"Twenty-four boneless wings with a basket of chips." Then the waitress asks me my favorite question: "Which of our sixteen signature sauces would you like your wings tossed in?" With February 2014 coming up quick, sports fans have two major events on their minds: The Super Bowl and the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics. What better place to go and get some wings, an ice-cold beer, and watch the "Big Game" than Buffalo Wild Wings? Walking into Buffalo Wild Wings, over 50 flat screen LED TVs stare you in the face, each showing different sporting events to capture your attention. Even just walking to your table or booth to be sat down, you can't help but turn your head and gaze around the room at all of the sports teams playing one another. The scores of each game. Who's playing who. You can't help yourself! The service at Buffalo Wild Wings was experienced, knowledgeable, and proficient. When you walk in the doors you're warmly greeted by the host who typically seats you within a short time, or immediately if there are open tables available. The wait increases dramatically when there is a major sports event on. There is a choice of either the bar area that contains high tops and bar stools or the dining room at normal tables or booths if you have a larger party. Overall, the dining service is quicker than Chris Johnson's 40-yard dash. There isn't much of a hassle to reach your server. They come and get your drink order, then come back and get the entire food order all at once. Before you know it it's been 10 minutes or so, and all of your food appears at the table. All of the parts of service were smooth, kind, and swift. The tri-fold, plastic, yellow and black menu that they hand you right when you sit down is fitting for the type of restaurant that Buffalo Wild Wings is. Not too fancy. Not too plain. But fitting for the relaxed, laid back, and family-friendly environment. With a wide diversity in the menu, there is a choice for everyone, including 16 signature sauces and 5 seasonings to accompany your decision. From the Sweet Barbeque, to the Blazin', to the popular Honey Barbeque there are many choices of sauces. If you aren't into barbeque sauces, they also have other flavors including: Teriyaki, Parmesan Garlic, Jammin' Jalapeño, Asian Zing, and Mango Habanero. Alongside the wings, there is a various selection of delicious flatbreads, appetizers, wraps, burgers and build-your-own burgers, sandwiches, kid's meals, fresh salads, and decadent desserts to satisfy any customer. The Boneless and Traditional wings take up a whole tri-fold of the menu, so it is obvious that this is the focus of the restaurant. All of these numerous choices made for a tough decision when the waiter came to take my order. I knew exactly what I wanted though, and it put Buffalo Wild Wings up against its reputation. The Boneless wings. They were incredibly satisfactory, and with the ability to have more than just one sauce that they are tossed in makes it all the more reason to order them. Those, with a side of their tasty ranch, could make me smile any day of the week! As for the atmosphere, let's just say that you can tell who is cheering for what team. If you are into louder, bar-styled atmospheres then this is the place for you. Granted, there are younger children; this wasn't designed as a "no children" restaurant. They offer high chairs for toddlers if you need them. With toddlers and younger children not allowed in the bar area, this would be the place to go to get away for adults. From the time you walk in through the front doors to the time you walk out of the restaurant having been fed, you should have a smile on your face and a great food experience under your belt. The ambiance of the entire restaurant is warm, friendly, inviting, and has undertones of sociable competitiveness between sports fans that might be facing each other that week in fantasy football. For a major sports fan, such as myself, this is the place to be during the Super Bowl, World Series, NBA Championship, or even just a typical Sunday night NFL game between the Packers and the Seahawks. This experience was worth every penny spent there. Delicious food. Great friends. Fifty TVs to keep you occupied. Exceptional service. Friendly competition for fantasy football. My entire family loves the wings here here, we come once every couple weeks as a treat. The blackened chicken salad is decent as well. It is definitely loud, always busy, but we always go home happy. Definitely my favorite sports bar in town, although the competition is limited. This is where my youngest son insists on coming to on his birthday. I can understand a restaurant being busy, but when food is delivered to one of two people and nobody bothers to check why it's ridiculous. My wife got her food and my salad wasn't delivered. Our server finally came back 15 minutes later and finally asked if she could do anything. I said I'd like my salad and suddenly it appears. Nobody offered an apology or anything to make it right. Just horrible service and lack of empathy ruins the experience. They could also stand to upgrade the terrible projectors. They are so dull it's nearly impossible to see any of them. read more

I agree with some of the other comments regarding wait time and service!! Not sure how this restaurant stays open! The waits to get seated, get waited on, and get food continue to be unacceptably long!! Our last trip was when we complained to management about the lengthy time to get our food (we had come in at 12:30 and were paying our bill at almost 3pm!) the manager simply said that we should have just ordered wings and we would have gotten our food faster...seriously!!!??? read more

How can you not love Buffalo Wild Wings? Good service, food, sports, everything is great!

