The food came out shortly after which was amazingly fast. Our drinks were refilled without having to ask and we were checked on periodically. Ordered the hot and buffalo dry rub wings and regular cheeseburger. The dry rub wings were nice and crispy but the wet wings meat were half slightly dry. The hot was surprisingly hot and the buffalo was a little hot but good. The cheeseburger was a bit greasy bit tasted so good. Definitely goes well with a beer. It seems like they really cut back on people working unless it's a weekend, which often means waiting around for someone to come to the front. Dear Buffalo Wild Wings Lexington Park, MD, On 16 April 2023 at or about 6:20pm I entered the Buffalo Wild Wings (BWW) at Lexington Park, MD for supper. I am writing this review in order to share with you my experience/lack thereof. First off, the front counter was unmanned and while a handful of employees in the back of the house looked up to see who had entered, none greeted, acknowledged, or otherwise engaged me. After approximately 5-mins, a pleasant young lady emerged and greeted me. She then told me to pick a place to sit and a server would be with me. I took a seat in the bar area at a high-top table near another table of folks who were eating their meal. About another 5-mins later, a young lady named (if memory serve) Leticia approached my table to take my initial drink order. I want to illustrate that the house was NOT busy in any sense of the word. There were 2 tables seated in the main dining room, 3 total tables in the bar area and a couple at the bar. All but I had food on the table and there seemed to be something like 3-4 servers tending to the floor and the one bartender on deck. This count doesn't include the gal at the front desk, nor the kitchen staff or the employee who was perched at a table in the bar area (more on him later). Once my server (Leticia) took my drink order (soda water with lime) it was about 5-mins before it arrived. At that point, I placed an order for 10 wings with lemon pepper dry rub with a statement that I would place my supper order in a few minutes as I needed to decide what to eat. 20-mins passed before my server came back to my table with my wings. When my order of wings was delivered it was then about 7pm and I had been in house for approx. 40-mins. Frustrated with what I had been observing and the total time for the arrival of my initial wing order, I decided to abandon supper completely, take my wings to go and leave the establishment. Frustration on total time for my food to arrive was based on the observations as follows: - The house occupancy was extremely low and aside from myself and one other table, all had been served their food/drinks. - One table had departed 15-mins prior, and the tables were not bussed and remained dirty. - One table against the wall furthest from the Bar (adjacent to kitchen?) was cluttered with assorted glasses, food, cell phones being charged and this random guy that kept coming and going from the back of the house and checking his phone and eating. This went on for the entire time I was in house. - I generally observed a nonchalant vibe and a general lack of purpose from all in house.. The random guy at the table struck me in particular as he would appear wearing food service gloves and do his thing at the table (eating, checking his phone etc.). Prior to my visit, I had checked the reviews on Yelp and am once again reminded to trust those reviews. Had I trusted them, I would not have been in house, I would not have been frustrated and I would have had supper much earlier elsewhere having burnt over an hour in transportation, waiting and paying/departing... On my departure, I asked if there was a manger on duty. The gal at the front told me James was the manager and was around somewhere. I repeated back to her "James is the manager, and he is here somewhere?" to which she replied yeah... I was irritated at this point and thought it better to put this on paper rather than confront someone who; was around somewhere and who clearly by the condition of the house, the performance of the staff and the overall vibe, would likely not have been receptive or properly trained to handle my concerns... I am dropping this review on Yelp and emailing/contact forming it to BWW corporate web site. read more

You know what you are getting when you come to a chain like BWW's. This location always seems to be out of something, way understaffed and something always can't be fixed. Last time I was in they could not put a game on the big screen because the one person who could change the channel was in the back, so it was a rerun of a 90's basketball game and the local news on at a sports bar on a Saturday night. Also I went to redeem a reward through the app and they could not accept it. Then the lady charged my card for another order but she did correct it. No alibi for poor customer service. Ordered 15-15 wings. They swapped to boneless nuggets in one box. Very dishonest of them. I spent $39 for this crap?! They even snuck in .99 for pickup fee! Also, potato wedges were more like shoestring fries. Overall disgusted. Service was marginal at pre-COVID 5 years ago. Now off the charts at lowest point I hope the franchise owner heeds this. Wings were beyond overcooked, dry and hard with very little sauce. They were also cold, after a short 1.5 mile ride home. If you can't get your namesake done right... WTF? This Buffalo Wild Wings is the largest location I have been too. Massive bar with tons of beers on tap. Good usually comes out fast but I'm not really a fan of there food. Very small wings. For a wing place the wings are really average. The smash burger is actually pretty good but nothing amazing. Service is usually fast and when certain games are on it can get pretty rowdy. I would give this place a zero if I could. Why? Because we sat down after being told to sit anywhere, and we sat. We sat and we sat and we sat. 15 minutes of sitting with no one coming to even take a drink order was more than enough at 8pm. Don't get me wrong, waitresses walked by a lot. Our family has been coming here for years. Typically it's been pretty good, but the past couple of times have been awful. Tonight we came to eat dinner and was informed they don't have bone in wings. No big deal. Things like this happen. After we ordered we were informed that they were out of hamburgers. Then a few minutes later we were told they were out of honey mustard dressing. I took my son to a nice welcome to Leonardtown lunch at his favorite eatery. We were told to sit where we wanted to. We sat waited 15 minutes. 