Very poor customer service. Place was not very busy but it still took at least 5 minutes for anyone to come to our table. Sinclair was our server and did a very nice job! She was helpful, pleasant, and prompt. The food however was NOT a big hit with the kids: One had corn dogs (she said it was okay); one had grilled chicken Caesar salad (she did not like the flavor of the chicken and the chicken was cold so she removed it from the salad); the last kid had boneless wings in hot sauce (he said they were okay); I had wings w/Desert Heat dry rub (good flavor). The only thing we all agreed on was how good the French fries were (cooked crisp on request), however BWW uses a cheap generic brand of ketchup. On the way home we had to make an emergency stop for one of the kids to use a restroom because of an adverse reaction to the BWW food consumed 30 minutes earlier. I've been to this BWW location several times now and always had a good experience. This location is clean and service has always been courteous and helpful. If you like wings this is the place... They have a big selection of wing sauce flavors. If you don't want wings no worries, the menu has a wide variety of food to choose from. I will definitely go back again! read more

This specific location is absolute trash. We went a few months back & had horrid service. We had to ask our server 6 times to get something we had literally ordered. Went there again today (Father's Day) & they gave us a limited menu for corona & then told us they couldn't do a bucket of beer (on the corona menu) because of corona virus??? They had advance warning that we were coming in with a party of 30 and dropped the ball. Waited 45 minutes for tables on the patio and then we had one server and a helper. The servers was working her butt off but should not have been put in that situation. It took 30 minutes for her to get the dinner order. My food was just ok in keeping with past BWW experiences and my wife thought her salad was tasteless. Beware of school fundraiser nights! Horrible management! The kitchen can't keep up with the crowd. After ordering our food and waiting about 40 minutes, I inquired about the status of our appetizer that still hadn't arrived. Our waiter must have forgotten to put in the order or the kitchen lost it because it didn't arrive until 10 minutes after the main food. We couldn't even get our drinks refilled until we were ready to leave. Asked to speak to the manager and waited another 30 minutes for him to arrive, but he never showed up. I was going to order more food to go, but after the problems we had, I'll pick up my father's dinner from Pollo Tropical instead. The food was good but not worth the long wait on a busy evening. We pick a location close to the door so we would be noticed. Sat there as the GM and several servers walked by just looking at our table. The. Went in Boneless Thursday and found that the minimum number to order was 8. Every other Buffalo Wild Wngs I've been to was 4. In fact, I was at the Clearwater location 2 days previously and ordered 4 for my 2 year daughter (in addition to my and my wife's order). Web I asked about that at this location I was told no, but that I was welcome to drive to Clearwater if I wanted 4 separately. They had no issue letting me cancel my entire order and leave. Customer service is NOT a priority at this location, so as long as you're fine with bad customer service, overpriced beer, and small wings it's your spot. I've been to this location before and wasn't impressed. Tried again and it proved me right. We walked in an waited about 10 minutes before any staff showed up. A man from the kitchen peeked his head out and said oh you can sit anywheres. We sat down and a women did come out immediately and got our drink orders. Once she brought out drinks out she immediately ran back to wherever she was going. We waited another 8 minutes to order. We waited over 40 minutes to get our food. We typically only come here once a year for our fantasy football draft. It's just a typical bdubs. If you're coming here and expecting gourmet food you're in the wrong place. If you want tasty bar food then you've found a gem! We always have great service and their bar has started carrying some good craft beer. We love the Parmesan garlic wings and frequently buy the sauce because we make wings at home a lot. However, for a wing place, their wings are small. It's been months since last disaster order (waited almost an hour that time, too), but I decided to try just one more time. I got there at the designated time and was told they thought my order was coming out now. Over 30 minutes later (order placed online at 6:53, order in my hands roughly 7:50), and it's not even hot! Food was good. We had about 4 or 5 different flavored (Blazin, Medium, Mango/Habanero, Parm/Garlic, and teriyaki) wings and they were all great! We also tried their little deep fried corn dogs and they were awesome. They came with a honey mustard sauce and I couldn't stop eating them! They also had a special buffalo cheese dip that came with tortilla chips that was just okay. The wait wasn't too bad since we got there at a decent time ahead of the dinner crowd, but it was packed!
