is king. The effort to get us seated was poor. We waited for at least 45 min. We are a big party, but they didn't even ask if we would be willing to split up to seat us more quickly. Then once we were seated they told us we had to scan QR code to view the menu. Let me first off start by saying I personally like BWW, they have tons of options but this location sucks!!! The serves sucks as soon as you walk in the door. We try to give this place chance after chance but it never seems to deliver. This last time had to be the worst, we stood at the front waiting and waiting like normal because there wasn't a host anywhere around to be found. So we found a seat in the bar area, got menus after we had our drinks, and later they brought us an appetizer we didn't order but charged us for there misunderstanding. Then sat with our food on the table without any silverware until the waitress came back around. We always stop in any time we are in town. Both my husband and I are on special diets and every time we eat here they always are really great about sub out they stuff we can not eat for veggies. Today we got a great waitress and the manager was also very attentive. Both stopped back to make sure everything was great and tbat all was going well.