3 different sets of white people came in after us and where all greeted within 2 minutes of seating. Of course me and my Black son weren't even looked at. Typical also the waitresses were Black. They wonder why Black people tip so little when the service is below par from beginning to end. Went for dinner with my husband and tiny human on Thursday. We are usually meh about BDUBS but I was craving wings and tried this location despite all of the OLD and negative reviews. Service was outstanding, a food runner brought out our app and suggested trying it with a specific sauce (cheese curds and Caramel sauce) so we tried it, she wasn't wrong lol it did taste like a savory sweet funnel cake! Our food came out quickly, the only mistake was that they gave a 20ct when we ordered a 15ct (we weren't charged for that mistake). In fact we weren't charged for any of the sauce sides, including the caramel sauce (I for sure thought I'd be charged for it) . Was visiting family in Southern Maryland, and me and my lady got a chance to step out to watch the UFC 194 event with Conor McGregor Vs. Jose Aldo as the main event. The previous 193 event where Ronda Rousey got knocked out, we had attempted to watch it at another BWW location but after 8:30 that wait for a seat was about a hour and a half. So expecting the same at this location, we got here at around 8:00 and actually got a pretty good seat. We expected the fights to go until maybe 11:30 - 12 am, but it seemed like almost every fight went the distance, and that pushed the main event back to like 1:00 am. Our server was very nice. We ordered some appetizers to start, and then a little later we ordered a large asian zing wings. The food was awesome, Those wings were the truth. The only thing messing up my evening was this other server, who kept bumping my chair and apologizing. The first time she did it I was cool, The second time was okay, but she did it at least 15 times throughout the night, and one time included the use of a high chair. There was more then enough space for her to walk through, and it got to a point where I felt she was doing it out of spite, though i'm not sure of the reason. My lady even noticed that she was doing it, before i even said anything. I'm a big guy, but nobody else the whole night bumped my chair. Let alone doing it almost 20 times. It got to the point that whenever she was about to walk behind me, I would look back at her. After I did that a few times she stopped, but by that time the night was damn near over. Had I not waited all that time to see that fight, I would have definitely had some unpleasant word for this girl, but I wasn't trying to have to leave before the main event so I endure it, as annoying as it was. Our actual server was very good, and she came back to check on us from time to time even after i'm sure she knew we were just watching the fights, and I made sure to leave her extra on the tip for taking up her table time. The District Manager needs to visit this location. I've been stationed around the country and visited dozens of Buffalo Wild Wings locations ... this one is by far the worst. Over the course of 3 visits, it's clear the staff is completely unmotivated to do their job or provide a baseline level of customer service. We consistently wait 10, 15, even 20 minutes for someone to visit our table after being seated, and then we wait as long for our drinks to arrive. The last time we ate at this location, they were out of traditional wings. We ordered boneless wings, which arrived cold. We would have sent them back, but we waited 15 minutes for someone to come back to check on us. On the way out, we noted that nobody in the kitchen was wearing masks in accordance with local COVID regulations. Its BWW. Lots of TVs. Good place to watch sports. Lots of wing flavors. The menu has sizes of wings in small, snack, large etc instead of numbers. That's a new one for me. Had to ask server how many wings in each one. We stopped in on a late Thursday night. The place was pretty empty so the food came out hot and fresh. I had to buffalo chicken wrap then I got to say it was pretty good. I'm a fan of the Buffalo chips so four out of five stars for the Buffalo chips. The jack daddy burger was ok the onion rings were soft which was a disappointing and I think it could have had more sauce. My milkshake was kind of melted when it got to me. The wings are usually decent here. I usually get the combo of boneless and regular wings but I always sub out the fries for potato wedges and they get it wrong every. single. time. I pay a dollar extra and don't get what I paid for which really ticks me off. I don't want to have to go rifling through all the little boxes so I never see it until I get home. They've done it twice so next time, I'll have to stand there and wait while they fix it which is a pain. But at least the wings are good. The quality also suffered, however I recognized that staffing was short and orders were plentiful. Yesterday was my first time going back for a dine-in experience. Another Chain restaurant in St. Mary's County. Clean bathrooms and eating area - always packed when there is a sports event on. Great for kids to play trivia whilst you can eat, however it costs. Their wings are highly priced, so if you're into their sauces, just get the sauce and buy some wings from Walmart down the street. Take them home, heat them up and lather them in the sauce. I also found a great recipe for those who like the Habanera Mango sauce. Overall my experiences in the venue have been sub par - it's a quick place to eat for the wing freaks, but overpriced for what it is. BUFFALO WILD WINGS MANGO HABANERO SAUCE 2 cups mango nectar habanero sauce (recommend El Yucatan, amount to taste) 1 tablespoon corn syrup 1⁄4 cup pepper sauce (Frank's) 1⁄3 cup butter (melted) Put the mango nectar in a large pan and add the amount of habanero sauce you want. mix it up. should be a nice bright orange. put it on medium heat and let it simmer, stir intermittently and reduce to about 1/4 cup volume. Add corn syrup, cayenne sauce and melted butter. Mix. Cook the chicken however you want. Toss the wings/chicken in your sauce. read more

My husband and I went today around 11:45. There was a few tables with customers and 1 waitress. She was doing a good job trying to take care of everyone. My husband ordered a sandwich and I ordered brisket street tacos. My husband received his food a lot quicker than I received mine. He had almost finished his sandwich and fries before my food arrived! My tacos were to have come with chips and salsa. When my food arrived, fries were on the plate. We asked our waitress and she said, 'oh, it comes with fries.' We pulled up their website to show her that it comes with chips/salsa. She went to the manager and reported back that it can come with either. I wasn't given the option to choose what I would like to have. I chose the tacos because I wanted chips/salsa. This wasn't my first time ordering this particular meal from this location so I knew what I was supposed to receive and that time I was given the option to chose my side. The waitress never seemed to notice that my food hadn't arrived in a timely manner and never communicated with me that she had checked with the kitchen. It was like they were left in the fridge for a day, overcooked in a home oven, then put back in the fridge before consumption.
