Haven't been to this location for a few years because service and cleanliness were almost always terrible, but figured we'd give it another shot in the hopes that it changed. We got there yesterday and waited ~5 mins for someone to walk up to us and seat us, the girl pulled the menus were covered in sticky goo and the place had a faint smell of dirty mop water. Waited almost 10 minutes at our booth and nobody came to our table or acknowledged us even though we were passed by the two servers in our section a few times. 3 staff members were standing at the end of the bar the whole time chatting, laughing, playing on their phones while glancing over at us making eye contact a few times. We walked out and will never be back. Such a shame people feel they are entitled to a paycheck for standing around doing literally nothing besides running a once great establishment into the ground. read more

Terrible now! Should be shut down! The employees all the way up to the manager has terrible customer service. The manager Carnegy allows and encourages employees to be disrespectful towards customers. When I arrived with my family, we're not greeted for about 7 minutes. They caught attitudes because they continued to get my order wrong. I asked for bone in wings and was give boneless wings. Already waited 45 minutes and waited another 30 minutes only for manager to deny that I actually waited that long. Horrible experience! Ordered online so that it would be ready for pick-up. Once I arrived I stood at the pick up counter for over 15 minutes before anyone said one word. The host ended up grabbing the order for me, because the pick up person seemed to have disappeared. The boneless wings were not sauced well at all. Half of the wing was bone dry. Terrible service ordered take out 30 minutes in advance and when I got there it was still not ready even when I was given a time for it to be ready for pick up waited another 30 minutes and nothing. Went up to the manager to cancel my order all he did was write a note on his phone to get to it till later. So I have to call the next day to make sure I get my money reimbursed. Another customer came in and they told him right there they did not have the sauce he requested and could not give him a courtesy call to let him know so they didn't even bother making his order. Half of take out started canceling the orders. They also had a sign saying done in was closed for the day yet had multiple people sitting in various tables. While I was there for half an hour a table that you could tell was done a while ago all the dishes sat there for those 30 minutes and nobody paid it mind. Really annoying I've tried multiple times to place a to go order online (it used to be really easy, simple, and efficient) and now... you can only place an online order for THE NEXT DAY. Also canceling an order.. there is no way to do it.. I spoke to 8 people and never got my food.. they said they will "try" to cancel it.. the second person I spoke to said "well the money went through so there's nothing we can do about it" huh? No... Absolutely dissatisfied. The only reason I come here is for the wings and today broke my heart! The food is about as fine as you can expect at a place like Bdubs, but the service is absolutely horrible. As I'm sitting here, we have been waiting for OVER AN HOUR and we still have not received our appetizer. Our waitress has not checked in on us since first greeting us, we had to yell her down from across the restaurant just to get another drink, and it's not even that busy. Absolutely unacceptable, go somewhere else unless you want to be waiting all night long. UPDATE: We have received our food, and it's about as bad as it could possibly be. We ordered our wings extra wet and they were dry as a bone, we ordered ranch and blue cheese and were instead given two cups of ranch, and we ordered extra celery and carrots and did not receive any whatsoever. We had to remind our waitress of our appetizer, which took an extra 10 minutes AFTER receiving our entree. Went here as a last minute thought with husband. Took a long time to get our order (at least 15 minutes)- husband's order (wings) was fine but his fries were cold ~~ my order was worse. I ordered the Buffalo blue burger, no tomatoes & no onions (allergy)....well when the burger finally came out, the patties were cold to the touch, the roll was warm but Onions on the burger . Waitress was very apologetic and took it back to be remade...she showed me the order that she placed with the kitchen and it definitely indicated NO ONIONS, NO TOMATOES. Another 8-10 minutes later, it arrived - much better this time, freshly made, patties hot and juicy, No onion as ordered, and fries were partially hot. Burger was tasty - I did take three bites) but my mood wasn't reverseable. By this time, husband was basically finished his meal, I'm unhappy with the entire situation.....and ready to leave. What was good: great air conditioning on a warm day, drinks: Frozen Blue Hawaiian & Strawberry lemonade were as expected ....burger once prepared properly was actually tasty Needless to say based on this experience, this location is a "NO" for me and I will not patronize again...in fact, I don't even plan to visit any of these chains at any location again. read more

