Not a bad atmosphere, food wasn't too shabby either. I do have a question, however. Where are the BUFFALO wings? I decided to order the "Original Buffalo" traditional wings. The establishment is called BUFFALO Wild Wings. Now, don't get me wrong, the wings were great, but they were not BUFFALO wings. I mean, with a chain this size, surely (if they don't already have locations there) they could visit some of the landmark locations in Buffalo, NY, that are famous for...BUFFALO wings. The one thing that has become popular down here in the south is HOT wings. Which are great, but not traditional, original, BUFFALO wings. And, no, that doesn't mean that they're the same as Nashville Hot Chicken. You can keep that. I just want BUFFALO wings. One day, somewhere down south, someone is going to make the BUFFALO wing. Sadly, the only place even close...is Chili's! That's just crazy. If someone out there knows a restaurant in Memphis that can make the BUFFALO wing....for the love of all things holy....tell me!!!!! Oh...and one last thing: Hot wings go with ranch or blue cheese. BUFFALO wings go with BLUE cheese. NOT ranch. Next time I stop in here...I am going to try one of their burgers. Man this has to be the sorriest BW3s I've even been in. Going on 4 weeks living in hotels and trying to find less terrible options for food, went in thinking I could get naked tenders and salad. Ordered, only to have the server come back 15 mins later and tell me they were out of lettuce. Seems like something you'd mention at start of shift or have on the 86 board? Only other option was celery and carrots unless I wanted something deep fried or otherwise unhealthy. The naked tenders were barely the size of my thumb, 5 of em and a half full of carrots and celery for $13. Ordered online to pick up- on a Thursday night and there was a crowd. Waited in the car for 20 minutes until 2 minutes before the email indicated it would be ready- still had to sit and wait along with several other people on to go orders. The young lady in the front was trying to get the orders from the back as quickly as she could. Ok- now I've been inside waiting 20 minutes for 2 orders of wings and an orders of potato wedges- I knew they were slow, but this is beyond slow- last visit for us- make that 30 minutes after it said my order would be ready- 20 minutes after I ordered- so 50 minutes and still waiting. Also another gentleman that had ordered on line and been waiting had his deliver with no condiments or utensils and had to wait 10 more minutes to find someone to get them! I really wish I could give this place one half of a star. In fact that is probably too much! We stopped by here for lunch on our way out of town. The place was not very busy but for some reason our order of wings, a chicken sandwich and a Nashville hot chicken sandwich took an hour and a half to complete! Not only was the kitchen super slow but each of our meals came out at different times. My daughter's wings were on the table at least 20min before my Nashville hot sandwich showed up and my wife's plain chicken sandwich followed 5-10min later. Ridiculous. On top of that, the chicken breast on her sandwich covered barely over half the bun! On top of all this, not one apology did we receive from our waitress. All we got was nervous giggling. this is the worst establishment in the u.s. the food is never good and today was my final straw. I placed a mobile order at 8:00 to be ready by 8:40. i get there at 8:45 and still have to wait 30 extra minutes past the time i had it ready for. didn't get my food until 9:15. not to mention all of the other times i have gone there and waited over an hour. i don't know if the cooks are 3 years old, just twiddling their thumbs around, or if hellen keller is the cook, but there is no reason it should take an hour and 15 minutes to cook some fries and 10 wings. i have to be up at 4:30 tomorrow and they just robbed 30 minutes of quality sleep i was looking forward to getting. thank you bdubs for the excellent service today. read more

Their service has improved, but management is lagging way behind. Nasty restrooms are one of the biggest signs of a Restuarant or any business in decline. If you can't keep your restrooms clean, what does the kitchen look like or the food prep. I went to the restroom and was hit with the nasty smell of urine when I opened the door. There was water or whatever over the floor, and something wet coming from the toilet area. There was a bottle with some blue stuff (Hazmat?) on the changing table and there were rubber gloves on the changing table...not sure what was going on with them. I notified Mattie an assistant manager and trainer!... of the restroom problems...she just smiled at me and continued to sit at the bar talking with a customer. It's not that I don't like wings. I just don't particularly care for fried wings. I like to stop cooking between 160-180* and most folks seem to cook them to about 200*. That's why I stay away from wings. I came in to have a burger and it did not disappoint. It's not my favorite style, which would be a thick patty grilled medium on a flame. But I do like the thin patties on a griddle once in a while. That's what these were. It hit the spot as well as the fries. read more

