Cool little (and I do mean little) place! Definitely a locals bar with not much indoor seating (no tables for 4). Lots of construction in the area so sitting outside would not be great at the moment but I can see this will have potential once the city is done. We ate lunch here one day and it was excellent food. This weekend went back for the cocktail experience and was very impressed with the Martini's and the concoctions that were created. We will be returning soon. Small interior they will need to expand as this is a highlight of downtown especially for those of us who are not beer drinkers as there are very few cocktail bars in downtown and nothing like this place. read more

Early lunch with my friend today on a quite Sunday afternoon. Small pub with nice vibe, good tunes, and good service. Note that there is limited inside seating, however, they do have a fair amount of overflow seating outside. Selected the J. Cash burger which was tasty and filling, served with a side of tots. Washed it down with a delicious lemoncello martini. Decided to try their special banana pudding dessert and it was yummy. Can't wait to bring more friends back to this one! read more

While in the middle of a kitchen remodel, my Project Manager who lives in New Port Richey asked if I like a great burger. He told me about SteamWorks Pub in downtown NPR off Main Street and I'm glad he did. My husband and I went on a Saturday afternoon and I was impressed with how much of a cool vibe downtown NPR has with lots of restaurants, shops & places to hang out. It's come a long way in terms of awesome factor since the place I visited 22 years ago when I first moved to the Tampa Bay Area. When we walked in SteamWorks is a cozy pub and everyone who worked there was very friendly. The menu is fun to read with creative and cool burger and other Gastropub type options. You could tell the chefs have fun with what they make and enjoy it. They had an appetizer special that day of deep-fried deviled eggs with bacon that were really unique. Tasty although I don't know if I'd get them again since I don't think deviled eggs need to be deep fried I had every intention of getting a burger, but when I read their Rib description, I couldn't resist. Half rack of ribs aged with local legend Pappa Gump rub 72hrs slow roasted, smothered in Pappa Gump BBQ Sauce Besides Eriq wanted to order the J. Cash burger (Burger stuffed with cheddar cheese, topped with pulled pork, maple bacon, onion straws, BBQ sauce) I wanted to order and I knew he would give me a couple bites. Both Entrees were delicious. The ribs were fall off the bone tender, the tater tots that came with were crispy goodness too. And that Burger was stellar! Just a few high top tables inside but you can eat at the bar or they have some outside tables. A bar with not bar food, but restaurant food. The drinks are good and the food was way better than expected. I'm not gonna say this is a fine dinning experience but it surpassed my expectations. If you go during drinking hours it does get hectic, and I've seen the staff become flustered with how busy it is. Overall, still worth trying it if you haven't already. read more

The amazing owners and crew have catered and hosted our staff holiday party for the past 2 years- the food, outdoor set up, and options to dance and gather in Railroad Square in downtown New Port Richey all just can't be beat! Great drinks, delicious pulled pork, Mac and cheese, wings, fried pickle chips- all hot and fantastic for our crew! Scott conjures up some fun martini recipes for every season, and the Christmas editions are amazing! I come here enough, I figured it was about time for a review. First off, the tater tots are absolute fire. They are so crispy and whatever they season them with is outstanding. The food in general is just amazing. What really sets this place above and beyond though, is the staff. Everyone is so incredibly friendly. A special shoutout to Scott though who consistently goes the extra mile to ensure customers are happy. The drinks are also amazing. Try the crème brûlée martini!!!! read more

We had to sent our order back to the kitchen. They brought the wrong burger for my friend and both of our orders had the wrong sides. Waited another 30 minutes and my tacos came. another 30 minutes later my friends burger finally made it out to the table. I had the tacos with sweet potato fries yesterday evening. The tacos didn't look very good, but I had been on my feet all day and was hungry. About 40 minutes later, I was vomiting like crazy. I live an hour away and had to pull over and throw up. I never throw up and haven't been food poisoned in over 40 years, but I will never forget that pain. read more

This place is a hidden treasure in New Port Richey, very small and you might have to wait your turn to get a seat (or sit outside). Well worth it. The owners have been in the bar business their whole lives and they have used that experience to build a very cool place that has excellent food, great service (please annoy Charlie as much as you can :) and excellent drinks (Old Fashioned is their go to). read more

What an awesome place! This is my third time since they opened. The place has a cool Steampunk vibe and the food is delicious. I time I had the Patty Melt, second time I had the Pulled Pork Sammy, and this time I had the Hellfire! We also ordered the Pig Wings. Everything has been awesome! I'm giving three stars because the food was descent and Dominique was incredible. I've had her twice and she's incredible. What we hated is how loud everybody was. They'd yell when they were sitting next to each other We paid a lot of money, trust me, to hear the music. We weren't the only ones annoyed. Everybody to the right of the board were disgusted. They couldn't talk and there weren't many and we couldn't hear anything. Not sure we'll be back. We went there initially for the TouchTunes and it's a waste if you can't hear anything because of drunk, screaming loudmouths. And, again everybody not in the group was annoyed. A great new place downtown. The food is good, and the service is great. The owner is involved and has an experienced staff second to none. Great drink selection. This has become a popular place to go. With their immediate success comes my only disappointment; the size- a narrow bar with approximately 18 seats jammed together. I've walked in, no seats available and had to walk out more times than I've stayed. Seating is available outside weather permitting. In spite of its size, it still rates 5 stars.
