Disappointing experience. We have ordered here for sometime:( This establishment has slowly slumped over the course of three years. We have given them grace with messing up online orders usually 3-5 wings short and different sauces. This time when l ordered bogo 10 wings. (20 per person) We get home and open up the order My husband got 11 and I got 14 wings. So we call and have to drive back into town. The owner says, I gave you 25 extra wings for your troubles. She didn't there were actually 10 extra- the rest is what was actually owed us. They would have given us 5 extra wings but I brought in our receipt to explain. Where do I begin? We arrive shortly after a losing WVU game. The restaurant wasn't too busy so we were seated promptly. Then the crowds came in. Idk if our waitress was newer or unorganized. We waited longer than normal to take our order. She was pleasant. Drinks first. We waited too long for them, and that could have been due to a slow or busy bar. Then she took our order. I won't say what she was told and saw, but after still waiting the waitress finally brought them. By now the cold wings were actually good. The cold chicken sandwich had just a little heat. It was served with melted cheese and an avalanche of pickles. Actually, the pickles were a plus for the sandwich, as it should have had more heat since it was advertised Hot. The chicken believe it, had a nice flavor and was tender, tho the "hand-breading" was like glued on to the chicken. I'd give their Nashville chicken sandwich a B- due to the tender meat. Now, we were finished, and we waited for the bill. It came and the waitress left. Then we waited for the receipt to add the tip. We did way too much waiting at this venue. Following a home game, this place should have been ready for a rush for drinks, with food, and forks and napkins. By looking around maybe it was short staffed, and a management issue. What the heck is wrong with this place?? We waited for our food for an hour. We asked our waitress when she finally checked on us where our food was. Sherice(sp?) was our waitress. We sat in the bar area to watch UFC with a small group. Our initial waitress had to switch over her shift while we were there but both of our waiters were amazing! We had multiple checks for our table, which I know is a pain, but they handled it with 100% accuracy. We've always been fans of BWW and this one was no different. I didn't feel that way at all I feel like we order our food came out in a timely manner. the server we had checked on us quite a bit, ensuring we liked what we orders and making sure our waters stayed full. The food portions are so ridiculously small it is seriously offensive. I got a buffalo chicken wrapper the other day with fries and it seriously looked like it was from the kids menu. Slow service time, sometimes 30-40 minutes between being "checked in" on, not very clean, small bathrooms for a large restaurant (standing in line for a bathroom as a BWW ranks as once of the least fun dining experiences), food is entirely mediocre. I've had incorrect orders, waiters that have no idea whose order is whose, and even cold wings (how is this even possible??). I've had funky-tasting beer (do they clean their lines?), consistently slow service ("It's Friday night, we're slammed!" but yet I look around and see maybe 7 or 8 tables, tops), and waiters/waitresses that are just not pleased to see you there. Every time I have an okay experience, the very next time I'm back it's awful. I've never felt that I'm doing a restaurant a disservice by just showing up and spending my money there. My worst experience: showed up to watch a tournament called ELEAGUE (Sponsored by TBS, Arby's... and Buffalo Wild Wings) and had to wait for nearly an hour for it to get turned on. When they finally turned on sound (after nearly everyone had left), it was at a volume that you could not hear a thing. Not happy, especially since I had showed up just to watch the tournament. Next time I'm feeling hungry, will definitely stop in at the Pies and Pints at the other end of the town center, and would recommend you do the same. Buffalo wild wings have gone downhill drastically in the last few years. We ordered through grubhub because we didnt feel like going out but we only love 6 minutes away. We ordered the pork sandwich. Pork was dry, there was some kind of weird coleslaw that wasnt in the description that was also dry, and no pickles at all. We ordered spinach artichoke dip and the chips smelled like a farm, we ordered wings with ranch on the side, only got 3 buffalo wings of the medium size we ordered, no ranch. I understand quality dropping a little bit in the travel over but we dont live far enough away to explain this. The last time we dined in, we were ignored for about 45 minutes and another server came to take care of us when we weren't even in her section. The food here has always been great when I go. I am generally promptly greeted when I arrive to the restaurant. The bartenders I have spoke with seem to be genuine and nice. Visited this location on 9/7/2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic along with the Mon County bar shutdown, we were seated promptly by a young lady named Madi who just happened to be our server. She took our drink orders right away and allowed us to wait on our friend to show up before we put in food. She gave us plenty of attention throughout our visit which was about 2 hours because we were enjoying some appetizers and drafting fantasy football teams. Was a lot cleaner, but you can tell they're letting it go, and in a big way on some nights (unbussed tables or several/many tables that have likely gone uncleaned for hours, with trash strewn about the floor, etc.). This review comes after a good number visits/opportunities, but unfortunately too many times the place is not clean on top of nobody lifting a finger to seat you despite no line and very few customers in the place. My husband brought me dinner tonight and when I opened the box is was a huge mess. He got me the Poorboy sandwich, there was more food around the sandwich than only. Also had a side caesar salad and instead of putting the salad in its own container it was in the same box, lettuce was wilted and no dressing on or in a container. It's BWW right? At around 7:00pm I waited forever for a server that passed me several times never even slowing down to ask me if I needed anything or someone will be right with me nothing. They were about half full and looked extremely busy because they were under staffed. I eventually ordered at the bar and got what I wanted on my own from the bartender. The entire time I was dining the table next to me which was left dirty and not bussed stayed that way for 2 hours. No manager to be seen and nobody ever realized that I had to wait as long as I did. This place was under staffed and poorly trained. It's just a shame because I'm sure they have franchise rules and criteria to abide to which obviously wasn't close to being executed.
