My husband and I were told to have a seat in the bar area, where we found all empty tables to be dirty. Four of us went here this past Saturday at 5pm before we went to see a 7pm movie up the street. We were greeted at the door and immediately seated. The four us ordered drinks, chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches, fries and onion rings. However, the service was so slow! It took forever to get drinks, food and then the check. Fortunately, we arrived two hours before the movie because wait times for everything at this BWW took forever. We ordered our drinks and 20 minutes later had to flag down a server to ask about them. We then placed our entrees orders, and 50 mins later flagged down yet another worker to inquire about the server and our entrees. The waitress said the kitchen was backed up. When the food came, it was fairly good. I had the grilled chicken sandwich, crispy fries and a small side salad. All were fresh, made to order and delicious. My watermelon margarita was tasty, sweet and refreshing!! Round two of our drinks took another 20 mins and we had to flag down another worker to inquire about them also. The workers were friendly when they finally came, but I was curious as to the long wait time for drinks and food when the restaurant was only 1/3 full. The service was awfully slow despite the restaurant being almost empty, and our server kept forgetting to bring us what we asked for so it took forever to get our ketchup, and we didn't get our celery until the end of our meal. The wings themselves were also atrocious. They tasted frozen, and every single flavor tasted like pure salt. My stomach hurt so badly after from the amount of sodium and lack of actual flavor. This location used to be good but it has clearly gone downhill in the last year or two. After eating here years ago my faith was restored in the BWW brand(This location only lol.) I was doing takeout a lot, esp w/ the wing special on Tuesdays and it used to be great but the last few times not so much. Maybe new cooks? Quality control has been down. Last time I dined in here, it was busy and we had a good time, with good food, and good service. This most recent time, the food was okay. The starters were way more enjoyable than the wings. I was there with my friend and we ordered ten piece boneless wings, Mac n cheese, salad, fries and chips. The chips were somehow disgusting and stale, I didn't even know you could mess up chips. The wings were drowned in sauce and rubbery. The Mac and cheese was definitely store bought and packet cooked. The fries somehow came out already lukewarm and turned cold fast. The service here is the absolute worst. My wife and son ordered their food while my food was lost! I finally tracked down my server to request the manager. After 20 minutes a manger stopped by. She was friendly and apologized for the delay getting my food. She then said as she would remove the charge from my order. Waiting for 25 minutes and food finally ready. The receipt though showed I was being charged for my free meal as a veteran. Another manager was requested and this individual was extremely rude. He said he was cooking. Both managers were in the back cooking and were busy. That is not my problem. Last week they were closed because they had no kitchen help. My $11 for my free meal on Veteran's day was removed. Every once in a while me and friends will go to experience a fight card with hopes of this restaurant returning to its past prominence. But ever since 2021 it seems like the speakers don't work anymore. Hope you enjoy watching muted fights. For the prices here you're better off buying the card on PPV and ordering food with buddies at home. I've seen numerous fight cards here since 2017 and back then the ambiance was awesome lights went low when the main card came on, as well as the ability to ACTUALLY HEAR the announcers. all the way until shortly after the pandemic it was perfect. HORRENDOUS! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUDE manager who does not care. STAY AWAY. Walked in on Monday at 7pm. There were people at FOUR tables in the dining area and THREE tables in the bar area. The place was dead. The server took our drink order, returned with the drinks, and then took our food order. About 15 minutes later, she returned with the pretzel bites. The one that I had was still cold in the middle. The other 4 were luck warm at BEST. Nonetheless, we reluctantly ate them because we were hungry (mistake #1). After 30 minutes of waiting for the food, I had to call over the hostess because our server refused to check on us. The hostess checked and brought the food out. I tried ONE dirty tater tot, and it was cold. I tried ONE wing and it was cold. The server finally came over to check to see if everything was alright. I politely told her that the food was unacceptable because it was cold. She argued with me and stated that it had JUST come out of the fryer. I called BS because it would have been hot had it just been pulled out of 350-degree grease. She doubled down and said that it had just come out (BS) and that she would take it back and get new food made. I asked if it would take another 30 minutes, and she said probably 20. I said that was unacceptable and called over a manager. The manager was not interested in what I had to say. I told her that I would pay for the wine and lemonade, but no food as it was all cold. I have been coming to this location since they opened. I always question why the yelp rating is so low. It has been my go to place for wings for several years. Over the past two or three visits and after this one in particular I now know and agree fully with a one or two star average rating. I always try to offer constructive criticism so management can improve on things. Here's why I rated so low: 1. 5:45 pm arrival to a near empty restaurant 2. Host/ess stand empty and group of employees around corner talking, doing nothing. 3. Seated 2 of us, without the usual question of what event are we here to see so we're near a tv showing our desires program, at a 4 top that was twice the size as a typical 4 top and way to big for 2 people. When I approached the hostess about it, she said we could move to any table we wanted as long as it was on "that side" of the divider wall. Maybe I expected too much but I would think the hostess should've come over to move us and the menus/utensils to our chosen table. 4. Our waitress was very nice, helpful and attentive, but received little support from her colleagues. 5. We ordered a large platter of traditional wings with 3 different coatings. I had asked how many wings are in each size order. This one was supposed to be 18. The order came out in 6-7 minutes. It takes at least 15 minutes to make fresh wings. Granted, when busy, the dryers are always going and we could catch it between frys and have them done sooner than 15 minutes. However, the place was near empty. Our wings came out overdone, dry and a bunch of them cold. Inedible. The waitress said she had to show her manager. I asked to see the manager. He looked at us like we were crazy and argued that the wings were fresh but he'd replace them if we were willing to wait about 16 minutes. I said "no problem". By the way, there were only 17 wings. 6. Our wings came out with 4 pieces of celery. I'm not sure how many we were supposed to get but for a large order of 18 wings I'm sure more than 4. 7. The new order came out. They were hot, still a bit overdone, and very unevenly seasoned. There were only 16 wings and no celery. We asked for celery (they took the original 4 pieces away). They brought out mainly carrots and some celery. I do have to say it was some of the beat celery I've ever had. 8. We never saw the manager again. Enough said. I've seen this story many times. It's unfortunate that a place like this that could and should be so great, that I frequented at least 4 times each month has fallen so far so fast. read more

He then discriminates against me and when I proceed to assure him it's real and to check it he tells me that it's a waste of time because it's a fake.
