Terrible, order pick on 11/16. Pick up the food drive 15min home and they did not give our kids food to us. (15min away) the kids were hungry and now mad. They said they would send gift certificates and weeks later nothing. We emailed corporate they were going to resend and now 1/7 nothing. Great customer service...go else where!!! read more

The wings had a "small thin spray" of sauce on them. The order was incorrect for other items...the quality of the mentor Ohio BW3s has plummeted. I do not recommend ordering anything from this place. Never going here again. read more

Extreamly overpriced! Food was average at best and took forever to get drink refills.

Can't fill delivery orders with the correct items as requested. And they weren't too concerned about their mistake. Wouldn't recommend using this store for Uber eats or doordash if your very hungry and counting on getting the correct order. read more

Overpriced and poor food, service. Went to Buffalo Wild Wings Diamond Center this summer. The wings were undercooked and poor. Service was OK but a bit cocky. Went again and everything was poor. No one to check in with, then told to sit where ever. Again, the head waitress was cocky (maybe waitress deals with only drunks). Tried the cheeseburger and fries this time. Took forever to arrive ... Cold. The burger paddy seemed to have been prepared MUCH earlier. Save your money. McDonalds is better. There is a Steak and Shake next door that prepares your food when you order it. Much cheaper and better. Drink your beer at home. read more

This was the worst food I have had at a restaurant in a long time. Maybe it is due to Arby's acquiring the chain and trying to switch it to fast food quality at tavern prices. My order consisted of a Philly Steak Sandwich. It's described as having a Southwest flavor, but this sandwich could not be eaten even by Horned Lizard. It was so spicy hot that it and loaded with jalapeños that it tipped over the Scovil scale. I sent it back and ordered the boneless chicken with barbecue sauce. The sauce was disgusting and the chicken was hard and thick coated that you could barely find the chicken. My daughter in law had a cheese Quesadilla which she bit into at one point and almost broke her tooth. Something hard was in it that was not fit for human consumption. My wife and sister in law both had to send back their side order of Coleslaw which was not as tasty as before Arby's takeover and was swimming in liquid whatever. My sister in law ordered ginger ale. In order to give her a normal size drink they now serve it in 8oz bottles and it took two to fill a regular soft drink cup at $2.98 each. Total cost of this soda was nearly $6.00 . Nearly all of us had to go up and serve ourselves refills on soft drinks since the service was poor. My entire group of nine people agreed that we would never go back. Arby's can keep this place. read more

This BW-3 has unfortunately taken a tumble in recent times. A real shame, since we do enjoy their food. Not a good experience tonight--asked for a booth, and was told we would have to wait for about 10 minutes. Got a beer at the bar (will not transfer your tab to the table, either, BTW, which most restaurants will do), and a half hour later we were still waiting, despite that the place was half empty. Went to check, and there were at least 3 booths that needed cleaning, yet the staff was just standing around and chatting for the most part. When we finally got seated, they didn't have the beer that we normally order in bottled form (had a draft at the bar), and the table across from us (along with some others) was still cluttered with dirty dishes and soiled napkins, etc. Called the manager over and had a chat, and when I pointed out how things had declined and that business indeed looked to be dwindling considering the Cavaliers game was on and people usually go there to watch the games (has been significantly less crowded in all the recent times that we've been there as well), she seemed to think it was because "the Cavs aren't doing well this season", despite the annoyances that I attempted to point out. Oh, well . . . she did give us a coupon for a free appetizer, but I doubt that we'll be using it--not worth the aggravation (not the first time we've been disappointed here, but have been willing to give them another shot until now), and it really is sad, but there are a lot of other places with decent food who have their acts together. read more

UPDATE: Did recently receive a mailed response from corporate BW3 in which they apologized and provided a gift certificate. I do appreciate that response and it is a reasonable and appropriate way to address my complaint. We will give them another chance and I hope they will counsel their manager on his inappropriate actions. My original complaint follows but I upgraded my review based upon the apology and outreach. Original complaint: Went last Thursday to pickup an order placed 2 hours earlier for my daughter's birthday. Arrived ten minutes early and still had not received any food despite waiting one hour past our pickup time. Total chaos outside the door as people who ordered later then we did were being called to pickup their order and people who had an earlier pickup could not get called to pickup their food. BW3 management would not explain the delay or status of our food order. Additionally their manager was unnecessarily belittling and yelling at customers who had been waiting one and a half hours and just trying to get an explanation as to what was going on. We left at that point. Horrible management and customer service! Complained online and received a canned response that they were sorry I did not like the the food I received. As explained we received no food and their complaint system clearly failed to even read my concern. Thankfully lots of other restaurant options in Mentor, Ohio and BW3 is off the list, only go if you like to be treated poorly. read more

Food is good, but the service I received from Michael C. is ridiculous. I heard that some of the staff didnt like Steris Corp. employees and to wear regular clothes there. Tonight I wore more company shirt since we had less than hour getting off work and going there for a pleasant dinner. My party of 6 all received our dinners and tasted great, however, when it was time to pay the bill, I asked for a bag to go. He acknowledged np.. after tipping almost 20% for great food, I reminded him for a bag to go. He said ok... Still did not receive a bag, so I asked a nearby waitress for a bag.. my co-workers told me he was prob upset cause i had my company shirt on and joked he prob was an ex-employee :P.. I ended up getting a bag from another waitress later on. Bottom line, food is great, but dont wear a company Steris shirt or you might not get decent service depending on ur waiter/waitress...this also agreed from my fellow co-workers whom I should have listened to. read more

