Very rude place! Walked in and abruptly told no seats except for smoking area! I accidentally hit one star it deserved no stars! We really wanted wings and this was very rude. Customers should not sit and camp watching a game when people are waiting to eat there! No one seemed to care that others would like to watch it also! We really loved bww but probably not again,this is the second time we had a similar situation so we will go up the street or at home to have our wings in the future. read more

Went on a Thursday around 7 pm to see the last quarter of the Texas A&M game. It was packed, however we were here for almost two hours and the place stopped being packed after the game ended. Zo the last hour or more the place was half empty, but the service was still slow. We waited 30 min per drink order, an hour for our food, and another 30 min for the bill. Service was terrible. Then the bills were not right even after the waitress went over it with us and wrote it all down. I will not be returning. read more

What is happening to the restaurants in the RGV. Came to see UFC Fights and was so disappointed. The place was dirty to start with and it took a while to get served but it was a Sat. Ordered drinks and they were so watered down. The food was just bland, I could have made better buffalo wings at home. read more

I'd been here before about 6 months back and food was decent the waitress was polite and there was an odd smell when you first walked in, but it was only faint. I returned 2 times recently and that Faint smell has turned into a pungent, despicable odor that offends the nostrils. I'm unsure what makes the whole place smell like that, but the last 2 times we've walked in only to leave in disgust. I'm unsure how it got to that level but I hope they get it together or hire a better cleaning staff. read more

My family wanted wings so we decided on Buffalo Wild Wings. The host was extremely rude about telling my father she couldn't change the tv channel. I had my twins with me and I had to ask everyone where the highchairs were, I don't mind getting them myself but they didn't even ask if I needed any. Poor service by our server Sebastian. Got the order wrong and then tried to convince me the sandwich was supposed to look like a wrap. Familiarity with the menu and good customer service is a perishable trait in the Valley. Corporate should take note as an explanation why sales are on a downward spiral. read more

I've been to serveral BWW's but this one was just a huge disappointment! While visiting family we decided to stop for lunch before leaving the valley. The waitress was horrible, the food came out 45 mins after we ordered it, she seemed upapologetic and told us that all our food was sitting under the heat lamps waiting on a wrap. We asked that she start bringing it out as we were hungry and had to get on the road. She brought it all out and sure enough it was lukewarm and dried out! She finally brought the wrap out and it was evident that it was made incorrectly and was pretty gross all around! (My dog did enjoy it on the way home though) There was a pretty good lunch crowd for a Sunday afternoon and almost every table seemed irratated and annoyed with the bad service! Won't be visiting this location ever again, I would rather spend my vacation with family somewhere we won't be disappointed at a chain with a usually good reputation. read more

Spent over $1000 there in the past 30 days. NOT ANOTHER PENNY! Went in and wanted to play the juke box. BBall playoffs are going on. I asked the mgr when they were gonna turn on the BBall audio. He said at 8:30 pm. This was at 5:45 pm. I inserted $20 in juke box. At 6:05 manager turned off juke box and turned on game audio. I complained. He just shrugged and walked away. read more

We where there during the Christmas holiday visiting from out of town. Very disappointing place compared to other Buffalo Wild Wings I've been too. The place is very dirty and dark. The staff didn't even recognize or welcomed us when we came in. We did sit in the bar and their was only one waitress and she seemed to be annoyed. Maybe because she had the whole bar. She did try her best. I guess you can't go wrong with wings but the other food we ordered was ok. The drinks were mostly soda or water and had hardly any alcohol. Definitely not work the price. Then the restrooms were very dirty and didn't look like anyone had been in their to clean up. There are definitely other better places than this place and we sure won't be returning. read more

Management is a joke here he was walking in and out of the kitchen just looking around no sense of urgency acting like everything was running smoothly. A table who got there after ours got his attention and complained. He went to the table next to ours that also came in after and apologized to them. We couldn't even get his attention to ask what's going on. We where a table of 5 and a toddler on a Thursday night more then half the tables where empty. Order was 3 apps kids meal and 4 wings with two sides. Took 45mins+ for half our order to come out and yes I know this as a fact as I received a call at 7:45pm when we first arrived and didn't get our food till after 8:45pm when I checked the time after waiting a while. Waiter came by apologizing for the wait. We did not receive anything till maybe 10mins after that. We received one appetizer which was finished quickly as everyone was already hungry. Then waited another 15mins before some more of our order came out. This was 3 sets of wings one appetizer kids meal and my husbands fries. Two orders of wings that came out where already cold. Another 15mins for the rest to arrive This had my husbands wings my side and and another appetizer. By this time most everyone was already done eating so he took his food to go. Took us another 5/10mins to receive the check in which we asked for managers name. After doing so the manager came to our table and blamed everything on the waiter that he couldn't handle his tables because he was new and that he probably never put the order into the computers because he was watching the screens and nothing took that long. So he took the checks to give us a discount. He called our waiter over and made the waiter apologize. While he fixed the checks then came back to say that he checked the time of the order and some other waiter must have took our order to the wrong table because there was a long wait. That it wasn't his fault and blaming the staff. I feel bad for anyone who works there as management should help staff succeed not throw them under the bus. This was mine and my husbands first and last visit here. The food was decent the service was okay and we understand everyone has good and bad service depending on the day but we are truly upset with how the manager acted. read more
