We had to wait around 15 minutes to get our order taken as the ordering kiosks were done. To get our food, was another 35 minute wait. There goes the definition of fast food. The staff was okay but some of them were rude and understandably because it seems that they are short staffed. We ordered chicken nuggets, soda, fries, and sandwiches. The food was hot and tasty. We did receive our order correctly but they gave no napkins or condiments.

Only received three chicken legs to replace the three chicken breasts they didn't have. In KFC terms, you know that is a steep drop in value. To add to the disappointment, the order was also short a biscuit and light on sides. Between the two visits, there have been some real gaps in service, order accuracy, and value. I cannot recommend anyone come here.

No one was at the counter. Some staff was in the back and another who saw me was on his phone motioned to wait. That when I was told they had not had any extras crispy all day. So after ordering on line and waiting in the restaurant a lengthy time I learned they could fill my order. So being hungry and having my hungry partner waiting at home I settled for their regular chicken. A couple of minutes later I arrived with soggy salty chicken. Besides informing me they didn't have extra crispy chicken they sold an extremely salty mea - the chicken was extra salty , the fries were too salty to eat and even the biscuits were salty. Charley's is a pretty good idea of a Philly cheese steak, in my opinion. Not the greatest, but good. I ordered online for pickup, and got a chicken cheese steak. Unfortunately, something I'd asked to be removed was on my sandwich, and something I'd asked for was missing. The cheese fries were good and had nothing wrong. I can't rate the service as I only picked up and that was fast. I would probably go back again, hoping they'd remove the peppers as asked.
