Worst service ever and this is not the first time. We sat down and waited 10 minutes. No one even acknowledged us once the hostess sat us. Two other couples were seated after us. They got their drinks and placed their dinner orders and we were still sitting there. Finally got up and walked out. Called the number on the front door to talk to a manager and it took two phone calls and 8 minutes before one came to the phone. Not really a staffing issue since we saw 3 servers standing at the bar area visiting and there were at least 5 servers working and only 7 tables with customers in the whole restaurant. read more

Listen. Waited at least 40 min for our order (just two people who ordered wings and fries). Then my order was wrong (they came out traditional, I ordered boneless). Wasn't the waitress's fault, she got it right on the ticket. After sending my order back to correct it, I've been waiting at least another 45 minutes to an hour. We've now been here for 2 hours, minimum, and I still don't have my correct order, and no attempts to secure my future patronage have been attempted. read more

Service was horrible. Our waitress or the cooks got 3 of our orders wrong. Mixed up the two chicken wrap order, one was supposed to be crispy with the sauce and potato wedge, the other was classic chicken wrap grilled with ranch and onion ring. the two orders were totally mixed. The spicy sauce was on the grilled instead of the crispy and the potato wedges and onion rings were on the wrong plate. she said oh well a chicken wrap is a chicken wrap. Mac and cheese was supposed to be with a kid's burger but they sent fries. Had to wait forever for her to bring anything that was asked for. Even checking out we Waited quite awhile before she came to take care of the bill. Another waitress came out with food and asked us which person got the order she had in hand, then realized we were done eating and said oh it must be the next table, it wasn't for them either. if you want your orders to be messed up and wait awhile for anything and get jokes about it being wrong then by all means go her. read more

Screw this place. Sat at table over 25 min without ever having any service. Restaurant was no where near busy. Saw a few other wait staff out moving around and talking to people. Not first time having shitty service from this location this was the last time. read more

The management here is very unprofessional, especially the GM Hal. I was told I had the job after the interview , and when i showed up for orientation i sat and waited there for an HOUR (along with 4 other people) just for the GM to come out & say "you can go home we aren't hiring anymore". It was a complete waste of time, obviously none of the management had there stuff together because they were all telling me different things. So much for a GM, he's a joke. read more

This location needs to clean house, worst service I have ever experienced, after being seated it literally took 10-15 minutes to get drink orders placed and that's after us flagging down someone. Also both times we had to go find our own napkins and silverware seems that can't get step one right. No refills unless you flag someone down either. And the response is always like a "haha sorry". read more

I tried this location about 3 weeks ago. We are regular BDubs customers That have visited many different locations in many different states. My two children have even worked for BWW. I knew more about the menu and items then she did. She forgot to give a discount, the food was even not up to par. But I tried again at this location this week and they knocked it out the park!!!! Great Waitress. She knew her stuff, fast, friendly, food was fast, and PERFECT!! We will be back for sure. So glad we tried it again! read more

I've seen such a huge improvement at Buffalo Wild Wings since the new management team stepped in. The difference in service alone is noticeable, the staff is more attentive, friendly, and organized. You can tell there's stronger leadership and better communication happening behind the scenes. The food quality has also improved a lot. Everything comes out fresh, hot, and prepared the way it should be. Orders are more accurate, and the overall consistency has definitely gotten better. On top of that, the vibe in the restaurant feels completely different. The atmosphere is more welcoming, upbeat, and enjoyable. It feels like the team genuinely cares about the guest experience now.
