I probably should have read reviews before eating here. The service was not bad but could have been better. The food was warm at best. The wings were very small and overcooked. Fries were few and barely warm. Chips and dip were ok but very little chips. The sauces tasted good for the wings but not special by any means and the queso for the chips was watered down. Welp here is a Yelp review. not busy at all, first of all. We ordered the "classic bottomless" moz sticks & fried pickles.....with 15 boneless wangs.....after 40 minutes...the sticks (c-c-cold) came out with the SOGGY fried pickles! Our boneless FINALLY came out. Guess what??? COLD! The server (if you can call her that!) said she literally watched them take them out. Touched the middle. Cold. We returned them. The new batch came out better. Our SECOND order of the bottomless sticks came out. Barely warm N-N-N-NO cheese pull. B-Crud is OFFICIALLY on the BAN list. Boy-Bye! read more

Yikes. One of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. First it took them 5 minutes to fine a table for 4+ a high chair even with tons of open tables and no wait (per them when we called ahead) Then they shove us in a corner on top of other people next to a kiosk. My chair was smashed into multiple times by wait staff. Not their fault, we shouldn't have been seated so close to a walkway. They're out of Mac n cheese. We order an app. It comes. We have to eat it without silverware because we don't see our waitress again. We ordered 4 meals. All 4 came at separate times. The last one came out after being asked where it was. It was so hot our child couldn't eat it. yet mine and my husbands food is now cold. They did end up covering the meal that came out 10+ minutes after the first one came out. But I have never been to a restaurant where all 4 meals come out at completely separate times. read more

Ordered $70 through their app for a party two hours before scheduled pickup. They were still :30 minutes late. When we arrived home we were missing all of our chosen dips and veggies except one bag of celery. I even called and talked to the manager right before the order was ready and they still messed it up. This is by far the most poorly run restaurant I have ever experienced in my life. It was so bad I actually took the time to write a Yelp review for the first time ever. I came with a large group, we suggested splitting our group into smaller groups to make it easier for the restaurant. They refused the suggestion and sat us all together and left our large group under the care of one unfortunate waitress. Meanwhile while she was left to handle our large group alone the rest of the staff stood around doing nothing, not helping her out, while the rest of the restaurant was empty. They stood around doing nothing. When we politely suggested that they give our waitress an extra hand they responded that they could not help her, with a rude attitude. To make matters worse, almost every one of our orders was messed up and we had about a 2 hour wait (keep in mind the rest of the restaurant was empty). Terribly mismanaged with a rude staff, I will never return to this place. If I could give 0 stars I would, although some sort of negative point system would be more applicable. read more

Service is very hit or miss at this location. Last time I was there I waited an hour for a snack size of boneless wings and the waiter was severely lacking in attention to his tables on top of that. The food is what made me give them two stars instead of one and I was tempted to give a third but couldn't. Once the food did arrive it was good as always and that, and that alone is what will keep me coming back, despite poor service. November, 2022. We stopped in for lunch. we hadn't been here in a while. I have no complaint about the food but service could be improved. Waitress did not check back on drink refills and there was only about less than 10 customers in the place. My real complaint is how dirty the whole place was. The floors were littered and the booth we sat in had food and garbage between the seat and the back of the booth. The women's bathroom had a bad smell and toilets were filthy, even cobwebs between the floor and stall walls. I know everyone is short on help, but when you're not busy with customers, there is a lot of cleaning that should be done! we will not be visiting this location again. read more

Me and mom went to lunch today at the BWW in machesney Park today and to say it was a horrible experience would be an understatement. It was around 3 pm when we went and we were the ONLY table in there. The server was so so slow!! We didn't even order our food until 3:30. He was so rude and inattentive. When we finally received our order , my mom got onto her 4th wing and saw that it was bloody and raw she had to walk it over to show the manager and he said " it's a vein, what do you want ? I've been to this location on multiple occasions and every time my service has been subpar. You know it's fine you just think the waiters are young not getting paid enough to care as long as the food is fine. But my visit today was the worst I've had at any restaurant in recent memory. We were seated and given menus. We chose out meals quickly and just were waiting for a waiter to stop by. Five minutes pass no server, it's not a busy time of day you just kind of shrug it off and talk. 20 minutes later no one has come by to even get us drinks. I didn't bother complaining we just left and no one even stopped us on the way out. Twenty minutes on a Monday afternoon, and we don't get noticed? Pathetic is all I can say. read more

We frequent this restaurant often, but had to walk out tonight. The TVs were on so loud that I had to yell to be heard from across the table. After manager pretended to turn it down, then ignore us, our waiter said "that's the new policy its a sports bar." There was a total of 10 customers in the whole place with no need to be that loud. Good experience with BWW this past Saturday. Was with a group of about 10 people, all there to watch football, eat some wings, and drink some beverages. Our server was attentive without being over-bearing, and our drinks did not stay empty for very long. I am a courier for a delivery service in Rockford.if you want your food within a reasonable amount of time do not order from the Buffalo wild wings in Rockford on State Street. They pay us no mind we constantly have to wait 30 minutes while we're there after driving 15 minutes to get there. The managers are apathetic do not care about food delivery orders. read more

Aside from the teenaged high school staff the food is pretty good and fresh. I feel that it is priced okay with what you order. Back to the staff though! There's a lot of high school aged waitresses that seem to not take their job seriously. Groups of girls hanging out talking and laughing while the others who clearly need their jobs bust their butts. There was a table next to us who had poor service, their waitress was walking back and forth to the entrance where her boyfriend was hanging out.