Stood by the hosts desk for about 5 minutes before someone finally told us the had stopped sitting for the night (its 6PM) and the only way to eat was to sit at the bar. Came here with a few friends last night for the Ravens game. 60c boneless wing special is ok. The one highlight is the lemon pepper dry seasoning is really good. Their beer list looks like it had a lot of choices. I was told they didn't have my first two choices form their crafts list. They really need to take things off the menu if they don't have it. No Shock Top? I was surprised they had Yuengling, which I eventually picked. They didn't have jammin jalapeno wings either. "Boneless wings" is pretty much just chicken nuggets. Size was good, but had no flavor by itself. Some were dry. Waiter was definitely too busy as it got pretty busy due to the game. But that seems like something the restaurant should anticipate. Waiter took too long to take orders, refill drinks, take check, process credit cards...all of it was just slow. We also sat in a corner booth, right next to the big screen. Though there are literally TVs on top of TVs everywhere, we found the one place that didn't have a good view of the game. Will look elsewhere to watch the game and eat next time. read more

Horrible experience here, our server was completely out of it and messed up our experience AND our order. SUSAN. My friends order a large boneless with 3 sauces and I ordered a small boneless in wild sauce. She came back with two of their wings in the correct sauce and 1 in the one I wanted. I ended up with a large "mild" wing bowl when I asked for "wild". Which resulted in my friends paying for more wings than they received. Not only that but when I asked her the price of a drink, she told me it was $4 and it rang up as $9 on the receipt. She also told my friend that it was half off burgers and rang her up for a full burger. On top of all this, what was meant to be a quick, 1 hour dinner, ended up being 3 hours because she would only come check on us every 30 minutes. Wings are great, but there is always a wait. Even ordering online is a fair experience. There is no way to use coupons or promotional discounts online and no option to "pay at store" either. Online time estimates are ALWAYS wrong. You'll need to add 20 minutes easily to the estimated ready for pickup time. The management doesn't care what your options are either. The wings are great, but I would only recommend them for carry-out. The place gets crowded and service can be very slow. I usually don't care much about service (as long as the food tastes good!), but it isn't fun waiting 10 minutes for a refill when your mouth is on fire from the wings. :( Here are my reviews of some of the sauces: - Asian Zing: Hands down the best. They are a bit spicy but have sweetness to balance it out, and they are very flavorful. - Parmesan Garlic: Similar to a Caesar salad dressing. They are nice to save for last to cool off your mouth. - Spicy Garlic: This one just seemed like a buffalo sauce with some added garlic flavor. Pretty good, but a little tangy for my tastes. - Thai Curry: Just terrible. Extremely salty. Disappointing because I love curry. - Caribbean Jerk: A little too heavy on the sweetness, but not bad if you like jerk seasoning. - Medium: Basically the perfect basic buffalo sauce. - Mango Habanero: Very hot, but flavorful and delicious. - Jammin' Jalapeno: The "hint of lime" is way overpowering, but they were still okay. - Ghost Pepper: Don't do it. My son was looking forward to using the gift card he earned from his service project for months. It's the only reason we went here. And he got an additional lesson in service, attitude and laziness. The experience here was terrible in every way. I am a roll with the punches kind of person.... But when restaurants tell you to do most of their work yourself (self serve on the app and self pay) it does not feel like a day out.... It feels like the restaurant doesn't want customers. There were only 4 tables filled in the whole place at 1:00pm on Monday (a holiday). But there were another 4 tables that sat with trash on them for the whole hour we were there. Disgusting environment. The host (dressed like a slob) seated someone ahead of us then made us wait almost 10 min before coming back. He said he was clearing a table for us..... but there were only three tables in use at that point.... And we could see from where we stood he was