Okay, I've been here twice. Once two years ago when it was new and it was a solid four. Had a big group, good service, cold beer and good food. This time, good service, but had the naked tenders that I thought would be fried but appeared to be grilled with no seasoning whatsoever. Ordered the five, and each tender looked like they had been cut in half and were smaller than chick fil a tenders. I said something and they brought me two more that were better. Buffalo dipping sauce was hotter than I remember and had a Taco Bell-like reaction as soon as I got home. I saved the receipt before I got sick to join their rewards program. The food was cold. Our server never came to refill cups, I didn't catch her name. It wasn't the end of the world. However, when we waited 30+ minutes for food AND the table behind us was brought their food after we had been there long before them is when the problem starts. Some of the kids food was given to the wrong people, the fries were cold, etc. BUT, when Heidi (the assistant general manager) came to the table to ask what was wrong didn't like what the problem was. I say that because when my husband was talking to her she preceded to raise her voice over him and became aggressive. She blamed every thing on the waitress, "the waitress didn't tell you..." As a general manager you take responsibility for it. But you weren't telling her anything. She refused to see the problem or even acknowledge it. But, shout out to the kitchen manager, Michael! He was beyond professional, apologetic, and helpful. He took accountability for the restaurant, as a whole!! I like Buffalo Wild Wings. However, my experience at this location was the worst I've had. Food came out cold, which they fixed. Wrong wings came out, which they fixed. Seating... this was a bit more of a challenge. We had three people and an additional two show up. There was room for them to sit at our table, if we pulled up an additional chair, and there was also an open table behind us, but they would not seat us due to 'manager's policy?' We talked to the manager who came out with her bouncer who had his arms crossed with a very unwelcoming demeanor. We were polite and reasonable the whole time and eventually had them accommodate our request. That said, no idea why we had to jump through all these hoops to simply sit together at a table that had open seats (plenty of open seats in the place, but they wanted to check their waitlist). Never experienced this elsewhere! Would give them one star, but our server was kind and felt like she was caught in the middle of a dramatic and hostile work place. Been working here at the Millington base for a month and today was my last day. The team where I was working were kind enough to take me here for lunch as a nice gesture to see me on my way. I had the tacos with a side of chips and salsa with a water to drink. The tacos were amazing. The chicken was perfectly grilled and the toppings were great. The chips were very chippy and the salsa was pretty decent. I'd never been to BWWs before and I really enjoyed it. Of course, it was partly the company. But the food was pretty good too. I probably should've try the wings... but the tacos looked really good - and they were. But I think next time I'll try the wings! read more

This location has just set the standard for all locations. About 60 days ago I would have said do not eat here however. Management has done an excellent job in turning this location into a great place to eat. The staff is expeditious, friendly, and ready to provide the great customer experience one would expect. The wings were tender, hot (heat), and not over cooked so they were also juicy. The appetizer portion size appeared to have been upgraded so again another great change. Did an online order. My boneless wings were supposed to have Buffalo sauce on them. I got them and checked the bag, there was no sauce on the wings but there was seasoning. They looked like they had been sitting out for a while as well. Took the wings back in and asked them to correct the order, and I showed my receipt showing that they were supposed to have sauce not just seasoning. Thank god they had tablets charged for my kids to play with or it would have been worse. At 8:59 our food arrived. We were starving! Everyone's food appeared to have been sitting under a burner for a bit because it look a little dried out. My daughter's side item which was fruit, was hot! My chicken wings were stone cold in the center. I'm sure my entree was made first by the temperature. We were too hungry to complain. We ate in record time. By 9:20 I asked for the check while my family decided to head to the car. I gave the waitress my credit card and waited. After a few minutes I got up and asked if there was a problem. The waitress informed me that the "system" went down and it would be a few minutes for my payment to go through. By the time the clock hit 9:40 I was pissed. I asked the waitress for a manager. A lady appeared out of nowhere, didn't greet me, or state her name or title. I then asked, "Are you the manager?" She replied yes. I asked how long the delay would be and she said... "The other manager is about to call the system people and ask them how long it is going to be. So I don't know how long the system will be down, because the system people don't know how long it will be down." Ummm what? Told her that makes ZERO sense. She then said......."Ma'am I have no answer for you. I need you to stay here until the system is back up so that you can pay your bill." (Blood rushing to my face) I replied, WTF, so if the system doesn't come up until 1:30 in the morning I am suppose to stay here? She simply said "Yes." I told her she had lost her damn mind, then told her about our horrible meal. Mid sentence she walked away. The waitress come back to the table about 1 minute later saying I was free to go and the meal was on the house. Definitely one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. I know the place is knew, and PACKED!!!!! I get it. Stopped in mid afternoon Christmas Eve for a beer and wings. It took 30 minutes after I ordered to get a snack - 5 or 6 wing sections. I get it, you were crowded, but the wings are not good enough to have to wait 1/2 hour for a snack.
