We found 2 seats at the bar even though there was over an hour wait list. Our bartender Ashley was great! We loved the Mango Margarita and Sangria Margarita with extra shot! Steaks were cooked perfectly to order, juicy and well seasoned.

The steaks are very well seasoned and cooked really well! Unfortunately they ran out of the porterhouse we wanted and the Mac n cheese is really not worth the up charge. It looks and tastes like kraft. The ROLLS are to die for, paired with that cinnamon butter. YUM!! Service was pretty good, no complaints.

    Hand-Cut Sirloin*

I ordered a hand-cut sirloin medium rare and had to send it back three times (served medium, then medium well, then medium again). The manager was kind and tried to help, but unfortunately the kitchen couldn't execute a proper medium rare even after clarification. Disappointing experience overall.

Yummers, I couldn't wait to eat their fresh rolls w/ cinnamon butter. The rolls were so scrumptious, soft, & hot! The cinnamon butter melted right on the hot rolls! I ordered the filet mignon medallions(medium rare) w/ smothered mushrooms, steamed veggies(carrots & broccoli), & Mac and cheese. The waitress was ok. I felt like she had a little bit of an attitude. I forgot her name unfortunately. My food came out in a bit. I remember the Mac & cheese being baked but I could be wrong. It was ok would have been better baked. My filet mignon was cooked perfectly to my liking! It was so flavorful. The smothered mushrooms were very flavorful! The veggies were kind of hard & didn't have enough flavor. I added black pepper to give it a better taste. The meal I ordered came w/ a pilaf of rice. I didn't really like or care for it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Inside was pretty busy & loud. There was music playing over the speakers which was cool![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This isn't my 1st rodeo I've been to this location numerous times! I'll be backkkk!

The food tonight is just fabulous. I got a 20oz rib eye with out of this world mushrooms, mashed with gravy and buttered corn. My friend got a 12oz prime rib and the same sides. Every item we ate was just delicious! The meat was cooked exactly as ordered, and the wait staff were very attentive and pleasant. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We seated immediately even though the restaurant was crowded and it wasn't loud despite the crowd.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Just a wonderful experience!

My family loves stakes and ribs. These are not some of my favorite things. We went to Texas Roadhouse, where I knew my options of dishes not including the above mentioned would be limited. There was a short wait to get seated. When we arrived at our table, they already had their warm bread and the most delightful, cinnamon flavored butter. I'm not kidding, but I don't even care that nothing in their menu is for me, as long as I can have that bread and butter! I got the grilled shrimp and the fried pickles. The shrimp was pretty small, there were five of them on a stick. It was grilled and basic. This was ok! The fried pickles were a bit of a change from the fries. They were flavorful, crunchy and crispy. There was also corn and other sides that were sides of the stake. My family had a feast with all the meat. This is for sure not my favorite place to dine, but I made it work. I'm glad to say I'm the only one who didn't overeat at Texas Roadhouse.

Surprise, surprise ...who would think that the early dine special at Texas Roadhouse would actually be a fairly good experience. We ordered two sirloin steak dinners. They were each 6 ounces and probably a bit better than a hamburger. We missed ordering our filet mignon, but considering how poorly the last experience went, we thought we would try the early special this time. Just like the regular menu, it came with two sides. We had the salad, a potato and unlimited rolls. The restaurant was clean and well organized. Our server, Shannon did a great job. She was friendly, professional, and just a joy. She anticipated her customer's needs and was on top of her game. It was also interesting to see how many people took advantage of the early dine special. For the price, you really couldn't beat the value.

It isn't huge inside but they use the space so wisely. The kitchen is open to the bar so you can see and hear all the amazing things happening back there which really adds to the local neighborhood vibe. The bartenders there are very sweet and attentive, they help bring the whole experience there to 5 stars. I came on a Wednesday for the $17.99 lobster roll special and it was easily one of the best I've ever had. It is a quarter pound of lobster and you get actual lumps of claw and meat rather than the shredded stuff some other places serve. The butter it's sautéed in is seasoned delicately to accentuate the fresh lobster instead of covering up the taste. The portion was surprisingly large and it comes on a fresh bun that is lightly buttered and toasted. It even comes with a little cup of extra butter which I totally slathered on because I love butter! Every bite was so fresh and soft. The roll comes with fries and I did the optional $5 upcharge for the lobster bisque. That was also the best I've ever had because I've never seen bisque with such large chunks of lobster in it. It was just crazy good. Everything was well worth the price and I'd honestly come back even on days when it's not a special. They have something going on every night like the $9.99 burger and fries on Mondays, so that will definitely be my next reason to visit. I will be back for sure!

We heard about the…read morebottomless mimosa brunch here at Cast Iron Chef Chop House & Oyster Bar so we pulled up to check it out! Here's how it went... Atmosphere/Appearance: Set right on the busy State Street is this gem. There's no private parking, but plenty of comfortable, spacious street parking right out front. Once inside you're immersed in a very fine-dining, elegant, laid-back atmosphere. Lots of woods, intimate-low lighting and upbeat music. I loved the vibes in here. The first room is your bar room where the rail is off to the left, but with plenty of seating to the right. If you continue through the room you enter the main dining room where it's all booths and other tables. Service: Stacey was our server. Things got off to a bit of a rocky start, but they smoothed out throughout the brunch. Food/Drinks: The mimosa was okay... It was REALLY strong because there's orange vodka and orange liqueur in it. It kinda killed the flavor for me because I'd prefer a traditional mimosa with minimal juice, but... no matter. They're bottomless... or supposed to be... Just be mindful of who your server is. Brunch can consist of a prix-fixed menu, which is what we did so we'll be going through that. First up were the Homemade Sausage Gravy and biscuits. These were super smothered and fantastic. Hot, savory, meaty, salty and even had a bit of a subtle sweetness. The biscuit was soft, butter and had crispy edges. Next up were the Cinnamon Rolls. These were HUGE. Lol. Like, how are we supposed to eat AND drink all of this stuff?! The exterior of the roll was crispy and the inside very soft. Not over-the-top sweetness or anything. These were very balanced. Next up were the Bananas Foster Pancakes. But this thing was enormous. It was so thick, like literally an inch thick. Lol. Fresh bananas sliced right on top, it cut like butter, was soft with the perfect crispy edges and these were AMAZING. Punch of sweetness up front, fluffy texture and just a great pancake. For dinner, this restaurant usually serves Cast Iron Popcorn instead of bread, so Stacey let us try it! It was smokey, a little-little sweet with a little bit of salt and maybe a hickory barbecue flavor. I liked it. Lastly, I chose the Steak & Eggs over Salmon & Eggs, but got to try both since my wife was with me. Each comes with gigantic fried potatoes, 3 eggs, a piece of toast, caramelized onions and your protein of choice. My steak was cooked perfectly (medium-rare). The flavors were excellent. It was a little fatty and just was done very well. Value: $64.96 for bottomless mimosas and the prix-fixe menu. Probably the best value brunch in the state. SO MUCH FOOD and strong drinks. I don't know what else you'd want! In conclusion, I really enjoyed myself here and have revisited since my first time! Everything was just as awesome as the first. Check this place out if you're in the area!