This restaurant's service is always hit or miss. Living in Midland, the options for eating out are limited and the same applies for sports bars. BWW and Big E's are the only true sports bar options. Unfortunately for me, for this reason I find myself at BWW quite often. The overpriced dominant chicken menu I can deal with, but about half the time I get a server who only occasionally checks on me between her gabbing with co-workers or going outside for a quick nicotine fix. Recently, I have experienced how their drinks lack a real punch. I was told by a manager they measure all shots in the drinks for fear of reprisal lawsuits from any drunk driver related accidents. That's fine, but I should still receive a mixed drink that I can taste some liquor. I have had it with this place, I'll just drive to Saginaw or Bay City and have better service and a real mixed drink! read more

We really like his Buffalo wild wings. I'm giving it five stars, but that doesn't mean it is perfect every single time. We go there a lot, and sometimes we have to double check the order or if it's really busy the service slows down. But we keep coming back, and will continue to do so. The people there are very friendly, if they do get the order wrong they will fix it, they have a nice rewards program, and the prices are very good. read more

Not really worth the time of day. Way over priced for frozen pre-made portioned food products of poor quality. Food is tasteless not presented well. Generally warm expensive beer. Place is dirty and not kept up. Bathrooms nasty hold it till you get home or a gas station. Save your money and get real wings of quality and taste at any of the local bars. read more

To be honest: the foods excellent but Not the price I could eat at a different restaurant for cheaper, the boneless wings are amazing but 11 dollars for a medium size order not worth it, and the 2 dollar pop ridiculous, we were seated instantly and our waitress was incredibly nice and did her job well but come on lower your prices read more

I always order the same thing off the menu, and every time it is not right. Example, I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Ranch sandwich with Swiss and I got the sandwich loaded with Blue Cheese. The time before, I ordered the same thing and I got the Parmesan sauce instead of the Buffalo sauce. To keep going, the time before that, there was no sauce at all on the same sandwich. I will never return and definitely do not recommend this location if you want your food to be right. worst service ever! every time i venture there the wait staff is never friendly, outgoing, attentive, or seam to know anything about waitressing at all. last time our waitress left all our empty glasses and appetizer plates at our table while we ate and there was barley any room for anything. food nothing great but i will never go there for friendly staff. read more

I ordered take out Samantha told me it would be "25 minutes before my order would be ready" I said perfect because I was shopping that would give me time to finish up. I got there at 27 minutes and waited another 15 minutes with no explanation. I finally asked what is the hold up? And hen they got my food. It is a sad, sad day that I am having to change my review and lower my rating for the place that I once loved. A lot of things have changed and it is no longer the fun place that I loved to go and I am sad. There food has gone down hill since they cant seem to stop changing there damn menu every three months I sware. OK so where to start, lets start in the apps, the jalapeno popper things, they are tough, chewy and just nasty now, not like how they used to be and that is sad. Then 6 bucks for the cheese sticks? I mean come on really? I would think 6 for the pretzels, or the big sharing apps, but not just the cheese sticks, hell you get more in the garlic mushrooms and they only charge 4 for them. Also three times we have gone there and someone in my party has gotten the wedges with cheese and the wedges have been burnt so badly.The people they have cooking should go back to cooking school. They have them salads (They might be gone by now how they change things) But they had a Mediterranean salad, that had "taziki dressing" That is not, its ranch dressing that they put cucumbers in and that is it. The hummus is NASTY. They have now a big veggie boat now with the same dressings, ew no thank you. The veggie burgers are still hard as rocks, and the buns dry as hell. You need to come up with more vege options as well. Also, some of the new girls are rude, and need to learn how to work better.
