The meat, cheese, and onions tasted ok but not great. It was more like a chopped up steakum with cheese whiz all over it. We even asked the waitress whether they forgot to put the whole sandwich on there. The waitress was very nice and accommodating but just as a critique, I don't like to be called "honey" from somebody that doesn't know me and also at least 20 times while we were there. I find that very unappealing. This is the last thing I will say. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was horrible. Starting with sticky table. First time at this location and I was actually impressed. BWW is a goos place to go to for a quick wing fix so I wasn't expecting a whole lot. We came when they first opened so it was pretty quiet. We were seated quickly and our server brought menus and took our drink orders promptly. He gave us time to go over the menus and explained a couple of things to us. Once we were ready, he took our order and the food was brought out piping hot pretty quickly. I ordered a blackberry mountain dew, an order of lemon pepper wings, and potato wedges with a side of ranch. The wings were cooked well and had a nice lemony zest. The wedges were crunchy on the outside and hot and soft on the inside like a good baked potato. Service was excellent, kudos to our server Stephen (sp?). He even gave the kids Easter eggs that had choclates in them. I don't go to BWW often, but this excperience gave me the warm and fuzzies and I'd go back for sure. Wow! We almost didn't go because of the reviews. But we had a great meal! My husband had the all you can eat boneless wings with two different sauces, spicy garlic, and Parmesan garlic. They were cooked perfectly and came out hot and ready to eat as well as the french fries! I had the bacon patty melt with fries, and it was absolutely delicious! Our server Destiny was so on the ball and kept our glasses filled and my husband didn't really have to wait for refills on his wings. Getting there was pretty easy, but hard to see if you're coming from the west. I like that they have dedicated parking spots for takeout and pickup. Once my order was ready, I headed inside. Someone was placing a phone order, so there was a bit of a wait. I got my order and headed home. I got everything in my order. The chips and queso were pretty good, and the tots were surprisingly still crispy after a 20 minute drive. My hubby's wings were ok, I was surprised they were a dry rub (the online ordering did not make that clear). My wings were INCREDIBLY salty, though. SO salty it made my mouth pucker. Now where I come from BOGO means you buy one and you get one free. Apparently that standard has changed, we found out later that it was Buy One Get One half off. Really? Ok. From what I remembered it's well worth it. Well...not today. The wings were small and shriveled due to the overcooking (they must not care or even look at these reviews because 80% of the reviews on here talk about "overcooking the wings". Dry, flavorless and absolutely disappointing. We were so looking forward to this meal and it was absolutely pathetic. I left an 8% tip. I'm not sure what they were hoping to achieve by telling everybody to get up and go. They had already told us the only reason the alarm was going off was because they had a power surge and the vents did not kick back on, and therefore smoke wasn't being drawn out of the kitchen. So, i waited so long and conveyed my feedbacks numerous times over the telephone before I hit with my review in google. After all its easy to critisize someone. But, i strongly convinced that they are deleberate in their mistakes. Not one time, They mess up with my order numerous times. Lately i tend to think that they have been doing it delberately. Couple of occasion, on my BO50 order of 15+15 traditional wings, they gave only 15 or 20 wings. I never had a single moment where I received enough sauces that I ordered. Multiple times, they gave me loaded tatter tots (that we dont eat bacon) in place of regular large tots. I wonder how in the world someone can visually miss the information on the online order every single time. I always do pickup here and my house is little far from this location. First, I expected a wing place to smell like chicken or at least food but it didn't. That's fine except it also wasn't a clean smell. I feel like the place needs a massive cleaning/renovation starting with the front doors. Second, the service was okay. She was quick handing me my order and making sure I had everything I needed. Lastly, the wings I brought home were the smallest I had ever seen. It would have been okay except they were so dry and hard that we could barely swallow them. Chips were fine, but the salsa had us thinking they mistakenly gave us marinara sauce instead of salsa.