just talking to the bartender and on his phone. The restaurant and bar area were empty. The bartender/waitress told us we would have to use the app to order because she was the only one there (she now had 4 tables each with two people at them). What are they getting tips for if I have to do half their job myself?!?! She took my order for beer.... And kept having to return to the table three times to tell me they either didn't have what I ordered or their "last can was damaged so you still want it?" She did bring me two "tasters" without being asked so I can choose a 4th beer.... But when I sipped them it was evident the tap lines had not been flushed in forever. It took 45 min for our food to come out (two plates of wings). I had to ask at the bar for her to check on the order because she never checked on us. When she plopped them on our table they were cold. My son and I decided to just close up (couldn't eat them) because we had a movie to get to. I went to the bar to close up because she told me she would handle our gift card. I tried to use the 25% off coupon that was on the table when we got there but she said we couldn't use it until next time (it doesn't say that on the coupon). I said given our wait and the fact that the food was cold I think you can use the coupon. She asked her manager and used the coupon.... Then things got bad because she had add a tip and sign a receipt that didn't have an itemized bill on it. I asked for one to check the charges and it was evident she tried to get me to sign a charge for $25 instead of the correct amount of $13. I pointed it out and she said "f--k you mam" I asked to talk to a supervisor and she got snippy with me about needing to see my credit card again.... Which she did not need because it was already entered into their system from the app she told me to use. I went back to the app to pay and it said $13 (not the $25 she wanted me to sign.) As my son and I walked out, she was speaking to the other lazy employee (a guy who was the host who did nothing the whole time we were there.... Not even clean off the trashy tables).... And said "that bitch was upset it took her food 45 min to come out. So entitled!" My son heard that and felt awful about making us come here to use his gift card. Never again. I decided to do a carry out on bogo Tuesday . Payed online and was told to pick up at 7:00. I arrived at 7:00 to see 15 seperate people waiting outside in the patio area ( due to covid)I checked in with no information on time or status of my order . I waited patiently for 20 minutes, inquiring again about my order with no information. At around 7:35 I told the woman to cancel my order and to please give me a receipt of cancellation. At 7:45 she gives me a receipt and I hall a&$ out of there ( at this point it's dark and I can't see the receipt. I get in the vehicle and they have given me a standard receipt. I call because I am not standing outside in the dark anymore with the other (now 18 )patrons.Marcus the manager informs me that he can't' help me because it was an online order . So know I guess I will spend more of my time when I get home chasing down a refund.To call this place a cluster f would be a compliment ! Just an all around bad expirience. This is one of the worst BWW locations, if not the absolute worst BWW location. Not only is the staff lazy, slow, and mistake prone ( wrong orders ), the place is filthy. Placing the order on the app is convenient however the times they give you for the order to be ready look legit- this place is always running behind. The last two times I waited and went in when the order says it should be ready and have had to wait 20 plus minutes both times. The "first impression is a lasting impression"! On my first visit and I was not impressed with the service, which was awful and slow. After we finished eating, I had to tell our waitress to remove the dishes from our table. The appetizers and main courses were delivered within 5 minutes of each other. I was told to seat myself in the bar area, because no booths were available. I walk over to one of the 3 empty tables. The only one which looks like it was cleaned, but it was not. Plates removed, but crumbs and the dirt rag remain. I sit down not touching the table expecting one of the servers to return to complete the task of cleaning up. Nearly 10 minutes goes by and no one approaches me at this table. A server starts to clear another table instead just vacated by the patrons and continues to ignore me. I noticed the chair I sat it felt sticky when my arm brushed the side of it. I cannot stay here a moment longer in this DIRTY RESTAURANT with NO SERVICE This is during COVID. I would hate to see what it was like prior to the pandemic when they weren't trying to sanitize the tables/restaurant for our safety. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.
