    Side salad

It's brand new, so it's clean and fresh inside! Our server was very attentive and did a great job. The food was just AVERAGE and the kitchen still loaded my wrap with ranch when I asked it be kept on the side. I'm sure the longer they are open, it will improve (communication, quality of food etc.)

Regular Burger, fries...You'd think it would be made, put together, I just said no mustard. Maybe they can't follow directions?

I just went to order a burger and fries to take home after work. I sat at the bar top to order to go, and I had a tall beer as I waited. The burger took 25 minutes. I figured thats why it was so dry. Because it was done very WELL. I asked to have it a little pink, not so DONE! Then she asked if I wanted all the vegetables....I guess that just meant the piece of lettuce, a tomato slice and two onion pieces. I told her I wanted mayo and ketchup only. I found like 3 packets of mustard, mayo, and ketchup in the bag! So, are we to not only pay & tip them, but we are to put our own burger together? The only thing good was the fries (although a little too salty)....and the very OVERCOOKED burger. No wonder irs a bar, you need to drink all that beer to wash down the DRY OVERCOOKED BURGER PATTY! NOT IMPRESSED. Its just a burger and a "show" kind of place. Twin Peaks has a much better burger than this place! Even Burger King has better burgers...save your money, don't go here unless you just need to boost your ego, (I mean, its your tip, for the view)...lol Dry burgers. Get rid of the cook!

One and done for me. After being seated it took 15 minutes for a server to come and take our drink order. We ordered the full brigade burger and the recruit burger. The full brigade was supposed to have avocado with no onions and tomatoes. It wasn't close to being correct, and the onion strings were cold. The recruit is just a plain burger and it was overcooked. The onion rings order is very small and they weren't good. Also, the kitchen is apparently out of salt and pepper for the burgers no seasoning at all, and you have to ask for mayo, mustard and ketchup. The salsa leaves a weird aftertaste and the chips were stale. It's a sports bar so it loud, and the booth was uncomfortable. In summation, I did not enjoy this experience.

Great place, kind of reminds me of Hooters environment thou, differently not for kids!!

Places was WW2 designed, food good great selection of Beers ! Only thing I would hesitate to take young kids in this restaurant. Waitresses remind me of Hooters. JS!!

    B-17 wings
    Michael B.

They bayonets were quartered pickle spears cut into thirds and fried. Not what I was expecting as a fried pickle. Prefer pickle chip style. B-17 wings: first of all these are the meatiest wings in all of Lubbock (5 ). Got 12 and did half buttery garlic parmasian and lemon pepper dry rub. Garlic parm was basically dipped in buttery garlic with shredded parmasian cheese-not really a fan, but the lemon pepper dry rub was awesome!! The one thing I would definitely recommend is don't water down the ranch dressing for the wings. Service was very good even with a packed house. Ambiance was good for any sports fan. Military discount 20% for veterans & active duty personnel.

Listen up, this place is new (opened late Nov 2024) so they are still working out the kinks. I say this because there are two reviews on this place that mention negative things. IMHO I think thus far they are excelling and will only get better and better. We need to give them grace as they learn and grow. ***So please READ MY REVIEW and ignore the 1 stars.*** The food we ordered was tasty, affordable and came out quickly. Drinks for the entire table were on point. Shout out to Chet who will gladly curate a drink for you if you are not sure what you want. PRO TIP: Enter Soggy Dog through either of the double set of metal doors. Yes you are at the right place. I will take pictures of the entrance on my next visit.

The chips and queso were an appetizer but came out with the rest of the food. Queso was extremely burned so I asked for it to be removed from the ticket; instead, they replaced it with spicy broccoli cheese soup. Okra and fries were not cooked all the way through; seems hard to mess up food service frozen food, but here we are. The hot chicken sandwich was made with chicken so tough I couldn't cut it. The hot sauce was nice, the salsa was decent. My giant mug of beer was flat but at least it was cold. Overall: poor food, slow service. Was hoping for better.

We started out with the mozzarella logs and the devil's on horseback. 10 out of 10 on both. For the entrées, we ordered the boom boom shrimp tacos and the ribeye sliders. I couldn't believe how tender the ribeye was in the sliders. They were so good. For dessert we had the mini beignets and the bread pudding. I think the beignets were better than the ones from New Orleans. They were so soft and warm. Yum! My Husband compared the bread pudding to the one at the Dave Ramsey restaurant in Las Vegas. The ambience was cool of course. It's a sports bar so you hear everyone's excitement from football. Pretty cool location if you ask me. I highly recommend if you're in the area or live in Lubbock.

From the moment we sat down, she made the entire experience amazing. Alyssa was friendly, upbeat, and genuinely attentive without ever being overbearing. Even when the restaurant got busy, Alyssa kept her cool with a smile and checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and thanks to Alyssa's outstanding service, it turned a casual night out into a memorable experience.

It's blue (it does say welcome) but it looks like it is not a public entrance. We figured it out though. The indoor restaurant was very smoky so we sat on the patio, which was nice. Service was pretty good-we had to ask for a few things throughout our meal (a plate...) but everything was delivered quickly. The food was pretty good. My husband had a Philly Grinder with onion rings and both were very good. My daughter had a steak finger basket which I forgot to ask how she liked it however and ate it all so it must have been good. I had the BBQ chicken pizza. Now, the menu does say there would be jalapeños on it but holy cow-I think there were several sliced fresh jalapeños with seeds on the pizza. It was just too much-really not edible the way it was. After taking most off, the pizza was still very spicy. Otherwise, it was really good pizza-great crust, sauce, etc. and I would have enjoyed it. I just thought it was completely overpowering. Overall it was a decent experience and I would probably go there again if the weather was nice and could sit outside again. I'd even order the pizza, but no jalapeños!

When we walked in on May 19, 2026, the place was not too busy at around noon. Right away I noticed low lighting. Cool alternative, rock, and old R&B music playing in the background. A full bar. Pinball machines for tables. Lots of nostalgia in this place! Restroom was mostly clean. The food was okay. I wish there was a bit more flavor to everything. My daughter agreed. + The Damned Dog ($11) "All beef frank, house beef chili, cheddar, diced onions, and jalapeno crispies." This was good but the frank and chili needed more flavor. I opted for a side of house-made vegan potato salad (additional $1.50) instead of potato chips which really good. + The Sourpuss ($12) "Bratwurst, sauerkraut, pickle slice, crushed salt & vinegar chips, and queso fresco." My daughter enjoyed this with ketchup and mustard added and a side of smoked gouda mac. That mac was very tasty. We also noticed how crisp and spicy our Sprite and Dr. Peppers were. Loved that. I'd definitely go back again for a drink and maybe a sandwich next time. Ample lot parking.
