Portajohns being used as BWW restrooms.

Undoubtedly the worst I've seen from a franchise in decline! I took my son out for wings and was completely appalled at what I saw. There were no working bathrooms at this BWW! Patrons were forced to use ports John's outdoors and no one (to include employees!) had a place to wash their hands afterwards. I cannot believe the Knox County Board of Health is allowing a restaurant to operate like this!

When I moved to Knoxville 12 years ago, it seems everyone I met introduced themselves and then asked these four questions: 1. What's your name? 2. Where do you go to church? 3. Do you like college football? 3. Do you like Chick-fil-A? So ... I hope I don't get ostracized from and shunned by my family and friends, but I have to write the truth and the truth is, Buffalo Wild Wings has hands down The BEST Chicken sandwich ever, which means that in my book, it beats out Chick-fil-A!!! We usually get wings when we visit here but today we decided to try the Southern chicken sandwich! OMG such a burst of flavors I was drooling as I ate. (Tip: make sure you have plenty of napkins before you start to eat.) the chicken breast was perfectly fried and it was moist and tender. For sides, we ordered fried curds and onion rings. The curds were great, the onion rings not so much. They tasted like they were right out of a frozen bag and the coating was blah. That's why this review was a 4-star instead of a 5-star review. McKinley, our server was super, knowledgeable about the menu, options and favorites. She was attentive and personable.

Boneless wings with original buffalo sauce and a side of Lemon pepper dry rub. With ranch.

The food was good and I came in extremely late, the service was fast and she left us alone which I find nice, the ambiance was very pleasant for a Sunday night .

There are two flavors pictured. The dry rub Buffalo spice was mildly spicy, and the wet sauced Mango Habanero was sweet and mildly spicy.

Great eats at BWW. The dry rub buffalo seasoned wings were delicious and mildly spicy. Plus, the wet sauced Mango Habanero was also sweet and mild spiced. Both were great, as well as a good ccombo with blue cheese, celery & carrots. And the service was surprisingly bueno as well. Wild Wing Cafe, previously in the area, was my choice of great tasting hot wings. However, since their closing some time ago, I'm now warming up to Buffalo Wild Wings!

Horrible service. My drink was empty for long periods of time ... it was not busy might I add. My food came out wrong and so did my friends.

Great Food , Nice Atmosphere and awesome service…read more.. we've been here several times while visiting Pigeon Forge Always delivers Amazing Wings fyi, the mac n cheese burger doesn't pair well with ketchup (i think its the garlic in the mac m cheese)

Got their bacon jam burger, their daddy Mac and cheese burger, boneless BBQ wings, potato skins, a buffalo chicken wrap and some regular Mac and cheese orders. First things first, my bacon jam burger was sloppy and awesome. The aioli was a bit strong, but it tasted well. I didn't know how the Swiss being added would change the flavor, but it paired well with the heavy patty that was handmade. I think any of their burgers would be great honestly just based on how the patty was seasoned and the cook was perfect. Side of fries weren't bad...were a bit overcooked, but they tasted well. Other takeaways...... The boneless wings were good...not overcooked. The sauce paired well with their ranch, which by the way, tasted decent. Did have some tartness to it, but it tasted good. Potato skins were crispy and full of flavor. I forgot we did order some of their version of mozzarella sticks and they were crispy and quite tasty as well. According to my brother in law, the Mac daddy burger was very good...it looked quite impressive I'd admit, but he raved about the taste as well. The only underwhelming item was the buffalo chicken wrap. Was told the wrap itself wasn't warm and the flavor of the chicken with the buffalo sauce wasn't ideal. FYI we stayed less than 10 minutes away from the restaurant, so everything outside of the wrap was fresh and was prepped well. Will keep them in our rotation whenever we visit the area. Probably the best burger I've had in awhile.

I had a couple of beers, paid my bill, I went back to my hotel to get some work done, then came back for dinner. Monday night's special is any po'boy and they throw in a cold beer for free! I can't pass that up... I got the roast beef drippings po'boy with horseradish mayo and a side cup of pimento cheese grits; everything was excellent, but the sandwich was really messy. Still tasted really good, though. Three beers, a great sammich (although I'll probably get the oyster or catfish option next time), and a side of creamy grits for $40 total between two visits (that includes tips). I will definitely be back to this place next time I'm in Chattanooga. It looks like there are great specials each night Monday through Friday; I just happened to be here on Monday. Service was very prompt and able to offer some insight on the po'boys, which was helpful. *NOTE* the walk is through apartments and townhouses so pretty safe but no sidewalk for part of it.

They have another dining area and an outside area too. Hunter was our server and she was great! She had great recommendations and was an attentive, fun person. Our glasses never ran empty. We started with Jalapeno Cheddar Hushpuppies with Spicy Yogurt. My husband had the Smoked Brisket French Dip - Smoked Brisket, Caramelized Onions, Provolone Cheese, Au Jus, French Hoagie with Beer Battered Fries. I had The Motherclucker - Springer Mountain Farms Southern Fried Chicken, Spiced Pickles, Hot Sauce, Duke's Mayo, Niedlov's Bun. Hunter recommended adding Pepper Jack cheese and Bacon, as well as the Brussels Sprouts with Maple & Bacon. Everything was wonderful. There were way too many Brussels sprouts. It also would have been nice if they were cut into smaller pieces. They had a special dessert of Blackberry Cobbler with Vanilla Ice Cream. Upon entering we were greeted by warm and friendly staff. Wait time was reasonable (20 mins) and there was a fair amount of seating. There were about 3-4 groups waiting to be seated. We were walked through the establishment and seated at a booth table near the bar. If you are into sports you can see the TVs from just about every seat. The waitress arrived shortly after our seating and took our appetizer and drink order. We started with the Triple B. The fries came out quickly, were hot, fresh and delicious. The drink I ordered was out, but the waitress gave another option, but unfortunately that was out as well. Ended up having an old favorite, Guinness. For our meals we ordered the smoked brisket French dip and the wagyu burger. Upon ordered the burger our waitress informed us there was a shortage of patties and if we still wanted the burger we would get one patty instead of two, but at a lower cost. Both dishes were amazing and we couldn't finish them as both the fries and the entrees were larger in comparison to other places we have eaten. Overall this was a great experience with great food. The only thing we had difficulty with is having to use the phone flashlight to read the menu as the lighting was really dim. Will definitely return if we take another trip here.
