Me and a group of 3 other co-workers came to eat lunch and were seated promptly as there was not a lot of people working. Our server Priscilla took our drink ordered and food orders initially but did not return after (she did not check our table for refills on our drinks or tell us about how our food was coming along). After waiting for about an hour we had to get our food to go ( we had to return to work). Our orders were off the lunch menu during lunchtime so I'm not really sure why it took so long to prepare our food. When we did get our orders finally the food was cold as if it had been sitting for some time. Buffalo wild wings has never had this poor of service in my opinion hopefully it was just a bad experience but it will be some time before I try it out again. read more

I go here maybe once a month to get cheap delicious wings. They never disappoint. They have 65 cents a piece traditional wings on Tuesdays and 65 cent boneless wings on Thursdays. What a deal! My Favorite thing to do is sit in the outer patio area that is still technically inside, but it is free seating. This means no wait time and it is a little bit more quite out here. The wait staff here has been very nice and helpful every time I visit. The food is always warm and cooked through. I love the ranch here as well. I am a sucker for some good home made ranch. I am a big fan of there potato wedges as well. My husbands sticks to their shoe string like fries and loves them as well. If you want a flavor recommendation I would say get the parmesean garlic! read more

Well if I could give zero stars I would. For starters they aren't open till 2 am like they advertise. Employees in fact sit in their vehicles, and leave a note on the door saying sorry closed for vent hood cleaning. As far as I'm aware that is something that is part of a closing duty of a restaurant, not something that is done during the hours you're advertised to be open. Not trying to be a complete jerk or anything, but it's is an inconvenience to not be operating the hours listed for a customer who drives out of their way in hopes of eating at this establishment. First of all, the map on Yelp is incorrect. 8212 University Ave is on the south side of the loop. Find another map program to show you the actual location. Next, I really dislike places that allow children to sit at the bar and thought about leaving when I saw this. I go to a bar for adult company. Plus, the kid can't order alcohol, so the establishment losing alcohol sales for however many seats are taken by anyone under 21yo. I found a table, a 4-top just for me. This also cost the bar money 'cause I was using a table made for more people. Contrary to popular belief among friends, I cannot drink or eat the equal of four people. ...well...maybe drink as much. I had six or seven large draft beers during the 3 hours I was there (playing Buzztime trivia and watching a college football game). Same brand of beer the entire time. Not sure why my last beer was changed to some other brand and REALLY not sure why the server didn't catch the error. Of the dozen or so servers and hostesses I saw, only two were smiling. The place seemed busy but not crowded, so the servers weren 't over worked. They also had time to c chit-chat at the bar's ordering station. Not sure why they didn't like smiling. And, it wasn't just around me, in case you're thinking that. The food was eh. I don't know if the mini-burgers I ordered were cold when brought to my table or if they cooled off quickly in the couple minutes that passed before I started eating. It's possible I caught this restaurant during an evening when things just didn't go right. I probably will seek out a different place for beers and food in the future. read more

This place has really degraded.... Went with a group of 8 and they can only enter 1/2 of the food orders at a time, because "the kitchen gets mad" if they enter them all at once. I alone spent $30 for a medium wing order, wedges, pickles (that made it after the food), and 2 beers.... I gave this BWW another chance being that it is im my neighborhood and being that I enjoyed going here with friends for happy hour and good food back in the day. But since that time other BWWs have opened and unfortunately continue to be better than this location. Food was not good. My boneless wings were not fresh. They had to have been sitting out for 30 minutes or so before being sauced and given to me. I ate 3 of the hard wing nuggets and it was "check please". I can't describe the texture or taste other than to say gritty parmesean gravy with a hint of sour after taste. Dramatic but yet so true. Cheese fries were good. Service was meh. Also the chairs could use a good wipe down with bleach, soap, & water...very sticky when scooting in to the table. I hope things turn around for this location but I won't be going back anytime soon. read more

I ordered food from this location, online, to take advantage of the buy one get one free deal on Tuesday 19-2-2019, and set pick up time to 6:20 pm. I get there, pay for my order, and they say "my order will be right out". I wait 10 minutes, assuming they forgot my order, with hopes they are making it quickly, with five different employees asking me for my order name. I then was brought two different wrong orders over a span of 40 minutes, and asked for a refund. They then confused me with some other person named "Taylor" when refunding my order. It took us 15 to 20 minutes to get our drinks, then we sat there for another 1 hour after ordering and still no have our food. When you order pick up....go through EVERY item. Our lemon pepper wings were not dusted with enough season....we took it back and there was no customer service. He didn't want to give us a fresh order...tried to redust the wings so they became goopy and clumped with the season. As a former server, bartender, host, manager, literally anything you could be in the service industry, this was probably the worst service I've ever experienced. It's 6 PM, Saturday night- ok I get it, they're somewhat busy. However not busy enough to neglect your table for an hour and a half, forget about an appetizer, and the 2 min of interaction we got throughout the entire time we were there, server was undeniably rude. Careless and inattentive. When we spoke to the manager he had little to nothing to say. "Oh yeah, uh I'm sorry 'bout that." And nothing else. Won't be back again. read more

I went to this restaurant with some work friends after work. Keep in mind that we are all in the service industry so we understand what a bartender is dealing with at 11 pm. As we are walking up the bartender decides that we are to "drunk" to serve us. WE JUST GOT OFF WORK!!! We haven't had a drink all night we've been at work. This bartender continues to be rude to both me and my coworkers. He was CLEARLY uninterested in serving me and my friends. It came to the point that we felt unwelcome so we had left. read more

We sat and watched several servers walk past us for almost 10 minutes before anyone even thought to ask if we'd been helped. Ill admit I was being an unsavory character, but mainly I was mouthing off to the person running the poker tournament because he made a terrible move on me in poker. The place was undermanned. Around 11 pm we went to this location and when we got there we were told we can sit anywhere by a waiter and that he will be with us shortly. The place wasn't busy. It had 5 occupied tables and 2 male staff members who were cokin' and jokin'. We sat down and waited for 10 minutes. No one showed up to our table to greet us or anything. So, my wife and I got up and left. Managers, I know it wasn't that busy but train your people on a sense of urgency. My wife and I enjoy BWW, but this location has lost our vote of going back. Been about three times with others who were going. Today met by a hostess/wait staff who wanted to park us at the first open table in the highest traffic area in the joint. Two of three visits they got my order wrong. Today being one of those days. I didn't send the order back because it takes forever to get an order out. I ordered spicy garlic sauce. I guess if you like spicy vinegar that smothers any hint of garlic, this is the sauce for you. I don't think this is a place for good food, just bar food.