Party of 5 went in for lunch on a Saturday. Waitress was friendly (at first). Took longer then expected to receive one wrap, one mac & cheese with bbq wings and three burgers. My husband's burger was plain - had lettuce & tomatoes but no condiments - when he asked the waitress about it... she said; there is ketchup on the table what else do you want? I'm like REALLY??? The blue cheese burgers were ok but nothing to write home about. My mac & cheese was warm - I would never have known the boneless wings included in the meal with bbq. BORING..... The wrap was ok. Three men - each with burger & fries and still hungry when we left. After my husband asked the waitress why she didn't ask him about mayo, mustard or ketchup she became "invisible" to us... no more ice tea refills - no more service. Told to be put on, was on hold for 10 minutes, actually drove there while I'm on hold. Pulled in parking lot and told the girl that answered the phone I've been on hold for 10 minutes and she started arguing with me that I was only on hold for 5 minutes. This is at 7:00 at night. I asked to put a carry out order in and was told it would be 55 to 60 minutes when I told her I just pulled in. I asked her if she had a district manager's number and was told there is not a number. I asked her for her first name for reference and she hung up on me. I went inside and asked who just hung up on me. Five girls standing up by cash register doing nothing, the girl that sounded like her voice but I could not prove it told me they all answer the phone and I cannot prove who hung up on me. I asked for a manager, a very young man came up and wrote the daytime managers phone number on a piece of paper and said he did not have a district number as well. Offer no apology for his rude staff member. One person was standing by cash register, the place was dead and the girl was trying to tell me 60 minutes for a carryout when I told her I just got there. If I was dining I would not even wait 60 minutes for a wing carry out. Is very rude and unprofessional, will not get my business again and I will definitely be spreading the word how rude the staff is. read more

I like B Dubs! They have a great beer selection, many huge tvs, and their food is good. It can get busy during sporting events but that can be the fun of it too. Their menu has the normal pub grub but they are known for their wings ofcourse. Im not a wing person but enjoy the sauces. The jalapeno is amazing! spicy enough to put in a chicken wrap and enjoy. He had a burger and said it was cooked perfectly and had quite a selection of toppings. Not much more to say here, if you are looking for a quiet spot, don't come here, if you like the bar atmosphere, give it a try. read more

This is a great sports bar any day. Good food, fun atmosphere. But tonight it went above and beyond. I was craving potato chips like a mofo. They don't serve them. Really poor service! Yes, we were here on a Friday night, but drinks took 20 minutes, and apps took another 45. Run of the mill bdubs. Biggest screens are projectors so not as good as picture as HDTV or 4K. Also the tvs around the place all have different picture settings. Could be the same sporting event but 1 tv can be 10 times better than any other one, it may just not be observable from where are sitting. I have been to others and absolutely loved them just not this one so much. read more

I was in the restaurant the night of the OSU-Alabama game. It was very crowded, and busy for the entire game. Our server Courtney G. was fantastic! She was quick with her service, very knowledgeable with the menu, and I noticed she was the exact same with the tables surrounding us as well. This restaurant has not always had the best service in my opinion, BUT after last night given how busy everything was, and how attentive Courtney was with our table, I will begin eating there more frequently! read more

I'm from Chicago, and I've eaten at a lot of restaurants from this particular chain in Illinois and Indiana. I stopped at this restaurant while In the area for a wedding and I have to say that this is the best I've seen. While not as large and visually impressive as some of the branches I've been to, they more than make up for it in every other way you can consider. I was immediately greeted and seated by a helpful smiling face. My order was taken, and served in a VERY timely fashion. I was checked on constantly by my server, and once by the manager who seemed genuinely concerned about my service. The food was normal Buffalo Wild Wings food and cooked properly (not saying that as a bad thing, you should know what you're getting when you walk into the place). Next time I'm back in the area and looking for some satisfying bar grub, I'll be sure to pay them a visit again! read more

Not sure why I continue going back, because its not the great service that continues to lead me to this location. The food is like any other BWW, but the service is horriable. Its like pulling teeth for the servers to actually do their job, and to quit texting, or checking their latest facebook update. The food takes forever to come, and unless you pay your bill when the server brings you your bill it will take another 20 minutes for them to come back. I'd recommend any place but BWW in Mentor, OH for chicken wings. Again the food is good, the service is horriable, along with the wait time for the food. Avoid this place like the plague. We went there for a late night dinner with 6 people. The service was poor at best. When our bill came I noticed they decided to charge us for refills on coffee and soda. Additionally they added somebody else's meal from our table into my bill. When I asked for a manager none could be found. It was 11:30 pm by now so I paid the bill and went on line to file a complaint. After me sending 5 emails and receiving zero response back from their supposed customer service ( which I believe does not exist) I decided to write this review. This was 2 1/2 months ago and still no response. We will never ever visit anothe Buffalo Wild Wings. My son had the same issue several months prior to our visit with no response from customer service about poor service and incorrect billing. This place is running some type of scam to get sales.
