Ok so I use to love Buffalo Wild Wings, they have fallen from grace I am afraid. So we came in for a late lunch early dinner around 4:00ish. There was no wait which was nice. Immediate seating service nice. I took a turn to the restrooms and things started to go south, and not in a good way. If you have 3 hours to kill, then it might be worth the wait because the food is ok. In fact, their onion rings are some of the best. However, this Farragut location is the most poorly managed restaurant I have ever been too. If you go to dine in the restaurant, there is always a 45-60 minute wait, even though there are open tables. WHY?!? It is because the kitchen is ALWAYS backed up. They will seat you at an open table, but they will only take your drink order and not let you order food for at least 30 more minutes. So you think you can bypass the "dine in" delay by ordering online or in their app or by phone? The "normal" delay can be dealt with by shopping or doing other chores and then show up later. But.... NOPE! They turn these methods off because of the kitchen delays. The one time I did get through to order by the phone, they told me to come pick it up in 45 minutes. Knowing their situation, I didn't even show up until an hour. Even then, I had to wait another 30 minutes. That's 90 minutes for a simple order. It does not matter if you are a loyal customer (with the APP, attending their trivia events, etc.) or not... you will still be forced to wait. I almost did not write this review because I don't like whining. However, I DO have a suggested solution: Save yourself a huge amount of time by driving 10 minutes to the Wing Stop on Cedar Bluff. Their wings are good and are ready FAST. NOTE TO MANAGEMENT: This is not that difficult to solve. Hire more cooks. Expand the kitchen. Or cut the menu down to the point where you can successfully manage the flow. read more

The order arrived promptly, and we were on our way. BWW used to sell on Tuesdays a buy 6, 10, 12 or more wings and receive same additional number free. For a place known for its sauces, I was surprised our meals included essentially zero sauce. My wife ordered naked tenders with BBQ sauce. When the meal was delivered, it looked like someone had tapped a spoon of sauce on the plate and whatever came off the edge of the spoon was what she got. She had MAYBE a quarter teaspoon of BBQ sauce. Similarly, my buffalo chicken sandwich had roughly three dots of orange sauce on the the chicken; certainly nowhere near enough to actually taste. Of course we wanted to ask for extra (or any at all), but once the food was delivered, our server did not check back on us. To be fair to him, he was extremely busy with several tables. The restaurant was not at all crowded, but it didn't seem like anyone else was working. We gave up on getting more sauce and finally manage to flag him down for a check 20 minutes or so after we were done eating. I would avoid this place, very unprofessional. My friends and I walk in and the hostess asks if we want a booth or a table, we say table. We go to get seated and the waitress shouts that she's not taking anymore. The hostess tries to plead with her but she insists and gets even more upset and rude. While they argue we're just standing there awkwardly contemplating leaving. To make matters worse, the manager comes over and jokingly consoles the screaming waitress and completely ignores us. The hostess walks us over to a booth and says, "you have to sit at a booth" and walks away. While we're sitting, the manager walks past us twice and says absolutely nothing. We would've at least appreciated an apology for the immature and unprofessional behavior and the unwelcoming experience, but we got nothing. Went here for dinner. Used the mobile app in store. Opened a tab. The app worked OK at first but then stopped working. Had to switch to ordering with waitress. Used cash for order instead of card. The card was still charged. So, I paid $200 for $100 tab. When I called to report this later in the evening (from home), I was told it will take 7 to 10 days to correct, if they can find the order. I wouldn't go here. As far as food, decor, etc., this a typical BWW. Go to Calhoun's or Smokey Mountain Brewery across the street. Please Share Saturday November 23, 2019 My girlfriend, my friend, and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings (Knoxville, TN) Turkey Creek, looking forward to some chicken wings since Wild Wing Cafe was busy. Upon coming into the restaurant, we were greeted by a young lady who seated us. (The usual) Upon being seated we were greeted by a lady named Tiffany, atleast, according to the receipt, she never told us her name. She took out drink orders, left for a few minutes and returned, she asked us what we would like to eat and asked my friend first who attended dinner with us. At the time he was wearing his USAF hat, and she looked at him and asked why in the world he was wearing that hat. His reply was, "because I served OUR country". She immediately, turned around, grabbed a chair, and seated herself at the end of our table. After seating herself, she immediately asked him, when the USAF was founded. We kind of felt as if she had served as well and was just jabbing at him to to talk about serving but no, it all went to hell in a handbasket. He let her talk and just listened as she put him on the spot, she mentioned she was a "military brat" and her family members were in this and that branch (but not the Air Force) and how the Air Force wasn't founded until 1947 and told him that the Air Force were just a bunch of babies. We were totally dumbfounded at how she said they are only used to be in the air and never on the ground and it was sad that he didn't join the marines. My friend kept his cool and didn't murmur a word back at her to escalate anything. After 5 minutes of belittling him, she left to put our food order in, the level of disrespect put us all in a weird mindset when we were just trying to have a night out as old friends. The night ended with getting our food, which her service was subpar at best. Now I always always always tip no matter what, but this was the most disrespectful thing you could do to a customer, especially one who spent years serving our country. No matter what branch your in, Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, Coast Guard or any other form of service to this country, such as police, corrections, or even security guards! People put their safety at risk to make sure regular people are safe, but having family in the military doesn't reserve you any right to badmouth someone just because you don't approve of their branch. On Thursday March 28, 2019 around 9:19 pm, we had amazing night with our to-go order. Buffalo Wild Wings has the best Kid's Menu and meals on the planet for all kids under the age of 12 years old.
